They have good reasonable drinks here. I really liked that they allowed you to mix and match the flavors. They also let you taste the different flavors which was great. I like being sure I'll enjoy my drink before I buy it. The only things I would change are I would offer larger cups and I would give discounted refills on "novelty" cups. We went on a Sunday night, so I can't say much for the atmosphere, but we enjoyed walking by the river. It was a very neat area of town. read more

Random dude came up to my table full of girls and the workers wanted to make sure we were okay with it and if not we weren't they were ready to do something! I got the Call a Cab, and it was like drinking alcohol straight up with some crushed ice. I couldn't finish it all because a quarter of the way in I was feeling pretty good. It was a little too strong so next time I hope to try something a little milder, maybe the Green Apple. It's a cool little hole in the wall with lots of folks drinking and having fun. Love Wet Willie's in all locations because they provide something we all want in the heat of the South, alcohol slushees!! And they are actually strong making the $9 price a great deal. You can mix flavors and taste test before. Awesome selection, seem to be out of jack and ginger most time which is my favorite. Best place to get refreshing, frozen daiquiris in all of Savannah. Their drinks are very strong but it's hard to tell since they use real fruit in each of their drinks. There are at least a dozen unique flavors but I suggest you mix them! Two good mixes are their Peach and Willie Dazed, and their Call-A-Cab (their strongest drink) mixed with their strawberry. The bartenders are quick to give you as many free samples as your heart pleases, and will take the time to find you the perfect blend. My girlfriend and I had a great time talking to the bartenders, with a special shoutout to Brittney and Baron, and they treated us like friends when we came back to the bar for the second time. read more

When a city allows you to drink alcoholic beverages in public, you take full advantage of it. There are wayyy to many options available here, so I asked which one was the strongest. They are all mixed with 190 proof grain alcohol but she said that the Attitude Improvement was the best, so that is the one I got. Be careful, they hit you hard, especially my choice! It is a great place to get a drink and walk around downtown. Our son enjoyed the non-alcoholic version and the food was really great as well! We have been here a few times both during busy and slow times. We have never waited very long and the staff is always very friendly and patient. They are more than willing to let you try the ones you'd like and dont be afraid to mix and match! Just don't be a "Karen" with the samples, it's a business! Not sure why everyone in Savannah was drinking alcohol from here. It was awful. My sister and I stood at the bar waiting to order for quite a while. I don't want to exaggerate but I thought it felt over 5 minutes. When you walk in the bar is to the right and they have all of the slushy concoctions swirling behind the bartenders. Wet Willies is the best place to grab a refreshing alcoholic drink on a humid summer day. My personal favorite is the White Russian, but they're all pretty tasty. Just watch your drinking, because these things are strong, but taste pretty mild. One two many Call A Cabs, and you'll really need to call a cab. The fries there are delicious, inexpensive, and serve about three people as a complete meal. They have karaoke a few nights a week, and generally there's a pretty diverse social crowd there. read more

Variety of slushies that you can combine however you want (I tried a half Call-A-Cab half Piña Colada which was amazing) and they let you try as many favors/combinations you would like. They have a seated bar and a variety of tables and tvs as well. Prices are pretty fair for what you get from other nearby places (I paid $10 for a large). Went in to purchase a drink. Was carded by a lady outside before entry. Two gentlemen were standing next to me talking to each other as I got in line to order. One of the men yelled to the girl outside and touched the top of his head. The girl then came inside and asked me to remove my hat. She explained that the owner was prior military so he believed in removing your cover when entering a building. First I am prior military also. Removing your cover only applies when you are in uniform. Second, the man who was standing next to me yelled at the girl outside to come in and tell me to take it off instead of just asking me himself. It is his establishment so in my opinion he can set up any rules he wants. I also have the right to not patronize this establishment which I did. I just turned around and left. If the gentleman himself had just asked me to remove my hat because it was one of their rules that would have been fine but don't ask a lady to do your dirty work and don't use a military rule that pertains to a person in uniform as your excuse.
