Christmas Day dinner was a set menu of prime rib, pork tenderloin, "cassoulet" (which was really the beans portion of cassoulet), roasted potatoes, brussels sprouts and winter squash. I quite enjoyed the prime rib, pork tenderloin and the winter squash. The set menu was $85 per person which also included dessert.
