    Jalapenos Cheese bagel
    Peter X.

I stopped by this Western Bagel this morning to get a bagel. I was going to be in the area to pickup my online order at a store so I stopped by here first. I came in the early morning so they were not busy at all. I was able to get a parking spot right in front of this store and walk inside. I got a blueberry bagel, toasted and asked for creme cheese on the side because they tend to put a lot on the bagel. I got my wife her jalapenos cheese bagel. It didn't take them long to toast my bagel and I took it home to eat. I thought my blueberry bagel was too toasted but I still finished it. My wife loved her jalapenos cheese bagel, it's always her favorite.

Stopped by Western Bagel for the first time a few weeks ago in the morning and had an overall positive experience. They had a pretty good selection of different bagels to choose from and several ways to have it prepared in terms of sandwiches and spreads. The bagels were fresh and a good texture. Staff were efficient, especially with the morning rush and patient with our questions. The only small concern we had was that the bagels were a little small, especially for the price point. Everything else was fine. Western Bagel has a free parking lot for customers. Their shop has a few tables inside for patrons to dine in if they would like, although it seemed that most people took their food to go. Our order consisted of three bagels that were consumed on site and a half dozen with cream cheese that we took to-go for a friend. The ones we tried on site included: - garlic bagel with egg and bacon - egg bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese - cinnamon raisin bagel (toasted) Our sandwiches were prepared fresh and were warm upon receiving them. As noted above, they were tasty and the bagels had a solid texture that we typically love from quality bagels. We would definitely stop by Western Bagel again in the future the next time we're in town. Quick service and a strong first impression.

Tried for the first time, and I would say the food was very good. The taste of the NY pastrami was very delicious and I absolutely enjoyed every single bite. The ambiance is ok... but the service is definitely must work on. Some of the workers had kind of attitude which made us uncomfortable. The preparation time is quick. They do work really fast and clean. I would definitely visit again, they really have very delicious bagels and sandwiches.

Delicious. I ordered the Egg ala Bagel with Bacon, Cheddar cheese on everything cheese bagel. Took about 5 minutes to prepare the food & it was delicious. Everything paired well together & the bread was soft & warm with a touch of that toastiness. I recommend trying out the bagel. Thank you

    Coffe cup sticker falls apart.

The bagels here are your standard bagels. They do seen a bit smaller though than some other shops. I love the variety they have here though, especially the rye bagel. So first off first takeout, on the cold coffee they place a sticker over the straw opening and it's hard to peel away and make an opening for your straw. It says peel but it kind of just fell apart when I tried to take it off (see picture attached.) The coffee itself was good though once I finally got the straw in. We ordered hashbrowns and bagel sandwiches. 100 percent skip the hashbrowns. Online it looks like it's a McDonald's hash brown but when you get it, it's a cold dry undercooked potato patty and it's not that great. I changed up what I normally get which is just a bagel and cream cheese and tried the bagel breakfast sandwich but will be going back to just a bagel and cream cheese. The bacon on the sandwich was very thin and translucent and had no flavor other than the rye bagel I had them use to make it, the sandwich was underwhelming. Online ordering is easy and service is fast.

Great little bagel shop with just about every bagel you can imagine. All the classics plus some modern twists. Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee too,. Very friendly helpful service. Excellent lox and cream Cheese bagels!

I am making an amendment to my original post due to consistency and discrepancy in price, along with a very rude staff member. My son was looking forward to trying this spot because his favorite bagel spot is in LA (Bagel Broker) and they under delivered, he wasn't satisfied, said the egg was overcooked, lacked cream cheese and the sausage was cold. I wanted to try the pizza bagel since it was delicious the first time but the staff member working picked it up with her ungloved hands and had the biggest attitude when I decided to not get it. In all your first impression is everything but your consistency will keep folks coming back and this second impression will leave us driving elsewhere for Bagels.

Does not honor store credit. The store will not even continue to answer phone when they ask you to call back.

I got an everything bagel with regular cream cheese and an iced cinnamon bun latte. My bf got the super seed bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a raspberry matcha latte. I had the grilled salmon salad with lettuce, avocado, and cucumber. It was fresh, healthy, and really tasty. My wife had the avocado toast. I understand it's hard to keep everything clean when a restaurant is busy, but this time the place was almost empty. There were food crumbs on the floor around our table and some tables still had leftovers on them. It wasn't very pleasant while eating. I'll probably come back because the food is worth it. If the restaurant is cleaner next time, I'd be happy to give it more stars.

It's been around for decades and has served tons of patrons over the years. Inside is huge with all sorts of tables and booths so it can host many different sized groups from small to large. It's located in a small shopping center so there is plenty of free parking attached directly in front, which is extremely convenient. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. For this visit, I started off with a cup of the Chili and thought it was actually really good. I am a huge fan of chili and don't often get some that I really love, but this was definitely one of those. Next came the Mini Blintzes and these were pretty nice. I prefer a full Blintz because it has a lot more cheese and filling, but still these were a nice start, especially if are were new to this appetizer. For my entrée, I chose the Pastrami Reuben and thought it was great. It was honestly huge and I even forgot to take a picture of it because I was excited to eat it. People were friendly and service was fairly quick. Overall, the sandwich was really well done. The fresh rye bread was so lovely. It was crispy crunchy and had a nice toastiness to it. The meat was flavorful, not too salty, and moist. And the sauerkraut added a nice crunchy tang. All in all, the sandwich was delicious and devoured in under 20min. It was plenty for both my husband and I to share a single sando. For the sides, the steak fries needed a lil salt but otherwise a decent filler side. The slaw was creamy and crisp and very refreshing. The pickles were a little under pickled and tasted a lil more cucumber-y than we'd like. Overall a solid experience and we'd visit again when we're back in the area.

After a quick search I found that Earl's was just down the street from where I was staying, I decided that today would be a great time to have donuts for dinner! I walked in and before me like a vision of heaven I saw a display of the most glorious donuts imaginable. I stepped up to the display and gazed upon the magnificence laid out before me, it was overwhelming! Fortunately there was a young lady behind the counter that would be my guide, who would help me on this sweet journey. Last night we had spent some time with the younger generations, cooking up several dishes in advance for the family while our daughter recuperates from a foot injury. DH made his famous fried rice dish, then stir fried chicken and broccoli to go with it. We also worked on several other entrees. It took a couple of hours to do all that. After dinner, he and Adored Granddaughter took their dog out for a long walk. This is more than DH typically does of an evening, so he earned those donuts at Earl's! Their offerings are one of his versions of comfort food. I stayed in the car this time, while he went in and picked among their many different options. He picked up two chocolate-iced donuts for me, and a sweet roll and a glazed twist for himself. The chocolate cake donut I had with coffee this morning was heavier than I'm used to with Earl's normal offerings. I really like their apple fritters, but I didn't have one this time. I would take one over the cake-style any day - now I know. The second one I had was a lighter French-style, which was okay. I prefer old-fashioned style and the aforementioned apple fritters.
