My review: The restaurant serves as a real-world experience for those who are in the program. The reservations for the restaurant fills up very quickly. It's only open at this time of year and in the spring for about 6 weeks (2 times per week). We had a table of six so we got to try a lot of different things. I ordered the Ancho Chile-braised Pork. The meat was very tender and flavorful. My mother ordered the Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon. She said it was one the best salmon dishes she's ever had and it was cooked perfectly. I tried bites from everyone else's orders and all the other dishes were tasty. We tried the soups and appetizers also. I especially liked the desserts we tried. I also tried the espresso. They used organic coffee from Wolf Coffee Co. in Sonoma County. It was a dark roast which I prefer. If you can, give this restaurant a try. I was impressed. I will be back.
