We called them and they got my name and said when we are in the area call ahead and they will gladly make it! This location recently has been getting overwhelmed with app purchases and it seems you spend 15 minutes waiting in drive thru. Once I simply couldn't just sit and wait while I watch cars pile up in two lines and have orders come out like random to different cars. This one time, in the second lane, the second car was ready to go but couldn't cause the car directly in front was still there. I understand in today's time that not having patience can ruin an evening. I do wait a lot. More so than I should. But this recent time, I had a small emergency and had to leave. Decided to get a honey butter biscuit before church. There were maybe six cars in the drive through, which shouldn't be a big deal. Ended up waiting nearly 20 min after ordering to get it. Thinking that they must be needing to cook up each item as it's ordered, I'm not getting upset at them, I know things happen. When I got my sandwich it was dry, hard, and tepid - just like it would be if it's been sitting out for a while. So it wasn't fresh. I normally rate this Whataburger as one of the best in the area. However, the customer service during lunch on Feb 25 was really bad. It was obvious that the young man who waited on me had never been to a Whataburger. Somehow he got a job there and pretended to be serving people. I ordered a burger and fries. When he dropped them off at my table. I told him I would like some ketchup. He didn't ask what type or how many. He brought one packet of regular ketchup. I said that they usually bring a tray with the condiments to the table. I told him I would like the spicy ketchup. Again, he never asked how many. I'm sure he didn't care. I did get the classic irritated teenage eye roll before he walked away. With that attitude he is really, really in the wrong business. I know some people abuse the condiment privilege, but if they aren't going to put them out where people can get them, at least train the help to bring the tray, or at least train them to find out what the customer actually wants. I'll go back again in a few weeks after the help gets some experience. Maybe they'll go to another Whataburger to see what to do. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would have. This actually happened a few months ago, but for some reason I begin thinking about it today and got angry once again of how they ripped me off. I know I should've written the review right when it happened, but I kept waiting because I thought they would at some point refund my money and I didn't want to write a bad review if they had corrected their mistake. But obviously they never corrected their mistake because here I am FINALLY writing a review of what happened. Anyways, here is what happened: A few months ago I placed an online order and it was going to be "curbside delivery" - meaning, when I drive up in my car then someone would come out and hand me my order. Well, anyways, I get there to pick up my order and waited for someone to come out and give me my order. Well, I waited quite sometime and nobody comes out. I then go and knock on the door and they tell me the curbside delivery closes at 8pm (it was a few minutes past 8pm at that time) and that I had to go through the drive-thru. So I thought, "Okay, I will just go through the drive-thru to get my order that I had already placed". So, I then drive-thru and the person there tells me they do not see any order in my name! So if I wanted anything I would have to place another order. I said, "Okay, but what about the money I spent on my credit card for the order I just placed online 20 minutes ago?" The drive thru person said I had to talk to the manager. So, I leave the drive-thru window and go back to the entrance (the front doors of the Whataburger), knocked on the door (because it was locked due to the COVID virus) and asked to speak to the manager. Some lady comes to the door (I don't know if she was actually the manager or not) and I told her about how they lost my order and how I was charged for food I didn't even get. I even showed her proof by showing her my online Whataburger account in which it showed I placed an order and paid for it with my credit card. At that point I assumed she would go back in the store and refund my money ... this would be the obvious and correct thing to do, right? Instead, this incompetent individual gave me the phone number to the customer service dept of Whataburger (which, by the way, is in another state), and she told me to contact them to get my refund. Again, I couldn't figure out why SHE couldn't get me my refund. But I didn't want to argue with her so I went home and called the customer service for my refund. So, I called the number, and to make a long story short, they said they were going to look over a few things and send my refund. So, about 2 or 3 weeks later I called the customer service again to check on my refund. At that point they began making excuses. To be honest, I can't remember exactly the excuses they made because it was several months ago when this happened, but it was something like: "I don't know what happened; I will forward your information to my manager so they can look into it". Something like that. So, I waited another 2 or 3 weeks and they basically told me the same thing as before. I figured I had no choice but to wait longer. So I waited ANOTHER 2 or 3 weeks and the EXACT same excuses came rolling out from them! So I told them it had been over 2 months and I still hadn't gotten a refund nor had I gotten any email from them about it. This didn't phase them one bit -- they just kept saying they would check into it. At that point I just gave up. Anyways, in the end, Whataburger ripped me off of my money. I don't know why the store manager (or whoever that person was that I talked to initially at the door) couldn't just give me a refund on the spot. I also don't know why the Whataburger Customer Service people said they would give me a refund but never did! I don't know why they obviously were purposely giving me the run-around instead of just giving me my refund!! I just want everyone to know the fact that Whataburger will literally steal money from their customers and just not care one bit to give a refund -- even when it is PROVEN that they screwed up and charged someone (me in this case) for an order that the person (me) never received! read more

This Whataburger is one of the slowest ones in the dfw area. And to top it off even when you place a mobile order for drive thru (only option on mobile app at the time) the make you stay in the same lane as all the other cars even tho the second lane is open and my order is ready. I asked why I couldn't go into the second lane (like I normally do at other Whataburgers for a mobile) and not wait if it's ready and she responded "we have no one to walk outside" no one to walk 10 feet to hand an order that was ordered through the app? Work On better service. Mobile app ordering is obviously useless if you just have to wait in line like everyone else while your food gets cold inside. read more

I do not like leaving negative reviews but this location has consistently gotten my order wrong on more then four occasions now. I don't know what they have going on here but they need to get there management in order or something. Today I ordered four meals and once home I give everyone there order to find my nephews kids meal is missing the main entree. I do not live close to the location so driving back to the location and back is not feasible, to see every one eating there whataburger and my five year old nephew doesn't understand why he doesn't have food other then fries.
