Had an urge for a fast food burger and the only other thing close were the hockey pucks from Mickey D's, so obviously I went with Wendy's. I got a Dave's Double with no onions. I used the drive thru and it was quick. Paid at 1st window and my sandwich was ready by the time I pulled up to the 2nd window. Both employees I interacted with were friendly. The burger was hot and freshly made . The meat truly tasted like it was never frozen. The outside of the restaurant was clean and kept. Can't say anything about inside from this visit but I have been inside on other occasions and they have a real nice set up, chic! For something fast this was not to bad. But I will stick with my local restaurant's for real good burgers! read more

I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich. When I got the food it had tomatoes on it. Also the fry's were stale and were like chips.

My wife had come through and was meaning to order the old style of cheesy cheddar burgers, there was a bit of a miscommunication and we ended up with the larger Dave singles, roughly 30$ more than what we normally pay for the meal. The two women that were there on 9/27/25 around 5pm took care amazing care in helping resolve the issue, they went above and beyond when it came to helping fix with a solution. Now we know exactly how to order it. A big shout out to those two women for how they handled the issue! Very professional, understanding and kind. I also work in food and always greatly appreciate when people have amazing customer service. Yall rock! The receipt we have has the name Madison on it, I wasn't there for the interactions I would have made sure to check and give them both a giant shoutout. 10/10 read more

Went thru drive thru, got burger and fries. The napkins in the bag were wet with grease from the fries. I had to pull up and wait because the fries weren't ready. I live 10 minutes away and fries were cold when I got home, plus they were greasy and salty. I won't be going there again for a long time!!!!!!!! read more

This place is slower than cold molasses running up hill in January. Being in the area often, I have come by several times and ended up just leaving because the line never moves. This is a "fast" food restaurant right? Hire enough people to get the food prepared! read more

Consistently horrible service with a bad attitude. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Waited thirty minutes in the lobby while they attended to the drive thru. No one was taking counter orders at all. When the dozen or so people in the lobby waiting to order complained that no one was taking orders at the counter, female manager continued to be rude and dismissive. I use this Wendy's a lot, mostly when I'm getting off of work. I love the older woman who's usually manning the register and don't really have an issue per say with any of the employees themselves but the line takes an incredible amount of time to get through. At my last visit I ordered and waited in the line, from start to finish, about 15-20 minutes. I wasn't told they were out of ice until after I had paid and drove to the second window - only then did they hand me a warm sweet tea and let me know. It seems like this location has been deteriorating here lately. Not sure if it's an employee issue or a management issue. read more

I take the kids I nanny here for Frosty's. The pleasantness of the employees is always hit or miss. The kids enjoy the Frosty's so that's the most important thing. We've only gone through the drive through, but they've never messed our order up Or the money. Just not as nice as you'd expect. I can't comment on the inside or the restrooms. Went inside restaurant to order food, had two employees acknowledge my presence at the register. One walked by and continued doing whatever, the other lady with purple hair proceeded to put down more food then walk over to the register I was standing in front of and proceeded to take an outside order while looking at me then told the other employee to come over and take my order. I used to love this Wendy's. Always going here to get my lunch. The nicest older African American women would always be at the windows. The sweet sound of their voice calling me baby helped with the pain of eating Wendy's. They remembered me every time and were always super nice. It's been about a month and I haven't seen either of these women since. The windows now run by younger and much more rude and unpleasant kids. I'm sick of this shit the only reason I went to this Wendy's was those women. You guys are ruining your company by employing the absolute shittiest high school students possible. I would absolutely drive an hour to get a Wendy's burger, just to hear these women call me baby and warm my soul like your burgers could never do. Thank you and please re-hire these women. read more
