Geeze alright well ugh I have only 2 or 3ish nice things to say and I know this review is harsh but i always try to say something nice let's go down the line with the things I have to put down for yelp let's start with food so I tell you what food is exactly my Wendy's expectations one time there was no straws but that's fine. I've ordered from here for years and it is bad 9 times out of 10. Either the food is cold, your order is wrong, the staff are brain dead, or all of the above. This was a very strange experience. The food was tasty and well presented. We had a Biggie Bag, and another special deal that included a drink, burger, fries and chicken nuggets. Also ordered small Frosties which hit the spot! The parking lot has spaces for 30 cars but inside there are only 10 seats. There are an additional 10 outside seats weather permitting. The rest room are single rooms but do not locks on the doors so anyone can walk right in on you. The sink is in an adjacent area but did have soap, paper towels or air dry. It's a Wendy's, five stars for a fast food joint, not in comparison with other local restaurants. Hey, sometimes we just want something quick or fried, no judgement here! Honestly, this is the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to. Inside tables all have plugs for laptops and USB for phones to charge. There's even an outside seating area. Very disappointing place to get fast food. I've gotten watery chilli with no meat, cold chicken nuggets that are dry and old, under cooked fries, stale buns, or they're out of simple toppings. It's always something, I don't think I ever got exactly what I ordered and paid for. And you will never get a refund for online orders they don't have in store. read more

This experience is entirely based on the drive-thru. Honestly, I was just hungry and actually came off the highway to find the local McDonald's. I stopped at Wendy's because it was first. The location is beautiful, right on a mountain with rock climbing into the sky behind it. I had no issues with the customer experience, everyone was pleasant enough and it was really fast service. However, I ordered by burger with just ketchup and cheese, and it tasted like pickles. There were no pickles, but it was like the ketchup had been mixed with pickle juice. Horrendously bad. Sometimes there are extremely long waits just to order, they get your food wrong 50% of the time, and they pretend they're not there at night so you can't order. One time when ordering uber eats they gave me a "burger" that was just two buns and a piece of cheese, which we got our money back for. This place is the worst. I started a yelp just so I can write this review. First of all the people that work there have nasty attitudes and act like they don't even want to be there. They are always out of items and they mess up orders almost every time. I have eaten at many Wendy's throughout the New England area and I would rather starve to death than go back there again. I leave nearby so I have given them so many chances to get better but it has been worse. Tonight I ordered a double stack with only cheese and extra cheese on it. My debit card was overcharged from this place 38.25 on April 2, 2021 at around 2:30pm. They didn't give me a receipt but when I pulled to the window I was told a total of 20 some dollars for 2 medium #1 combos. I will be contacting my bank and take further steps to secure my card information. Please demand for a receipt so this doesn't happen to you. Update: On 4/03/2021 at around 2pm I was contacted by Manager Valentina vía email apologizing and told me to come in anytime for my money. I was issued a refund of 18 for the amount of the overcharge. Manager Veronica was very gracious and apologetic. I really appreciate the fact that they made it right and acknowledged their mistake. I had high hopes for this new location. Did not get a receipt, 30 minutes to get cold food, only two orders ahead of mine. Apparently my timing was off and I came in during break time. Four uniformed employees were eating dinner. Placed my order at the front door kiosk and waited and waited. I watched the employees eat and other meals being served ahead of mine at the drive through. The two orders in front of mine waited the same amount of time. Once the employees finished their break after about 20 minutes, the serving began. I received two cold burgers thirty minutes after placing my order. My Daughter just left the Seymour, CT Wendy's! The guy on the drive up speaker was extremely rude, then when she drove up to the window the girl working the window almost dropped the drinks into her window, when she put them down she turned to get her food as she was shoving them at her and closed the window, on top of the fact they never gave her a receipt and she didn't get all the food she ordered. Also noticed my burger was under cooked 3/4's of the way through eating it and cold. Make sure you check your bags, not sure we will be visiting this location again! I stopped at the Seymour Wendy's drive-up for a few hamburgers and a Frosty. There was only one car in front of me yet it took five minutes before I could get to the speaker. I had to wait another 5 minutes before they finally took my order. I drove around to the pickup window and had to wait and wait for the car in front of me to get their order. When it was my turn the burgers were not ready and I was asked to park in front and the order would be brought to me. I waited five minutes and no food. I tried to enter the building but the doors were locked, I walked around to the drive-up window and squeezed next to a waiting car and asked about the status of my order and the worker looked and found it sitting on a shelf. I took the food home and it was cold. AGAIN! I say again because I have had these same problems before. I used to come here all the time when they first opened but now after MULTIPLE bad experiences I will not be coming back. The first time we waited over an hour for our food as they had us drive around to the front and wait there. Unfortunarely we had to keep driving around to the drive thru to keep checking on our order because the inside was closed at this time. We asked for a reciept multiple times and they failed to give us one and after a long battle we left with no food and they told us to come back in the morning so they can figure it out with their manager in order to get our money back. If it wasn't for the one friendly employee who tried his hardest we would not have been okay with leaving without the food we PAID for. The next day nothing came about by the way so we were at a lost. After a couple months of not going here, I decided to give them another shot.
