Nathan provided the better price. He was also ok with using the switch I already bought without really knowing that they usually use a interlock and sub panel. Anyway he did the whole installation and testing on a Saturday morning. Flush mount would look better but wasn't room and it's not like it's a new house. We were told we would get the rv back the following week. They ended up taking a week and a half. Then we were told they could install electronic locks on the drawers in our motorhome. They were unable to do this and instead installed magnets to prevent the drawers from rolling out when the vehicle is in motion. Next we we're told that there would be extra charges for the extra time it took to repair the drawers. But at that time we were not told that they were unable to install the electronic locks. They told us later that there was a problem with getting the locks they wanted with the manufacturer. When we went to pick up the vehicle that is when we found out that they had just put in the magnets and not the electronic locks. When I opened one of the drawers the latch just fell off. So we had to leave it there another day. When I asked why we were still paying the price quoted for electronic locks they said it was because of all the extra time it took them to try and install the electronic locks and then take them back out again. The explanation was pretty vague. It seems to me that if they are saying that they will install something and then are not able to that that should be on them. It also begs the question of competence. Why are they saying can do something and then not able to. We ended up leaving the payment as it was, but we will not be using this place again.

They also taught me a lot about my previously installed solar, I'm sure it's self serving, but it helped me understand what was going on and where I need to make another decision soon about my existing solar. I read the previous reviews which seemed to be good, and decided to call All Phase Electric. I had…read moreno power coming to my outdoor pool equipment room. When Ryan came out he proceeded to check the electrical plugs and then saw that there was a couple of reset buttons which I was unaware were there under a cover. He pushed them in and then checked the power again, and said everything is good. He then charged me $225.00 for his service call. I would not call him again, as I think he overcharged me for the 10 whole minutes it took him to assist me with the issue. I would understand if it was $85.00 to $125.00 for a service call but not $225.00 considering he was local.

Same complaint as many others. Brought my coach in for a couple minor issues but mainly the Onan…read moregenerator would not stay running. When it's hot out it will start but then within an hour die. Been happening for about a year, we tested it with the door open and it would run most of the time indefinitely. So anyway when I brought it in I voiced all this too the service advisor. I told him to make sure the mechanic tests it with the door closed because we know with the door closed it's overheating, which is the problem I was trying to solve. They charged me for the technician to look at it and then run it for 2 hours in an air conditioned bay with the door open. So of course it didn't overheat. So they call me and go oh no nothing's wrong. So I question them about it sure enough they ran it under the wrong circumstances. So then the service advisor goes back out turns it back on, runs with the door closed sure enough within an hour it dies. Well long story short almost $700 later they tell me yep it's overheating. Yeah I know that that's why I brought it in, what is the diagnosed issue? We're not sure but we should probably just do a thousand hour service cuz that'll cover everything. Well the generator only has about 850 hours So basically they just wanted to throw parts at it. I can take it to any generator or RV shop and they could do that cheaper than what Cummins would charge. I took it to Cummins for a targeted diagnostics But instead got stuck with a huge bill and no more information than when I brought it in. Second issue of the three issues they fixed.. I have a hydraulic parking brake that's connected to the drive line. They had to repair a hose that was leaking. Well after they repaired the hose they didn't add any of the lost hydraulic fluid into the reservoir. So the very first time I went to put the parking brake on it wouldn't engage. So I'm sitting there at my house trying to call my wife holding the brakes so she can come in hold the brakes so I can go out and diagnose the issue which was the reservoir was low on hydraulic fluid. I honestly didn't bother to call them about anything I mean how can you trust him if they don't even bother to fill up a parking brake reservoir which keeps the coach from rolling away. So don't waste your money going to Cummins thinking they know better, at the 200 plus dollars an hour your not getting any better service than anywhere else.

Tom is all those things and more. I had a problem with a backyard remodel that included installing underground gas lines extending about 80 feet and connected to very expensive outdoor heaters. My contractors workers could not figure out how to properly connect the heaters and would never read the manuals when I suggested that. Ultimately the heaters were connected incorrectly and didn't work. They no longer knew how to troubleshoot the problem and pretty much made it my problem from there. The few electricians I did contact said up front they did not want to take on the task or they kept saying that they needed to come out to "take a look" if it was something they could resolve. Two did come to assess the problem. Decided they didn't know how to fix the problem but of course charged me to "take a look". From then on I made sure to ask other electricians if they had experience with gas lines and gas heaters. They never wanted to answer that question and insisted on coming out. That was very frustrating for me because when I pushed the question they admitted they did not have the experience. From the initial inquiry Tom responded within minutes. He answered at least a dozen questions in detail and never pushed to make an appointment. I asked him for an appointment. He showed up on time. He could immediately smell gas leaks where I could not. In a few minutes he found several problems. Made sure to show me each problem and explain how they affect the heaters from working properly. He fixed everything in a little more then two hours and finally the heaters worked beautifully. I also had him install a motion light. He is coming back next week to install 4 indoor fans, more motion lighting outside and two attic fans. Tom turned a stressful and frustrating problem around for me. I'm so grateful to him!

He tapped on my window and asked if I could move my car up since he has a full size truck pulling a full size trailer on it (I hadn't realized he pry had been waiting on me for a while). I told him that the pump ahead was not working and I apologized for the delay and explained my money situation and trying to find the best card to pull my gas money from. I told him I would move my car though. When I pulled next to another pump I resumed my search on my accounts as to where I could get some gas money when I heard a clunk and a click.
