I experienced terrible service once again, and this time it was especially horrible. I often feel like I deserve this for giving any fast food place in Savannah a chance. We placed a mobile order and found ourselves backed up with about five cars ahead of us, which meant we waited close to 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window, the rude, unresponsive dead eyed employee simply informed us that they had run out of food. That was all the information she provided, and she had no solution or knowledge on how to process a refund. I can't help but think that if I went to hell, it would be filled with poorly managed fast food restaurants, and I would feel like this forever. Maybe I'm already there. read more

Didn't realize that the fast food joint "Wendy's" was a great place to eat. Like WOW really amazing salads for those health conscious minded and looking for great satisfying salads. I wish I would have known long ago. I'd recommend Wendy's any day to EVERYONE for a nice salad hands down! Now I can hardly wait to go again. Wendy's, my new Chick Fil A. Like really... WOW. Yes, I said it... my new Chick Fil A. And lastly for those who use to crave and skip one fast food drive through JUST to get over to Wendy's for the GREAT BIGGIE FRY... Ugh! Always hit or miss-are they or aren't they open? Just drove through-only taking mobile orders-5 minutes later-taking drive-thru orders...wow! If you can avoid them at all-please do! We went over to Sonic and the power went out so we went to Wendy's I had my 9 year old son and 6 year old girl in the car, and then we saw a sign called "drive-thru not available" so we just pulled up the service was great but they ignored us so we went to McDonald's instead and my 9 year old son was fighting because he was not a Mexican fan lol so I just pulled up to McDonald's. It was so disappointing of how we didn't get our d*** food but the ambiance was pretty nice read more

I went in at 443 pm 10/21/2023 . Half way threw taking the order the girl walked away to use the bathroom ? Order went in at 504 pm for 4 sandwish ,2 fries and 2 drinks . 5 people standing there and only 1 making orders - 1 at a time . dropped 1 order of fris , and waited to pull them before making next order of fries , then left them sitting there while cooking and cooking &making 1 sandwish at time . I finally get the whole order at 5 47 pm to nothing made right and no manager . My bill for 37.09 for missing meat on a double . missing extra bacon , missing cheese , missing straws sucks and the people working here suck too. read more

This Wendy's is terrible. They are ALWAYS out of main food items. They never have all of their drink selections. Their receipt machine seems to always be broken. The staff is rude and incompetent. What finally made me leave a review was when the lady who took my order mocked me over the speaker. I used to be an assistant manager at Wendy's and dedicated many hard working years to the restaurant and it's food. I'm pregnant now and it's all I've been craving, went through their drive through because they never have the dining room open even though every other restaurant does. They answered their speaker very rudely and basically tossed the food at us. My food was cold and my spicy chicken sandwich had chicken that was obviously a couple hours old. At Wendy's you should be able to taste every ingredient in the sandwich in every bite... however this wasn't the case. I called and they offered to replace my order. When I finally got a chance out of my busy work schedule to go get my replacement I was treated like a burden the entire experience. They offered to replace my entire order yet didn't give me any drinks and switched out the mayo on my sandwich for tartar or ranch sauce ( idk what sauce it was but it tasted fishy and was obviously not mayo) cause me to throw up and when I called to talk to a manager I was yelled at and hung up on for being upset about the situation. This happened today 3/15/2022 @ 6:40pm. I didn't catch the managers name but she was very aggressive and hostile towards me, I would never suggest someone loose their job but she had no right screaming at me and hanging up the phone in my face. I am never returning to this Wendy's and I don't think anyone should. The management is very careless and makes excuses for this employees lack of training and respect for their job. I would like a call back from the district manager or store manager if he isn't available. I have never been or disappointed in a Wendy's before and I know that no fast food restaurant is perfect but Wendy's does have a code of conduct and standards to go by. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food joint. When I'm feeling unappreciated, tired, fatigue, or hungry I come here. Their chicken nuggets are awesome. I can't decide between Mcdonald's nuggets or Wendy's. However, i think Wendy's should probably advertise the same as Mcdonald's 20 nuggets for $5. I would be at that drive through eating nuggets all day. Here you can dine in or take out. There's a nice sit in eatery. The staffs are polite and serve fast. I also order the chili from Wendy's. It's the only fast food in Savannah that serves chili. read more

I decided to stop by this location after a 14 hour shift today and got my usual, a Spicy Chicken Go Wrap. Once I took it out of the wrapper I was already disappointed because it wasn't wrapped properly, the lettuce was soggy and discolored, and the tortilla wrap was breaking apart. About half way through I looked down to be greeted with a fly. Lord knows if I ate some flies before looking, I know I refuse to come back here. I know y'all work in fast food but you could at least pretend to care about your customers and overall cleanliness. I'm just disgusted. read more

On 3/25/2022 , I visited a Wendy's on Victory drive in Savannah Ga.I ordered 2 fish meals that totaled 15.88  , and upon checking my order I noticed that the sandwich was wrapped inside out and fish patty was over cooked and the fries weren't crisp . For that reason, I went to the dining area where I was approached by an employee who abruptly stated that no one can come in to the dining room, so I requested to speak to his manager. The employee slammed the door behind himself and went inside to get the manager . The manager came out to the door, and he noticeably had an attitude about being requested. He did not say much .  I explained that the fish was over cooked and if he could have the staff re-prepare the meal or refund me my money . He agreed , but took over 45 mins to prepare . With that in mind , I had to leave because I was on a lunch break . With all this in mind , the customer service was poor and the food was not good at all. read more

Manager gets 5 stars. She is running a tight ship with happy, respectful, employees and satisfied customers! We stopped in on a Sunday for the first time in a while. First we realized they added baked sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese, and chili fries to the menu. We were greeted verbally and with direct eye contact by three people including the manager. Our food was hot and fresh and special requests had been taken care of. The dining room was clean. An employee, who was not busy with customers, was cleaning the backs of some chairs where people touch with hands. How awesome is that! All the time she was happily interacting with people near her. Nice to see. When we left three people, including the manager called goodbyes to us, asked us to return another day and told us to have a great afternoon. Well done, Wendy's. I don't review too many fast food joints, but this one stands above pretty most all of the Savannah ones I've been to. The service has been prompt and the food quality good all the times I've been to it. I would dock it a star for being fast food, but it is what it is. read more

Let me start off by saying I love Wendy's food but this location has the worst customer service ever. They are very rude when you come through the drive-thru. I was a restaurant manager years ago and I know that you must greet the customer in a timely manner, be polite, repeat the customer's order (to make sure you have it right), and suggested sell items. I didn't get any of that. I had to repeat my order several times, once I got to the window to pay I wasn't even greeted. Tonight around midnight i got off work like i normally do at this hour during the week, and proceeded to Wendys (which i go once a week) the line in the drive through was slower than any line ive ever been in. It took 45 minutes tonget to the menu. Over the speaker the lady instructs me to pull to the second window. So another ten minutes pass by as i edge up to the second window. Inside i see a couple employees snickering and laughing. The man at window leans out and informs me that Wendys has implemented a policy this year that they cannot serve Motorcycles at the drive through window. I tell them ive been in line an hour...and why did you make me wait a other ten minutes in line to inform me of a policy that is completely made up. The lady behind me saw what happened and attempted to order for me...the employee made up that their can NOT be any add ons at the window. This was completely cruel and outrageous for an establishment to do to someone. They tild me a motorcyle is thw same as a bicycle and cannot serve me...even though once a week for months ive had no problem. read more

I used to work at Wendy's years ago as an assistant manager. I trained my first day at this store. I recently went to this store to get 3 singles and fries. It was around 8:00 at night and there was no one waiting and not many people in the store. I brought the hamburgers hold. When I got he burgers out of the bag I noticed that the wrapper felt cold. When I got tot he hambugers they were all cold. The fries were also cold. The hamburgers tasted like they had come out of the bucket that they keep the cooked patties in that they are going to use for chili. I called the 800 number to complain. They said that someone from the store would call. They never did call. I did the online complaint and requested the store to call. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. This store has definetly gone down. I had heard from other people about this not being a good store. I really didn't think it was true. This store does not care about its food, its customers or its service. I suggest going to McDonalds on Skidaway Road instead of going to Wendy's. read more

I go here several times a week but I will NOT be returning here. I came through one night about a week or two ago and received RAW MEAT because someone decided they weren't going to take the time to cook my food completely before giving it to me. I ate part way through before I realized what had happened and spent the entire next day vomiting. (Not only that but my sandwich was thrown together, drenched in mayo sliding apart when I opened it and the entire bottom bun was soggy and wet.) After calling customer service and doing the dumb little review thing I was told that I would be receiving a call from a rep within a few days and never did.
