If I could give no stars, I most certainly would. This establishment has rude employees and terribly slow service. When we ordered three cheeseburger combos with mustard and ketchup (two without vegetables and one with onions), the order was recited back perfectly. We got to the window after a long wait only to receive TWO plain and dry cheeseburgers WITHOUT cheese. We tried explaining this to the employee at the window who was extremely impolite and unprofessional; she acted as if she could not be bothered with paying customers and rudely dismissed our concerns. read more

The two employees "Scott Heberling" and "Chance Hall" were some of the best employees. I really don't understand... fast food used to be fast. This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The service is terrible, the food isn't fresh, the order comes out wrong about half the time, and the employees are rude. How was it tonight? I don't know. They can't get my simple order right. Today I ordered unsweet tea and plain biscuit sausage sandwich. They gave me the bag and I went home, which is about 15 minutes away. I opened it and they gave me double cheese burger. I drive back and thy fixed it. I went home, turns out they gave me biscuit with egg and bacons. I gave up. This is your hometown Whataburger folks! The parking lot is packed all hours of the day and night and you usually have to wait for a table at lunch! HOT! fresh, and just like you like it. Whataburger is a Texas born, Texas thing and anything less than 5 stars for the TASTE is less than acceptable. I didn't wait, my patty melt was hot, flavorful, and my fries were hot. Strike 2 on this location. I can forgive neglecting to add sliced jalapeños to my BOB earlier in the week, but accepting my breakfast order, telling me that it will take a minute 8 minutes after accepting my money b/c biscuits are not ready & then finally me asking for my money back at minute 12 b/c I need to get to work on time is unacceptable. Also, dead insects inside the drive-thru window isn't a good look for a food establishment. An apology would have been nice. I hope that they get their act together because they sell a great product. It actually took them 20 minutes to "make" some large fries. They decided to actually make them once we complained and that took another 10 minutes. So 30 minutes in total for some large fries. Customers who ordered after us got their food waaaay before us. We asked to eat them in the restaurant but packed it in a to-go bag AND without any ketchup. I mobile ordered asap shake. System said 5-7 minutes for a shake. I waited that time and came in and looked in mobile order spot... nada. 20 minutes later I finally got to single cashier. I mentioned my mobile order. He found order in system and had to ask if it was still ok to fulfill the prepaid mobile order. 25 minutes after ordering a shake, I had my shake, and it was not fully filled. Since I can't give 0 stars, I'm cringing while I press the first star to write this review. I think they have contests among the employees to see who can mess up the order the worst. Like "Oh, she ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, pickles and lettuce? Let's give her a double (as if they're not big enough already) spicy sweet concoction with a bathtub's worth of onions. Wish I could see her face when she opens it up!". I've been to this Whataburger about 10 times in the past 3 years since I've moved to this area. I honestly don't remember even ONE time when I've gotten the correct order. Even when I double check after ordering, and the guy at the window repeats my order back, it is wrong. It's seriously unbelievable. There's no way any place can be this bad without trying. I swear, every time I say I'm never going back. Then I get busy and don't have time to cook, so I cross my fingers, say a quick prayer, and put my faith in the universe that someone has fixed this hot mess of a place since the last time they screwed it up. Just tried again tonight - for the LAST TIME - and both burgers were 100% effed up. Again both doubles, and one of those spicy sweet things again. I'm done. What the hell is wrong with these people that they have so many reviews about incorrect orders and no one is doing anything! It's not rocket science, y'all. How about taking a quick walk across the parking lot to Chick Fil A to see how it's done? Really, all you have to do is figure out how to put the right burger in a bag. I like a hot juicy made to order whataburger every once in a while. But this last experience was an epic fail. I ordered a Monterrey melt. The picture looks good, pilled high with bell peppers, onions and two kinds of cheese. My burger came out and had two (seriously, 2...TWO) bell peppers on it. I was amazed and alerted the manager to what i figured had to be an accident. He gave me a receipt to sign which said $5.19 was being used to "Remake" my burger. They didn't remake my burger, they just took it in back and added more bell peppers, onions and a fresh piece of paper to wrap it in. Eh. I like this location the best because I notice that the employees actually care about their jobs here. Slowest service known to man. Also, I go in now because the drive through takes 15 minutes and the guys back there making your burgers ARE NOT wearing gloves. I mean it's disgusting. I watched the on guy on the line removing and replacing pans, going in the cold storage up front (I think salads are there) wipe the sweat off his forehead and keep on making burgers.
