That's my standard test for any burger joint. Sometimes I'll get fries or tots, but I don't really care for either generally. Today I got a big old Smashburger. The patties were thin crispy and more than ample. Great flavor and sear on the meat. Friendly gal at the front register who allowed me to take my time as I was unfamiliar with the menu. She was very kind. The floor is a little dirty, and it smells kind of funky, which is appropriate for a good burger joint. I will be back. Thanks to my wife for convincing me to give Paul's a second chance.

I loved the food, but the kids' orders were wrong and when brought to the cashier they didn't seem happy about it- not sure if its a normal occurrence or what. If I just got my food through the drive-thru and ran, it would have been a completely different experience, but seeing the inside, it makes me worried about what I don't see.

I've been eating a variety of vegan cheeses for years now and not a single one compares to their homemade cheese sauce. It's always so fresh and quickly served. I miss their Lenexa location but I do not mind have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here. If you want just a simple classic insanely delicious burger- eat here! I also love that the bar TVs are playing stuff outside of sports!

The chicken is seasoned throughly and although it looked extremely crispy, it was actually pretty easy to bite into and was as hot as I wanted it to be,(It's probably too hot for those who are sensitive to spicy food). I also like that the chicken is cut up into pieces to make it easier to eat. They only gave us 2 maple syrups which was not enough for both my husband and I. The waffles were a bit moist at the bottom but it wasn't bad. The Mac and cheese was also an incredible side for this meal. The cookies and cream shake was not the best but nonetheless was still appetizing and delicious. I just run a tight program when it comes to cookies and cream and my shakes lol. Altogether great first time experience. I'll definitely be coming back...Hopefully there's a lobby when I do!

I also got a 3 strip combo with seasoned fries and a drink to take home for lunch the next day. The wrap was pretty good, although I didn't care for the slaw and pickles with the sauce. That doesn't mean there was anything wrong with it, just the flavors didn't blend for me. The fries were good, but not great. For being called seasoned fries they really didn't have that good seasoned kick that you'd expect. We did enjoy the chicken strips. I'll look forward to trying some of the other items on the menu. I don't know that it's so good I'll be going a lot, but I do want to try the waffles and some of the other stuff.

Unfortunately, the milkshake was already fairly melted when I received it, and the Route 44 iced coffee was served in what appeared to be a medium-sized cup rather than the size I ordered. After multiple visits with repeated order issues, this has become very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but the consistency of the errors at this location has made the experience frustrating.
