TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend went there tonight to get us both food and they took an item off of there combos so my boyfriend called and asked me what I wanted instead, which took me less than a 30 seconds to decide and the guy that way taking his order left his mic on and was talking a lot of mess about my boyfriend because he was "taking too long". We go there a lot and it always takes forever to get our food regardless of how fast we order. So, with that being said, he shouldn't have complained especially with his mic being on. I haven't been to a Wendy's in years and I just went to this one and I have got to say it was the awes.... WORST food I have ever had. My burger I ordered was supposed to have cheese and it came with none. Also they put no sauce or flavoring in it. I went up to the cashier and showed them my burger and they tell me that I had opened the wrapper already so I couldn't get a new one. Also the fries I got were almost soggy. I wanted my first review to be a good one I swear, but unfortunately I only got 2 star service and 1 star food. I went through the drive through at 8:30 On a Saturday night. there was no line which was cool. But coming at such a peak time I expected to have super hot and fresh food. I ordered a baconator sandwich and an order of the baconator fries. I drove a block and pulled over so I could eat. First I opened my fries. They were a ball of half unmelted cheese smashed with bacon and fries. It was barely warm. So I decided to just eat the sandwich because no one likes cold soggy fries with half unmelted cheese stuck to them. So when I had a bite of the sandwich it was warmer than the fries but still barely. The bacon tasted dry and crumbly. The sandwich tasted old and reheated. I tried to call the store to complain but the phone just keeps ringing. I was already not very sure about wendies, but now I don't think I can go back. The one thing you want from fast food is hot food. I wish some one would have at least answered the phone so I could have let them know there was an issue. read more

What more can I say, this location is always friendly and fast with their service. I occasionally drive through here to pick up a cup of chili when I am starving after a long day of work. It is a great way for me to nourish my body before it starts shutting down. I never had any issues with this location. By the time I receive my card back from the staff, the food is ready for me. 4 stars because I never dined in and cannot provide review about that. Drive Thru staff is superb! Enjoy! read more

I went in at around 9pm with my friend after getting off work and we were sitting at the window after the payment and we sat at the window for about ten minutes waiting on food. So were like cool food is gonna be fresh since we're waiting so long.. Wrong!!!!! My drink sat so long that it had no ice. Fries absolutely cold both mines and hers. Both of her order of nuggets and all the burgers. No lie waited at the window to say something she never came back. At this point i have three bags of freezing cold food. Unbelievably over priced , it was before 11pm, on a Thursday night, the drive thru was very busy , we ordered a #2 meal medium size , and a baked potato with only cheese sauce , We get up to the window to pay and she tells me it's $9.35So I pay her the $9.35 she gives me my bag of food which does not have a potato in it and so I questioned her when she looked at the order she said it was not on the receipt so I number two meal medium size is $9.35 that is way overpriced the fries were semi-cold the burger was OK am I will never go back to Wendy's again I know it's not that particular locations fault of the prices it is corporate but my review as they get zero stars . read more

So I want to say that I had a baconator combo and an order of siriacha fries. The baconator had perfectly cooked and hot hamburger patties. The bacon was hot and flavorful, but the bacon was stacked in a stack only on 1/4 of the burger. So most of the burger had no bacon because when assembling the burger they did not spread the bacon evenly across the burger. I had to take the burger apart and spread the bacon evenely. Then I noticed there was no sauce at all. I had to go get my own sauce from my fridge. By this time my burger was getting cold. I opened my siriacha fries. And there was a huge clump about gold ball sized of sauce with a few fries sticking out and it was cover in "UNMELTED" (MEANING NOT MELTED) THICK SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE. so of course they were cold. It was quite gross and the entire meal ended up being microwaved due to improper assymbly and quality control. 2 stars only because the first bite of meat was good aside from missing bacon and lack of sauce what's so ever. In the past I have not had this issue. I attempted to call and no one answer the phone. I will not be visiting this location in the future, but I will not let this ruin Wendy's for me. Worst service I have ever had. I ordered a meal only to be given the wrong order and I live 30 min away and the only reason I stopped at this location was because of a part nearby. So I get home only to realize I got the wrong order and I drive back another 30 min realizing they close at 1 o clock I was going to make it snappy and just get my order. I get to the window at 12:46 and nobody answers me so I go to the window to only be ignored by everyone there. It's no surprise to me that this place has such low stars and definitely wouldn't surprise me if it were because of the mixed chick at the window.....I made the mistake of ordering a number 10 thinking it was chicken nuggets and when she asked me if everything looked OK on the screen I said yes however I said yes because she was completely rushing me then when I got my food I double checked obviously it was wrong because of my mistake but it wouldn't have been wrong if I hadn't been rushed. So I have always been a huge fan of Wendy's and the Baconator, my fiancé loves the spicy nuggets. So after probably about a year of not having it I decided to pick us up something around 3 pm. I pull into the drive through and place my order. The woman takes my order and everything seems copacetic, she tells me the total is $16.18 plus or minus a few cents. I pull up to the window and pay, and am given a recipe that says $25.82. I ask the young lady who gave me the receipt(different person from the lady taking my order) why my total was so high. She gets the lady who took my order and I am told "No I told you it was $25. I looked at the woman and replied "No you told me it was $16.18, I had one meal for $6 and some change and an order for $8 and some change, so how is that $25?" She turns around and says "I'm not f#%*%# dealing with this, let me get the receipt". I did end up getting my refund for the additional charge but still, she was absolutely rude and un professional. OK, So my girlfriend lives in elk grove and I work in East Sacramento currently. This is the first restaurant I hit heading back to I-5 from her place. Last night I had horrible food poisoning, and I hadnt eaten anything pretty much all day. I ordered 10 chicken nuggets a little after midnight. As I pulled away the guy said "Have a nice life". I just figured he was the cocky/funny type, so I laughed about it as I pulled away. Seriously, he seemed genuinely like a nice guy..... Now Im not implying he did it intentionally...Im just saying that someone in the night crew had not prepared the food appropriately. So I return to East Sacramento at about 1 am. By 2:30-3am, I was puking like crazy. I'd drink a little more water, puke more...and more....this went on until a little after 10 am today. I know this sounds like a gross exaggeration, but when I wasnt puking, I was dry heaving. Now I'm at home, still in severe pain, have no food in my apartment, and am afraid to drive to the store in case I puke or ...otherwise.... Because ...while my puking bouts are not as severe as they were earlier...Im still puking about every half hour. Basically I'm the sickest I can ever recall in my life and I nail it squarely on this establishment. To make matters worse, I am a junior developer and needed to be to work today as I had a conference call scheduled with a new BIG partner.... I've never called in sick to any job...ever... Because A) Im particularly healthy and RARELY do I get sick. B) I take any job I've had seriously. SO suffice to say, I will not go to this establishment again and I would have the night staff question themselves as to whether they are cutting corners. I've experience late night fast food served up not fully cooked food before at another establishment, so I believe that night staffs in restaurants are particularly relaxed as far as the rules go. Anyway, I would just like an explanation as to what happened. Especially if there any malicious involved. Be honest and you will have my gratitude, as well as a reformed review. I gave this place 4 starts because I had mixed experiences. First experience I ordered a BBQ Bacon deluxe value meal, and it was delivered fast and with a smile. The sandwich was so good that I wanted to come back 3 days later. On THIS day, they manager and one of the workers said that the sandwich was no longer available. The manager even told me that they didn't even have the sauce for the sandwich anymore (Which was bbq sauce). I left disappointed. I'm not a big Wendy's fan (or fast food fan) but their breakfast biscuits looked good, so I thought I'd give them a try. McDonalds had a Teacher Appreciation Week recently where they gave out a few breakfast each day and I ended up finding something I liked and would actually come back for. So I'd give Wendy's the same chance. I initially tried to order ahead online, but the site was not user-friendly, and I was not able to select any of the breakfast items. After searching around the site a little bit, I finally found somewhere that they only serve breakfast until 10:30 am. How week. There are a lot other other places that we've breakfast all day...and certainly later than 10:30 am. And seeing as it was 10:29 am when I found this info, I was also disappointed that they close off their online ordering before 10:30. I figured I'd give them another try so, I drive to their s location next this morning and was happy to see there was nobody in like at the drive-thru. I guess there was a reason for this. As I placed my order after being told to wait (with no other customers, why did I need to wait?), I was told they were no longer serving breakfast! What!? I inquired further and they said that they ran out of sausage (how do you run out of sausage??), so they stopped serving breakfast early this morning. I asked if they also ran out of eggs and bacon, since I wanted a bacon biscuit breakfast, and I was told they already transitioned to ouch and they could no serve any breakfast items. That's the last time I try Wendy's. It's 11:00 am and just got my Jack-in-the-Box breakfast sandwich and it's pretty damn good. I'm sure I'm not the only one that will be choosing somewhere else instead of Wendy's. read more

This Wendy has the worst customer service ever. I will never come to this location again. The girl was snotty with a bad attitude at the drive thru. When I asked why she was rude she said it had been a long day. I dont care dont take your problems out on me. She then me my soda which the lid wasnt on and it spilled all over my brand new car and all over my dress. Instead of apologizong or some sympathy she said I will give napkins. Gee how helpful. Me and my brother went to have lunch paid $15 for our food, and our food was cold. And one of our buns was burnt and hard.(eww) we turned back around to get this order fixed. I ALWAYS check my food. So we go back and I explain to her that our food was cold and that I won't be eating this. She apologized and said that she would fix it. So waited and she comes back with our food. I asked my brother to check the food again to make sure they just didn't throw it in the microwave. They didn't but my brothers burger was greasy and sloppy. And my burger almost look like the same burnt bun as before, but it was a little tough to bite into. I had stop going to this Wendy's for a reason but my brother had a taste for it. I placed an Uber eats order and a Postmates order on July 14th 2021 around 8:00 p.m. my driver never delivered my meal to me because they called the restaurant several times when they were outside we're knocking on the door the employees noticed and ignored the driver the driver ended up going to the drive-thru window to ask if my order was ready and they said to wait in line which my driver said the cars were wrapped around the parking lot there was eight cars in line which was going to make my order late I ordered Wendy's on my lunch break which is 30 minutes so because of your employees not handing my food to the driver in a timely manner I didn't get to eat on my lunch break. I asked the driver to do what they could to get my meal ASAP the employees were yelling at the driver to go away and cars in the line were yelling at the driver to move the fact that I paid someone to pick my food up through a delivery service and your restaurant failed to provide the food when they got there makes me not want to order from there again I have never had a problem getting in order from a restaurant I will not be going to this location again or ordering from this location again. The driver then came to my delivery address to explain why they couldn't pick the food up and deliver it to me at the time requested I then canceled my order and apologized to the driver for getting yelled at for trying to pick up my food. Either your restaurant needs a better delivery pick up system or they need to be nicer to the delivery drivers. I'm appalled. read more

Never been to a Wendy's before, but I'm impressed. Both food and service were excellent. I had a garden side salad, which was very fresh, impressive for a fast food place. Also had the Asiago Chicken Club, which was also excellent. I ordered it spicy, and it was just a touch of spice. I could really taste the Asiago, too. Service was fast and efficient. Not 5 stars just because it's fast food; on par with other fast food places but not the same as a sit-down restaurant. read more

I have been coming to this locationfor for over three years , and every time I have bought a burger it is dried out like it is been sitting over cooked and waiting to be delivered. The other Wendy's on the other side of town Oak Grove florin road and bond is so much juicier and delicious. It's a shame that I have to drive so far for a good burger. Really great service! Usually when I go to Wendy's fries are soggy and cold but these were nice and fresh!
