Wet Willies is a fun establishment walking distance from the beach. We decided to check it out for lunch and we're glad we did! The frozen cocktails are so tasty, you can't go wrong with them. They're so refreshing on those hot summer days! The Willie Philly was so tasty as well. Good place to fill your tummy!

Stopped by after attending the Tybee Tree lighting. Surprisingly, the bar was empty which made for a quick trip in & out. The coffee wasn't fantastic but I didn't expect a great coffee from a bar. It was pretty, though!

If you aren't giving Wet Willie's a 5 star review - that's on you. I've been to multiple Wet Willie's locations and they are all amazing. We tend to visit Tybee Island during the summer and purchase the reusable cups but decided on a whim to head down for New Year's Day. We had amazing service and were greeted as soon as we walked in. My husband was wanted something but didn't see anything on the menu and after talking about the different drink options with the bar-ista he decided on a drink. The restaurant was clean and neat and they made sure the bar was wiped down and not sticky from all the drinks served before, and trust me, there had to be a good number of drinks served because it was a little packed today on Tybee for the off season!

Since the original Wet Willie's is in Savannah, we consider this "local" to the Tybee / Savannah area! Wet Willie's is known for their delicious boozy slushees, but not many people realize they have food too! I popped in around 10:30 AM on a Saturday. It was relatively quiet compared to how I usually see it. Later I noticed the sign in the door that said they are not able to serve alcohol before 11 AM. I was looking for breakfast anyway, and found it here! I ordered the 3 cheese omelet, and it was served with hash browns and toast. I opted to take my food to go and eat on the beach. (Please be sure to clean up your trash if you decide to do this!!) The omelette was still warm by the time I settled into the sand and was ready to eat. It tasted great, and was totally worth the price, about $9. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would come here for breakfast again!

Can't go wrong with this fruity concoction !! My guy was super helpful, creating the perfect combo or slushy sweetness!

Great place to get a frozen drink while walking around in the scorching heat. We both got the "Call a Cab" which is a mixture of grain alcohol and cherry icee. Tasted fantastic and definitely hit the spot.

Come check out Lindsey and Brandon.

COMMERCIAL BREAK!!! We all know I'm a brick and mortar type of girl today the family wanted to go to Willie's. It was pretty early in the day before the New Year's Eve festivities kicked off. They have plenty of selections of frozen drinks I like me liquor straight to the point. My mom loved and got saucy though lol. The atmosphere and customer service was welcoming special thanks to Brandon and Lindsey. With samples to try and persuade you. While the margaritas weren't my drink of choice (straight to the point type of person) the food was. The gumbo was everything and a good recommendation from Lindsey. My family loved the tacos and lemon pepper wings tender and the blue cheese was real and a key to my happiness. The burgers were a bit salty for my brother but everything else was right on time. The andouille sausage and the rue were the stars of the gumbo. Not just a spot for the locals one of your favorite wet Willie's here thank me later.

If you think Wet Willies is an unlikely or strange place to go for breakfast, I would agree with you before we stumbled by there looking for a place to have breakfast. The other breakfast spots on Tybee were packed! Wet Willie's didn't even have a line. We got a seat right away. There are only a few tables so that could change very quickly. The menu has just about all the breakfast regulars and some daily specials. I ordered the French toast and my husband ordered the daily special scramble. The prices were very reasonable. I got two pieces of French toast, home fried potatoes and a small side of grits for $6.50. Amazing. Breakfast was good. They have some tables outside if you like sitting outside. It's a quick walk to or from the pier.

Location is fantastic, you are right next to the beach and there's a constant breeze coming from the ocean (always bring something to wear on top). The ambience is overall very cute, simple and romantic at the same time. Also nice to enjoy with family (grown up family - I feel like kids wouldn't have a lot of space to run around ). We had chips and dips, two cocktails (key lime martini and pink flamingo) and a white wine (brut). My favorite was definitely the key lime martini, but that's of course a matter of taste. If I were in tybee island for more days, I would most likely be at this place every evening! (They also have food, but we got here for an after dinner)

We didn't stay and eat in restaurant, but it wasn't too loud or cramped when we picked it up. The server over the phone misheard me a lot and got a few things wrong with our order, but they were very small and not super consequential. The shrimp was yummy but I wish the seasoning hadn't all been on the outside of the shell. But everything was well made and we ate it up so quickly!

Went to Sea Wolf last week and it is a must when visiting Tybee. Beautiful outdoor seating and…read morewonderfully eccentric indoor seating. My group of 4 was seated in one of the corner booths inside, next to a giant hot dog plush and hot dog balloon. Thoughtful and weird decor everywhere you look! My wife and I shared 6 oysters, which came with an assortment of house-made hot sauces, watermelon mignonette, horseradish, and cocktail sauce and they were the best oysters of our trip. My group tried the Mignonette Martini (dirty martini w/ gin), the Samoan Dillweed, and the Butterfly Collector and we were all very pleased with our cocktails. Service was fast and Trey was a great server. A perfect place to stop after the beach or walking around one of the nearby forts.

Do not get the coffee at Sea Wolf Tybee…read more In Sea Wolf's defense, our server told me as such. I ordered coffee, and he practically begged me not to. "Imagine Folgers... but worse," he said. I grew up on Eight O'Clock coffee--the only brand worse than Folgers-- so opted to brave the drip from Sea Wolf Tybee. How bad could it really be? Really bad. The Sea Wolf Tybee coffee was really, really, bad. The owners have made a deal with the barrier island devil where their successful establishment came at the expense of serving the worst coffee on earth. The coffee wasn't just bland, it was reeking with flavor, as if a tybee island horseshoe crab has been decaying in the coffee pot since the eatery was established in 2020. The server tried his hardest to prevent this 4-star review by warning me about the coffee, and in his defense the taste is not why I deducted Sea Wolf Tybee one star. I deducted one star because the vile 12oz cup of black drip coffee was $5 dollars. Like any diner at a lunch spot, I did not check the coffee's price before ordering it, assuming it'd be the standard $2-3 dollars. Even specialty coffee shops max their drip coffee prices at $4.50. Instead, Sea Wolf Tybee has opted to charge $5, rake-in a 95% profit margin, and exploit the trust of patrons who assume a cup of joe won't cost as much as Georgia's hourly minimum wage. I'm a former barista and coffee-lover, and $5 is the most expensive drip coffee I have ever encountered. Sea Wolf Tybee had outdone itself--the bill was more nauseating than the coffee.
