    burnt rings dripping in grease.

I had a problem with the Whataburger on Lemmon, so I started coming to the this one on Stemmons. It was immediately so much better, the orders were perfect, the staff was welcoming, the manager, Porche, is so nice, but the last few times there has been a problem with order accuracy and quality. I noticed new people working, all around 16 years old. The first incident was burgers missing mustard and only one tomato slice, the large onion rings had only 6 in each box, but it was the next week that really pissed me off. In both boxes of onion rings they put completely burnt rings in the box and covered them up with a few lighter ones. All were soaked in grease. So this person was not only inept , but sneaky. I hate that, and I am voting with my feet. Wont be back for a while.

Although our food was good and our cashier was very friendly whoever this manager is is extremely rude to all her employees, loud arrogant and down right embarrassing to her employees. She be-littled them talks loud and rude yelling out demanding orders. It was horrible to watch. I felt bad for the kids. Very horrible

This is the location nearest UT southwest ER. 1) no one asked me if I wanted to donate to any cause, yet I had a $1 donation charge on my receipt. I asked what was this charge for. He said "you didn't donate?" I said "no. And wasn't asked to." He went to get a female manager, who looked like she didn't want to be bothered. Without a word, she refunded me $1 cash and left. 2) I ordered a patty melt NO ghost pepper, sub Mayo. It even reads that on the receipt. They still put ghost pepper sauce on the burger. 3) the burgers weren't very good, as compared to other, more fresh locations. 4) We didn't even drink our drinks. It looked like something floating in my drink, so I opened the lid and pulled out what I thought was something unspeakable at first- but a long piece of plastic. My friend, seeing that, didn't want to drink her drink anymore. I won't return here, I've filled out a survey, and I'll be contacting corporate.

Whataburger at 2741 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207 Whataburger a Texas staples of getting it done. I love the classic menu of the four popular sandwiches. My all-time favorite sandwich is a spicy double bacon burger and an extra patty for that bold kick. If it was possible to eat this everyday I would. The customer service was nice and responsive to my order. I was In and Out as soon as the burgers were taken care of and done. Texas most beautiful Burger is and always will be Whataburger

Today was My first time having Whataburger. I'm in town for a conference and thought I should try it since I'm here. I was told to try the patty melt and the original sandwich by the Uber driver. Let's see, upon walking in, it looks like any throwback fast food joint... like a Wendy's. I say throwback because there's definitely no updates in this place like you see at many McDonald's for instance. Anyway, I ordered a #4 which is the cheeseburger with bacon on it, fries, and I subbed for a small vanilla shake. My cousin ordered the patty melt meal. We split both burgers in half so we can try both. The traditional burger was basic. Patty was thin and mine was a little dry. The patty melt had more to it and was the best of the 2. Id actually go back just to eat a patty melt, forget the other burgers. The patty melt has 2 Pattie's. More cheeses on it. One of the cheeses has a little kick. The sauce on patty melt is delicious. Def the thing to try. The fries I could've done without. Not even ketchup saved them. Just blah. The vanilla milkshake was soooo thick that a spoon would be best. But no, I decided to have a struggle and rip half the lid opening try to get it through a straw. It helped me eat slower haha. The ambiance is just regular in there. I mean there were actually people coming in to sit down which was cool. I was in there having too much fun and definitely looked like a first timer haha. Overall try it out just because why not. Just don't go looking for fancy. There were a few issues with my order. Had to send burger back because there were things left on it that I didn't want. Then forgot to give us the brownie but that was rectified. All issue were promptly and kindly dealt with. Very nice and upbeat employees.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

The neighborhood may continue to change around it, but Chip's remains the same. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Chip's has an old school, nostalgic feel. The restaurant has an iconic sloping roof with a yellow outdoor exterior and a big green sign with its logo. Inside, there are plenty of booths, a bar, and even outdoor seating. Chip's has grown and expanded over the years but to me that adds to the nostalgic charm. 1 Star. Service - Chip's may have invented counter service. Upon entering, you look at the menu posted on the wall and place your order. You'll get a number (or they'll ask for your name), and you grab a table, and when your food is ready it comes out. Fast, efficient, and the staff was super friendly. 1 Star. Food - Chip's is known for its poppy seed hamburger buns. While it's pretty and tasty, the most important part, the patty, is pretty average. Honestly, there are many other great burger joints in Dallas. On the other hand, the fried onion strings are a must order for your side. While I wasn't a fan of the burger, the fried onion strings saved my meal. The Oreo and Fresh Banana shakes were also a nice cold, creamy, sweet ending to my meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. I hope Chip's never changes. The restaurant has an iconic look, it's part of Dallas history, and the staff is great. 1 Star.

Just straight up classic counter service and I was happy for it. The reason I take off one star is because I ordered the turkey burger, but when the chef brought it out he said "here's your chicken burger". So I'm not actually sure what I ate, but I'm also okay with that. It's kinda like a pick your path you know? Anyway I'd definitely go back. Super tasty and the bun was great. The fries were great. The fried pickles were great. Just vibes and love.

We ordered the fried mushrooms to start, and they were so hot that one of us severely burned her lower gums on them. Seriously! A prescription from the dentist was sought; mea culpa but damn. Once they were less volcanic, they were good. We split a burger with fried onions, and it was dry. The meat was overbooked, the bun was over toasted, and the whole thing needed plenty of beer to go down smoothly. The fries are fine, and we did appreciate that they had some steamed broccoli on the menu. Our daughter was happy with her kids cheeseburger meal, and she did like the chocolate-caramel malt shake she scored at the end. A main reason that we're landing on three stars is the ice cream situation. One of us ordered a soft serve vanilla, and nobody told her that the machine was down, so what she got instead was a cup of half melted Blue Bell soup...are you kidding! Thanks for the prompt refund, but letting your customer know what the situation is in advance goes a long way. So, we tried it. Add a notch to the Dallas belt. We wish them well, but we won't be returning. There are better burgers in DFW.
