The food here is great. I've been coming here for a long time however this is my first review. My favorite is the grits!!!!!! Usually I order western omelette with the grits on the side but these grits are the best!!! Every where I go the grits are watered down and no flavor but not at Weston Diner, sometimes I travel from Far away just to get my breakfast. This is a great diner the staff was very nice! We went on a Sunday, of course there will be a wait. We lucked out and only waited a few minutes. The gentleman who sat us was very personable, which is just perfect for a Sunday busy day. The waitress was patient with my kiddos as they ordered and was quick to get the coffee and juice out. I loved it...but! The pancakes, well, they were just so-so. I don't know why! We thought they were very bland. The eggs, my son loved his (kids scramble) my omelet or scramble, i can't remember, was delicious! And my daughter got 2 over easy eggs and hasn't stopped talked about it. She said they were perfect. The coffee was fresh, the drinks never were empty. Very great diner. I just can't give it a 5, because I simply can't recommend the pancakes. Ordered French toast, 2eggs and 2 sausage links and long with a couple of toasts for delivery. The sausage was delicious and the eggs were well prepared, but the French toasts were a bit on the sweet side for me. The white bread toasts were just normal toast, but they came inside a styrofoam container so they were squishy and wet. Perhaps adding a couple of holes on the container would help to improve the takeout experience. Overall, I'd say it was ok, but I was not crazy about it. Will have to try other items to see if there's anything better on the menu. read more

Went to get my wife's car serviced @ Rick Case. Decided to walk around the plaza nearby and found this gem hidden next to Office Depot and McDonald's. Have not had a good American Breakfast for a while so I decided to go while waiting for the car. Service was great! Greeted by the door and was escorted to my table. Rebecca my server took good care of me! I ordered coffee, French toast, corned beef hash and framer's omelette. Was not able to take a picture of my food as I was so eager to taste it all when it was brought in my table. Food did not disappoint! Sure I spent a little for breakfast but it's the weekend anyway. Good thing I de used to walk around! Now, I have a good place to go while waiting for my car to be serviced. Will bring my family next time! Way to go Weston Diner! You Rock!!!! read more

Food is always good. Problem is they are constantly forgetting parts of my order on uber eats. Rectifying the problem is impossible for them. They say just come in and pick it up. Well I can't! Third time was not a charm. We'd been there a couple times before and had enjoyed the omelets. So, with high hopes of delicious omelets and friendly service we stopped in today only to be met with disappointment. My wife and I ordered steak fajita omelets with sliced tomatoes on the side and my son ordered the chicken sandwich. Aside from having to wait at a vacant front counter for a few minutes before a hostess showed up, the service was good. The food was not. The three tiny slices of sad slimy tomatoes was the first sign. The omelettes, though having a bit of tough tasteless steak bore no semblance of anything relation to a fajita as there was zero seasoning at all. My son's chicken sandwich did give competition to our bland boring omelets by being just as dry and tasteless as a can be topped no sauce and no cheese, just shredded lettuce and apathy. Inexpensive which is nice and close to where I was staying. Was not very hard to find. Staff were friendly and food came fast. Water tasted fine to me not being from this side of the coast, and the atmosphere was clean. We did not have to wait very long to sit down. Server was very nice and checked on us many times. I had my intentions to try out the shrimp and grits, but it was not on the menu. However, there were many choices to choose from. I love grits, but I am picky when it comes to restaurants making it. I really like everything about this Diner. BUT Sunday was bad - IDK who was cooking but I have never had such bad tasting chicken salad! I was worried we might get sick. Was it the last of a bucket? Was it just thrown together - we couldnt finish & brought it home to try and fix it - but then I worried it was just bad food and might make us sick - so out it went. This place is a total disaster. On a quiet afternoon it took over 30 minutes to get food. Simple omelet dishes were undercooked and flavorless. Service is horrible. It's not COVID. It's waitresses standing around gabbing with regulars and fawning over chihuahuas in a stroller... is this even legal? They don't pay attention to who was seated when, so the folks seated 5 minutes after me were taken care of first. The food is OK but nothing special. The bus boy cleared my table long before my waitress realized I was waiting for my bill. This is my second time in here in a month while on business. Also the last. Update... I looked up FL law in pets in restaurants. Only outside eating areas with a local exemption and staff must wash their hands after touching them. This dog was inside in a baby stroller and not a service animal either. Multiple waitresses petted this dog and returned to service without washing. Whole thing was in violation of code. read more

This dinner is very popular on the weekend and does fabulous breakfast items. The wait was long buy we stayed and got seated. The coffee was good and strong. Our orders didn't take long at all. I had scrambled egg with onion and nova lox and hash browns. It came with a plain bagel. Everything was cooked too order. Last time I had the nova bagel with cucumber, tomato and kalamata olives and it was fabulous. I will definitely come back but next time we will try to avoid the crowds. read more

I have been here in the past but not recently. I found the overall experience to be OK. We started with the buffalo chicken quesadilla which was nothing special- just a quesadilla with buffalo sauce on it. For my entree, I got a Cobb salad. It wasn't what I expected a typical Cobb salad to be (missing egg, avocado, etc.) However, it was still a pretty decent salad. My friend was able to get breakfast, which was still being served after noon. The breakfast did look good. I would like to come back for breakfast. Went for the first time since the whole covid lock down, found some familiar faces still there, was shock to see Mike was no longer there. Food was good as always, fast and plenty. The interior had been upgraded and reupholstered, looked great. Prices and value was great. Glad they made it. Send Mike my well wishes he was a great waiter. I've lived in the area and dined here for years. The last few times have been very underwhelming. While the restaurant has undergone an updated makeover and looks better, the service and wait time for food was terrible. They are obviously understaffed. No food came out of the kitchen for at lest 15 minutes. Many, many tables were waiting for their food. We waited more than 45 minutes for our breakfast to come out. I commented to my boyfriend how bad the service and wait time was, and he said "You said that the last time we were here". We won't be dining there again any time soon. read more
