This place is a joke. The wait is long either way you place the order. Its not fast everyone is waiting for online in person or drive through. Don't waste your time here. There is another Whataburger 5 minutes away on bellaire. The line here wraps around the building every single night. When you pull up to the window you can see there is no sense of urgency by any of the staff. Poorly managed. The food is sub par because by the time you get it it's cold since the line is so long. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Slowest fast food ever and they have no clue what a malt is.. don't try to order with any apps because they can't seem to get any orders right no matter if you use their own Whataburger app. If you want to be disappointed with your order or missing food then by all means this is your place but if you want to wait forever, receive half your order, the other half is cold then this is your place. Service is so trash they forgot both of our orders while waiting 2 hrs in the drive through line.

This is our closest Whataburger but we will not return. More than half the time, there is a costly mistake leaving out part of our order. When we returned for correction today Madison told me to just cook at home because I thought they should offer a small compensation for having to drive back and wait for the food we did not receive. The manager said that they will never compensate a customer for their troubles when their staff does not give them an item the customer had paid for. They must be making at least 4 thousand a month. read more

I initially posted a good review when they first opened eight months ago. However, I've had a bad experience every time I've came to this location after that. Food was not fresh to the point where it was inedible. I had to call and let them know about this issue. The most recent visit I had with them consisted of my taquito having a piece of hair in it along with a couple pieces of sausage when I can't eat sausage. If I could give no starts I sure would. The manager (Mary) here is a extremely rude woman. She spoke to my daughter aggressively while taking our order. When I called to tell her that my order was incorrect she denied any accountability saying she didn't make the order. She told me that If I wanted my order corrected I needed to come back the same day then hung up in my face. I live in westchase my zip code is 77077 and she expects a customer to drive back 30mins to get my order a second time! I will be escalating this up to corporate because her behavior is unacceptable and no customer should be treated or talk to this way! After driving back she continued to be rude and argumentative. She refused to remake my food after having me drive back. Asking for the whole order back and giving me a refund. Save your time and money it's not worth the disservice. read more
