I do not usually reveiw fast food joints but I must say that every time I go to this Wendy's I get quick service. Not only are they ready to take my order but the food is served promptly and hot. I usually do not have any issues with mistakes when I walk in but occasionally I do with the drive through so I check my order every time before I leave the window no matter how long the line is. There is nothing worse in driving away only to find out you do not have all of your order. The dining room is always clean but way too cold to eat in there. They need to warm it up. I like that they have Blue Cheese salad dressing most fast food places don't but I do not like that the sour cream is low fat and fake really ruins a potatoe. They should also tell the customer when they ask if they want cheese or onions on their chili that it will cost them. read more

Don't normally review big chain places but this Wendy's is pretty poorly managed. My walk up experience is usually fine but the drive thru is horrible. They don't ask if you want ketchup and if you do ask they are super stingy or bad attitude about it. Not sure why the drive thru workers have such bad attitudes. They won't say a word to you. I always check my order before I go because the workers here don't seem to care (which they probably don't since it is minimum wage) but also no quality control from management. I do normally get salad as I do think their salad is pretty good but check to see if they include dressing. read more

This Wendy's looks run-down, but then so do a lot of Wendy's these days. The service when I went was speedy, and I didn't have any problems. The staff didn't really go up and above to smile or even pretend to be happy. Got the food about 30 seconds after I ordered it though....and yes, my order was correct. Awful. I've never had worse luck at a drive-thru when it comes to receiving my proper order. The problem must lie with management, as employees come and go but the level of general incompetence never changes. The employees at the window are almost always useless and seem annoyed when you ask them to do their jobs properly and correct their mistakes. They're very slow and always forget my extra pecans(that I purchase) for my salad. A few times I've even been asked to park and wait out front- for over 5 minutes(after already waiting 10 in line) for my order which is not large at all, I guess at least the food is fresh but my order should've been ready all that time I was waiting. I come here more often than any other place because I like Wendy's burgers over Mc Donald's. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Stuck for 7 minutes in the drive thru line and only 3 cars have moved. I have been able to escape in the past. 10 cars backed up in the lot waiting and it can't be lack of staff because I have seen 4 different employees just wandering around. 2 had the drive thru headsets on but we're far from a register so that explains the lack of service. It's to bad because the food is usually good but the late night service is really bad. It's now been 10 minutes and I have not even made it to the speaker. I went here today for the first time (I've never been to a Wendy's before) with some of my family and everything went great. There wasn't a line when I came in and we got our food very quickly. Skip the drive-through. I've been short changed more than once. They charge for condiments. Atypical for a fast food chain. You usually get a packet or two of something for free. I get it, but don't charge me, when I specifically decline. Food wise, they're inconsistent -- soggy fries on my last drive-through order. It seems like they put too much priority on getting you in and out of the drive-through, but overlook billing and quality control. read more

This place should be shut down if the franchisee can not run it properly as they have not been able to do for several years. This location has left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively several times. Today after receiving coupons for Wendy's in the mail yesterday I attempted to use them at this location. After several minutes at the drive through intercom when I finally did try to place my order I was told that they would not be accepting the coupons until the next day. I told them there is no date on the coupon when it would be honored just then it expires. I was again told the Manager said the would not honor them. I of course called the corporate offices immediately and asked about this they said they have the same coupons and also see no start date for them and would start a case and contact the franchisee, district and regional managers for an explanation. This has happened on numerous occasions where they did not apply discounts properly. The last time I had a single here the beef paddy was dried out and not really edible I should have requested a fresh burger but this place just needs to close if they can not function properly. This place absolutely putrid! I took my family here through the drive through and we saw something very disturbing. We saw huge, brown, fuzzy rats with beady little eyes! They were just running around near a fence. We just couldn't believe it! Honestly, the fact that Wendy's is a well known brand it's a shame for that sight! I have seen all the bad reviews and I get it it's a very busy store . However, when you look at the fact that it's the only Wendy's in the area, that they feed a lot of people at lunch and dinner and that they put out quality product -good stuff. But they do need to get their order accuracy down. I was there yesterday ordered the chicken pecan salad with ranch. They forgot the blue cheese and pecans. I went in tonight ordered the salad same way they have given me the standard dressing. Also when I ordered the 4for $4 which comes with nuggets the person automatically gave me barbecue sauce, I then asked for honey mustard. This mistakes are simple enough to solve but when these other yelp-ers say they have forgotten things I understand that if I drive off having paid and you didn't do your job to get my order accurate I will be upset. Lastly they were staggering taking orders. I guess to slow down their window times. What's that? I usually enjoy my trips to Wendy's but recently they have been lagging in drive thru, some worker asked me what I wanted to order and so I responded and it took her 5 minutes to tell me she was ready, so she basically asked me to order for no reason the first time. I usually don't eat until I get home and when I took a sip of my drink it taste like it was 90% Water and 10% Sprite. I was at the drive through and after I gave my order, the lady didn't even tell me to drive up to the window or repeat my order. It was just a long awkward silence. I usually go to this Wendy's since it's close to were I work and the food is good. Today my fiance went and ordered me a chicken sandwhich. When I unwrapped the burger I was shocked to find that the meat had green and blue fibers!!! I was disgusted and immediately went to the place and they eventually gave me another one. My burger was lukewarm and wasn't fresh at all and my fries were garbage. I hope the guy ordering behind me didn't have to experience that.

Worst experience. Went thru the drive thru and there were about 5 cars in front of me. Each car took about 5 minutes just for the person to get it right. The car in front of me took about 10 minutes just to get her order completed. Finally I'm next to pull up at the window and a guy walks up because they messed up his order. They wanted him to come around and wait thru the line again instead of just giving the guy what he ordered. I told the guy I didn't mind waiting. But they would not help him and he had to go back around. When I finally pulled up she just took my money and handed my food. When I questioned what I ordered she had an attitude. So I took my time and made sure it was right before I pulled off. They need to get some Professionals in there to manage that location. Leaving it to unskilled employees is giving the company a bad name. The Baconator was delicious! But the customer service was the worst I've seen in a long time.
