I came in at 12am one hour before they close. I order two meal and was inform that they are making fresh patty. I was told to wait 5 to 10 mins in thru drive. There wasn't any car or order ahead or after me. They were not busy at all. The customer service was great. I got home with my food and ate my burger. I was looking forward to my chocolate frosties and was super disappointed. Both frosties were watery and almost room temperature. I also ordered a large fry and a 10 piece nugget. They told me my potato wouldn't be ready for another 30 (!!!) minutes, and I said I can't wait I have to get back to work, but I wanted the rest of my items (salad, frosty). Gave 1 star because I can't give zero. I ordered the full size Caesar salad. Nearly $9. The lettuce was wilted, and they gave me ranch instead of Caesar dressing. My croutons were basically dust & they were expired. Today is 02.02.2020, and the eco operation date in the croutons were 11.18.2019. My order was to-go so I didn't realize any of this until I got home, at which point I wasn't going back to correct the issues. I did order inside, and that location is so dirty and gross. I have had Many great dining experiences here. This is the closest Wendy's to my Grandmothers house. Last week I drove up to see the family and I arrived in town at about 9:30pm After unloading all my stuff i got hungry. I went to get some fast food so I went here. Fresno REALLY needs some sort of night life. It is really sad. 10:09pm and Taco Bell drive thru, Denny's and Wendy's Drive thru are all packed. It's just sad. Anyway I got a chilli, a 5 piece crispy nugget, and french fries. Asked for extra BBQ sause and extra crackers for the chilli. Turns out they gave me two crackers, and 0 BBQ sause! DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION! This location handled my midsize curb side order horribly! I was charged twice for my order! I looked on my bank app after this ordeal and saw that I was charged twice yet was fortunate enough to get a refund after the fact. I made the order and received a text saying that it was ready for curbside pick up. I pulled into a pickup parking space and was waiting for my food to be brought to my vehicle. Approximately 8 minutes passed when I decided to walk into the restaurant to ask for an update, I was told by one of the three young woman that standing around the cash register that they did not have my order ready. I informed her of the text I received stating that the order was ready and she told me in a dull tone "Oh we probably gave it to someone else then" and the three of them began to laugh. I was becoming impatient and asked if I could speak to the manager, as the young woman rolled her eyes and huffed in a rude manner she turned and yelled for the manager. The manager came and apologized saying that they would prepare a new order for me and that it would be brought out to my car. I waited in my vehicle for 10 minutes before going inside a second time to get an update and saw a large bag of food sitting on the counter. I asked one of the three teenage employees where my order was and they pointed at the bag sitting on the counter and one of them said "We called your name out like forever ago", I told her that it was a curbside order so it was meant to be brought to my vehicle and she shrugged her shoulders and turned around to continue talking to her co-workers! read more

Went through the drive-through to try to order food for my family every question they switched off with a different person seem to be there were doing it as a joke through the pick up intercom. When I went to get my food out the window I mentioned it to them it was hard to order because I couldn't really if they got the item correct from the last person I had talk to you. Manager juan mentioned people get upset if they're not receiving order quick enough so they switch off to keep it moving didn't really seem like a realistic strategy. To start off if I could leave 0 stars trust me I WOULD. I came in on 10/15/2019 for two 4 for 4's and an additional side of nuggets. I was told by the girl, Claudia, that it they were waiting on my chicken sandwich. That's no biggie I was more than okay to wait. It used to be great. I used to be loyal to this Wendy's. Like I would pass up the Wendy's by my house and take a 20 min drive to come to this one. Anyways too many great employees that I always see quit. The cashiers now are either stupid or arrogant. I'm in line and the girl just looked at me, no welcome to Wendy's.
