These people are awful. It has been almost a year since my father passed away and still no stone. I called and texted to no avail. I received one text that I would receive a call and then either do not receive one, or receive one at 5:00PM with a hang up before I can answer and then no answer when I call back seconds later. The lack of customer service in such a sensitive issue is appalling. I give them one star because there is no option for zero stars. I am hoping this review spurs a substantive call back as nothing else has. read more

We ordered from this company because my mother insisted ---since Wertheimer had produced the stones for my family past- all before new ownership We ordered a stone in Feb 2022 , 18 months later still waiting for delivery. We have asked for our money back - and owner just keeps stalling- First it was COVID supply chain issues- lately he has been blaming the supplier - stating they are "on vacation" this supplier takes a lot of vacations---this has been the excuse 4 times already in recent months If the supplier was the issue - one would think a business owner- would find another supplier to save their reputation. Bottom line DO NOT do business with Larry Moskowitz or Wertheimer Liberty. read more

Like the other reviews, I have had severe problems with the not-so-new owner Larry Moskowitz. I ordered a monument September 2022 and as of today (3/12/24) have not received it. I last heard from the owner four months ago and when I called today he gave me the same runaround lies that are consistent with what other reviewers on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau site have written and he has used with me before. This is after many unreturned phone calls and emails. So I am currently out almost $3,700 with no monument in sight a year and a half later. There is an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2020 that investigates him and talks about how the Bucks County District Attorney was investigating him for his business practices and a very large bankruptcy. Do not use them. They are actually owned by Bar Yehuda Cemetery and have changed the monument company name to Bar Yehuda Monuments. I am in the process of taking various legal actions. It doesn't get much lower than grifting vulnerable people that are mourning the loss of a loved one. read more

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering the monument for my wife's grave. The first person I dealt with was Anthony Fischer who talked a real good game about good service. However, there were problems all along the way. Once they had my money, it was hard to reach them by phone and they were slow to answer emails. They kept getting the Hebrew wrong on the draft for the engraving, so we went back and forth about that whenever I could actually reach them. Then they kept pushing back the completion date -- promising the next month and the next. I finally saw a picture of the completed stone 101/2 months after the burial. I'm still waiting to hear that it's on the grave since -- once again -- Larry Moskowitz said it would be on by a certain date, and my family members went to the grave and saw that the stone still wasn't installed. read more

My family was ripped off by this company. Be warned! Do not use this business. The company did not deliver the quality of granite we paid for. Instead we were provided with a subpar granite that the cemetery is requiring we replace. Wertheimer continues to be unresponsive. They are not to be trusted. read more

October 4, 2023. This is a sham organization. There is no office at the Southampton PA address listed as 758 Second Street Pike. They promised a refund for service is not received and no refund has been given after three months. No one answers their phone, but there is a voice message to leave your name and number. It appears they continue to operate in the same way. read more

This company is not even worth a star. My father passed away in April of 2019. We had planned the unrevealing for November 10, 2019, since my family was traveling form out of town and we needed a long weekend. October came and went and my father's stone was not ready. We said ok, April. April arrived and no stone. This company blamed a lost vendor. I am in a business as well that relies on vendors. We have many. the next excuse was COVID -19. This stone should have been completed before the whole pandemic halted commerce. Every time an email or phone call was placed, another excuse. Meanwhile my mother has to go visit her husband with no marker. She is distraught and left with no answers. The stone was finally placed on August 12,2020. GREAT.....NO.... The stone was supposed to have the symbol of a Masonic Past Master. the symbol etched was just a generic Mason symbol. This was not what was directed. To sum up, This company was not only late on delivery but also did not deliver the item ordered. Do you want to give your trust to a company like this when you are at your most vulnerable? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and do not follow up on your calls or emails. I ordered a grave stone for my brother in the begining of Feb. 2022 and still have not been told when delivery will be done. Was told when I ordered it coulld take six months. Started to call in July to follow up. Have called the owner, Larry Moskowitz and only once has he called me back to tell me the grave stone was at the sand blaster on Sept. 29th. It is now Dec 21st and still no grave stone. DON"T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID. read more

Please read this. This company under the new ownership of Larry Moscowitz has ruined the reputation of this once trusted business and is taking advantage of mourners in their time of grief. They took our money in the the fall of 2019 and as of July 2020 have not delivered a stone. They do not return calls , texts, or emails( Sloan included) and they mislead us from the very start. We are now having to take legal actions. This was once a highly reputable business who's reputation has been destroyed by the new owner. Stay far away . Don't believe a thing they tell you about time lines and delivery times. They take your money and run. Please see other reviews about them if you doubt mine. read more
