I was told they don't accept tow-ins due to the assumed extensive damage that would come with a vehicle that can't be driven in. So I asked if I were to zip-tie the flap and drive it in, if they would then take the vehicle. I was still told no, with some annoyance that I would dare try and find a work around to their rule. I tried to show pictures of the minor damage so they could see it wasn't extensive at all but they weren't interested, they just don't want vehicles towed in. I have to assume based on the reviews, it's because they just aren't competent at fixing anything much more than minor scratches. After the interaction with the front desk lady, I have never been happier to take my business elsewhere. According to the other reviews, they do poor work anyway so maybe she saved me a headache in the long run. If you read reviews like I do, trust your gut and go elsewhere. Attached is a photo of damage that is too complicated for this shop to manage. I mean if this is too much for them, do you really want them doing ANY work on your $50k+ vehicle??

Went with this shop because they offered bulk wrapping where most shops just use template cut outs. Everyone from the owner (Linx) to employees are extremely friendly and professional. If there are issues, flaws, imperfections with the work. Just make just to communicate with Linx and he'll make sure to get you all sorted out. When I got my car back, the paint is now protected and you can't even tell there is ppf on it. Seeing people reactions to it at car meets and shows is priceless. Highly recommended if you're looking to get PPF or any body work done here.

They use customer supplied parts, which is really a nice option. Most shops I go to do not (for good reason it can be a PIA). I had a front anti rock installed (CSP) and I had the wrong hardware, they corrected the hardware and the Jeep flexes out perfectly. They also replaced the front ball joints. Appreciated the quick service. Many shops have a hard time working with after market lifted and modified vehicles/parts. Khaotik did a great job for me. They understand 4x4s that work for a living.

My 1974 Camaro spent more than three months going in and out of their shop, and the main issue I brought it in for was never fixed. Along the way, they found several other problems, and I ended up paying over $4,000. When they finally told me the car was repaired, it broke down within an hour of picking it up. The car is now at another shop, where mechanics are correcting issues that Vintage Customs should have already taken care of. They might be great with certain classic cars, but I cannot recommend this shop for classic Camaro(s). The friendliness was there, but the workmanship and accountability were not.
