There was a fairly long line, but it moved quickly and efficiently. There's lots of seating and it is well maintained and clean. It is easy to miss and tucked away in a small strip of stores just off of Fair Oaks Blvd near the intersection of Walnut. Plenty of parking out front. There was no sign or notice saying this. We only found out from the cashier, who seemed only half attentive. She was still chatting with a coworker while finishing the order of the couple ahead of us and seemed more focused on the conversation than on customers. I ordered the tuna melt. The butter on the grilled white bread left an old, stale aftertaste that I had to wash down with their drip coffee. The sandwich was also poorly balanced. Instead of slicing the avocado properly, they stuffed what looked like half an avocado into it, leaving me with a bulging sandwich that had more avocado than tuna. Compared to a tuna sandwich from Quiznos or Subway at about half the price, this felt like a rip-off. Unfortunately, we still gave them another chance and ordered a slice of carrot cake. We noticed that several customers who ordered after us received their cake much sooner, even though all the server had to do was slice it from the display. Our order was served last, despite being one of the simplest. Overall, the food was overpriced, the service was inattentive, and the experience left a lot to be desired. We won't be coming back.
