Only complaint is that you have to order the sides separately. They don't come with the entrees. Good selection of cocktails and beers as well. Definitely gives the 'dive bar' feel to it! Unless you really like fried mushrooms, I wouldn't bother. I really loved stuffed mushrooms, and sometimes I hope the fried mushrooms will be close enough, but not here. This place is BUSY; cops, firefighters, and lots of tradesmen. They could really use one or two people to take the food out to the tables so you don't have a half dozen people standing around the register with their thumbs up their butts waiting for their food. They have a decent-looking condiment/toppings bar, but after standing around waiting for my order to come out and feeling very dizzy, I didn't have the energy to bother with it. There are so many great places to eat in this area, and burgers just as good with more convenient service. I would not object if someone else wants to eat here, but I don't think it will be my first choice.

She repeatedly interrupted us after just a few sips to ask if we needed refills, even coming very close and watching our drinks at eye level. It felt intrusive and awkward rather than attentive. Overall, the food was great, but the service was unacceptable and uncomfortable enough that it overshadowed the experience. It felt like I was being served by a crack head on the street. She should be embarrassed that she came to work that high.

We really liked the fried mushrooms. But we made our own dipping sauce which was better than the ranch they give you: mix 2/3 mustard and 1/3 Mayo. Tangy and delicious. We get these at "The Windmill" when we go to the jersey shore and the sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is a horseradish sauce which is amazing (hint hint, Chuck Box). I would eat here again but bring a flashlight to inspect the produce and lower my expectations. It was good, not great. It smelled kind of off in here also.
