Fancy interior, very clean. Spicy chicken sandwich the first time was dry but the other two times were very good. I give this place a three star because the manager gave me a hard time for redeeming a valid coupon from the receipt I got from a previous visit and filling out their online survey. He claimed the validation code usually have a letter in it and didn't seem like he was going to let me use it until I showed him the webpage that I literally finished the survey on 2 minutes before I walked into Wendy's to verify the code is indeed legit. I will stay with Jack in the Box down the road and their $6 munchie's meal from now on (no matter how good of a deal buy 1 get 1 free spicy chicken sandwich is, it simply isn't worth it). read more

True story: I've never eaten anything from Wendy's besides a Frosty (cause duh, they are AMAZING). I decided to be adventurous this time I came by - I had some sort of grilled chicken sandwich when I came in and it was SO good! It was smothered in sauce, so maybe next time I'll ask them to go easy! I got the combo so I could have fries to dip in my Frosty (don't judge me, it is delicious). They also have one of those new coke machines that you can basically make any drink your heart desires. This location has just opened, it is very nice! Large dining room, lots of table and a few bar like rails. Very bright and clean, not garbage all over or dirty tables. People seem to be pretty considerate. The menu is easy to read, pricing is laid out well and reasonable. The staff is very friendly as well! Easy to find, in the parking lot of Fred Meyer. Lots of parking spaces, also has a drive thru! Will certainly come back again...maybe for more than Frosty! read more

I rarely eat fast food (now-a-days) and even more rare dine inside the dining room. I stopped by this location on a whim and a late night craving after drinking and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the decor. Bright lighting, clean dining area, modern decor and even a fireplace. I felt like I was in an upscale boutique rather than a fast food restaurant in Renton of all places. The food came out quickly but the burger itself was extremely over seasoned with salt, maybe it was my taste buds not used to what fast food tastes like anymore but I haven't had one as salty as that! If the burgers tasted better I'd be more inclined to give a better review, it truly does deserve 5 stars for the dining room itself. read more

It's Wendy's. Food prices are slowly increasing and their value menu is not such a value anymore. That's not their fault though I guess, with inflation, money hungry ceo's and all that. I didn't go in the lobby, but just through the drive through. Oddly placed within a shopping center, so the in and out access is not that great. Building is brand new (within a month or so) so everything looks nice and parking lot was clean. My order was correct and the iced tea tasted like tea! Vey nice place. Actually really nice in the inside. A place it looks like people go to chill,maybe grab a frosty and relax. Staff is very friendly, quick with making meal. Asian salad very good but could use some crispy wontons in it and more vibrant veggies. If they add more red peppers or colorful veggoes would be more appetizing. Dressing needs work. I went to this Wendy's tonight with my boyfriend 20 minutes before closing. We waited for 5 minutes behind a car that seemed like they had a big order. There was a car behind us as well. When it was our turn to order a young man said "one moment please" and forgot to turn off his microphone. Apparently the person in front of us was actually a friend of his. We could hear him asking the kitchen to add on more food for the order, we saw a box go from the car into the drive thru window and back into the car. The young man who forgot to turn off his mic said "is that kush?" After this, we attempted to record this but only caught the tail end of that conversation before a short Hispanic woman came on the head set with an embarrassingly angry attitude and said "what can I get you we close in 10 minutes" I ordered my 4 for 4 combo and She repeated it quickly and asked for a drink order. As I was asking my boyfriend what he wanted as a drink she snapped at me asking for the drink order again. By this time I had had it and was afraid to even order my food because I felt it'd be handled carelessly or maybe even be messed with. I went up to the window and asked for the kids name but he wouldn't give it to me. The hispanic woman's name is Monica. She tried to be nice when I asked for her name but I wasn't having it. I understand there's rough nights, my first job was McDonalds. But I've never disrespected someone like Monica did to my boyfriend and I in the short time I encountered her. You need to have some standard of customer service or get out of the industry, or possibly a kitchen position. And if you were in a hurry to close you could've nicely said so. Or make sure cars are moving efficiently through your drive thru so you can clean up for the night, not let your cashier talk about weed with his homies, with cars behind him, with his microphone on. I thought since this is a newer Wendy's they'd have top notch service. TISK TISK! Nice interior with TV. Menus are on big screens, but prices were broken and not shown... Food quality, even for a fast food restaurant, was not great. Food came out as a to-go order, even though we said for-here. One of our burgers had a big dollap of mayo on top of the bun... Burgers weren't very warm. They have the fancy soda fountain where you can add flavors, like vanilla Coke, but there's only one, so you will have to form a line and wait if there's a crowd. This used to be the best Wendys, but is quickly becoming the worst now that its under new management. Always dirty, always a long wait for your food and often errors on your order. On my most recent visit the drivethru wasnt moving, so I went inside to order and I witnessed employees loudly arguing and complaining, the manager used her hands to press down the garbage in the can behind the counter, then immediately began bagging food items for customers without ever washing her hands let alone using gloves. Not gonna visit this Wendys for quite some time. Hopefully a new manager will come in and whip it back into shape. read more

Place looks great. Cool and comfortable seating areas. Feeling the faux fireplaces... but the music playing in the background made my food taste bland. I don't want to hear the Dawson's Creek theme song playing while I'm eating. Or any of that dying dog "in the arms of the angels" commercial music. Horrible night crew. Sat in line for drive thru for 15 minutes. Three cars got their food before they even took my order. Yet they have time to sit and chat with the person at the window. Upon getting home I found that they couldn't even do something as simple as give me sauce for my food (4 for 4). Obviously there is no management after dark. Does the person who makes the snack wraps have one arm!? Because if he or she has one arm then I would understand but it is honestly like they put the wrapper down, grab and throw all of the ingredients down on it at once, crumple it into a ball, throw it in the bag and hand it to you. The first two times it happened I thought, "Oh maybe they have someone new in the kitchen." For it to happen again two weeks later is kind of ridiculous. Don't bother with this restaurant- it started with the couple smoking outside the front door to, then to wait big several minutes in line. Only to watch them make the person in front of me wait, she orders and my son and I walk up after standing there for more than 5 minutes, I walked up and was asked to wait- they don't do this is the drive through so why would they ask me at the walk up at the counter when I can watch them walk away while I'm still waiting. Typical wait time in either the drivethrough or walk-up is about 20 minutes, they give you exactly ONE napkin if they remember to give you any at all, and the lettuce & tomato produce typically resemble kitchen scraps of the lowest quality... which is really sad because the facility is nice and when the burgers arent cold and they remember to season the fries, the food is pretty good... but NEVER COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! I got trapped in their drivethrough today for 22 minutes and was late for my dr. Appt... so that gave me some extra time to leave this review. read more

If I can give this zero stars I would. I just left here a few minutes ago, but it was the most horrible experience ever. I bought some food, 3 items, very simplistic and very hard to mess up. But somehow they forgot one of the items. I waited 15 more minutes in the drive thru after having to drive back. I finally got my order.
