With their second location/expansion venue opening at the Old Sacramento waterfront very soon, they…read moredidn't run any Pride Month deals this year at the Midtown Biergarten. However, through their Facebook page you can sign up for "VIP Loyalty" and get a couple of cool offers. The ones I could claim were a FREE Pretzel or a FREE One Sausage Platter. Older offers included FREE Custom Dog or FREE French Fries. These are available Sunday through Friday only, one offer per visit, not valid with any other offers, dine-in only. Show in person to staff and get a special code to redeem. I love their giant pretzels and sausage platters, and the fruity Starburst grapefruit radler beer with pom cider is such a summer vibe. Most recent visit was also able to catch the Argentina World Cup game on the projector. For my FREE offer I went with the one sausage platter (picked bratwurst and potato salad), then also got a 500mL Starburst and a pretzel with added bier cheese. Judi got the Berliner dog (curry and fries) and a cucumber salad, and we shared an order of the S'mores Belgie dessert! I will be back soon for my FREE pretzel, and I must remember to try the Starburst as a slushie/frozen!

Had an absolute blast at Mojo's. Showed up before a King's game with a party of 3. The bartenders…read moreare super welcoming and insightful about all the beers and ciders on tap. The options here are endless. Something for everyone, even non alcoholic drinks as well. There is so much seating here. What I loved most was the outside seating. Come summer time this spot will be the place to be. Over a dozen TV's make this a great place to catch a game. It's in the center of downtown, close to the memorial auditorium. Close walking distance to everything in the area. Another great thing about Mojo's is their menu. It sets them apart. The food is bomb here. I particularly liked their onion rings. Super crispy and crunchy. The onion didn't pull with each bite. The burgers here are bomb as well. I'm a big fan of this place and they sponsor my favorite sports radio channel in town, ESPN 1320, which is what brought our party in. Shout out the Chatty House! I'll for sure be back soon to grab a bite and drink with friends again.

When we arrived, it was on the lighter side, but within about an hour it started picking up and getting more lively. The food was great, the vibe was solid, and the service was on point. Came for…read moretrivia and every table was reserved, was told by staff we could sit in one area as the reservation was ending at7, then got assaulted by some tomb raider women in nasty manner repeating the signs said reserved til 9 over and over again. Moved to a random spot with no table #, poor waitstaff had no clue where to deliver the food of everyone forced to move. Tomb raider lady gave us no help redirecting the food, screwing over the servers. Then we sit here for the hr of trivia where those tables remained empty. Tomb raider lady do better, you were nasty in your demeanor, maybe offer an apology for the crappy seating situation everywhere. There should be reserved seating for trivia, how bout that?! Update, tomb raider just moved the signs that said reserved. No one sat there. She chased off customers and ruined the staffs flow and pissed everyone off for nothing. Maybe next time wait til the "banquet party" actually shows up.

It wasn't the best or worst. When you walk up, if you can drink alcohol, you need to show your id and get a wristband. Seating is open but there are cards on the table for reservations. So look closely at it for the time slot so you know if the table is available. Eating is outside. So if you have allergies or weather isn't to your liking, this is NOT the place for you. They have a lot of shade space. However, the infrastructure that brings shade makes the place loud (think echo chamber). To order, there's a QR code on the table. I liked how this was easy. The only odd thing was that when you order, you're ordering from different kitchens, which I didn't know when I placed the order. So when we ordered burgers and pizza. They came out at different times. We ended up getting some BBQ because only the burgers came. When I followed up with someone they said our wait for the pizza could be anywhere from 30-60 mins (). That seemed long for a personal (small) pizza. By the time the pizza came out, we were done with everything else. Pizza was good though, BBQ too. The burgers were okay. It's pretty chaotic here. I would've picked another area to eat but wanted to check it out. I didn't even take photos because we were so hungry by the time the food came. I think this place is more for vibes than food. It's a good place for a group wanting drinks and eats or families needing space for kids to run around. It was just too crowded and loud for my liking.
