I have been a customer at the whataburger location on appalachyee parkway in Tallahassee for the past thirty years . and until this morning I have never once had a complaint that I felt it necessary to write a review about .I and my husband went to whataburger this morning at 5.36 am to order breakfast for the family which was four breakfast bowl combos . when we arrived their where two vehicles ahead of us and by the time we arrived at the window twenty minutes had passed . and by the time we received our order a total of fourty five minutes had passed.i and my husband were discussing if we should just cancel our order and get a refund when the employee who I think was management because her uniform was different than the other employees it was a orange shirt. Finally brought our order to the window . forgetting the coffee we ordered with one of our combos and when she gave it to us we asked where the cream and sugar was that we requested with the coffee she went in front of the restaurant and stayed five minutes before coming back to tell us the cream and sugar was in the bag .so we decided to give her the benefit in trusting the cream and sugar was in the bag it was when we arrived home frustrated food cold and no condements we asked for including the cream and sugar wasn't in the bag . this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at whataburger and I would be seriously surprised if the two vehicles in front of us didn't also complain. The employees were standing around just chatting and the manager I'm assuming she was the manager because of her uniform . when we spoke to her it was like she was high or something she wasn't completely all there she saw our lips moving and heard sounds but it was like she wasn't comprehending .if we do choose to return to this whataburger if the manager is the same we will not order there and we are a valued customer who eats at this restaurant sometimes three times a day or go there at least four times a week just for shakes or breakfast.and the shake machine is another whole different problem it hardly ever is working or at least that's what we are told .I would greatly appreciate if someone would look into this matter because I really like whataburger thank you and have a wonderful blessed day read more

Worst Whataburger in the world. They have NEVER gotten an order right. All the employees are awful. You might as well drive up and say surprise me because you're not going to get what you order anyway. Horrible. Every time. read more

Nice clean place, not very busy. Service was quck. A little unpleasantly cold. Fries were just warm, but good ordered check burger I got burger jr., waited long time for burger, asked for money back. Kindly I got money for burger and order was replaced. Then lady said her order is ready. when I was at counter. Well this time burger was not hot and fries were freshly made. Ok, ,will excuse this. This is my favorite Whataburger; but, the breakfast menu is full of choices with most breakfast meals under $5. The pancakes are better than IHOP's (and IHOP specializes in pancakes)!!! Even at 7:30 AM they were busy; but, my food was ready within 5 minutes and was too much to eat in one sitting. I'll definitely be going back (especially since I work less than a mile away). read more

This is the place that me and the lunch crew from work go to. We usually go on Fridays and have dubbed it WhataFriday. This is, in my opinion one of the best tasting fast food hamburgers in town. Equally as good is the barbeque chicken strip sandwich on toast. If the option of going to your standard fast food burger joint of Whataburger, I will choose Whataburger every time. read more

Typical WB food, but man is service sloooow! was in the drive though and it took 26 minutes to get to the window, and when I finally got there and payed tHey said "your burger will be ready in 5 minutes, just pull up and we'll bring it out to you". Went to Tallahassee to visit family. Not a lot of choices for food. So we tried Whataburger. It's nothing out of this world. It's fast food burgers. But check your chicken bites and try to get them to make it fresh. My daughter ended up throwing up. They are a little messy so get a lot of napkins. read more

Too bad we don't have these is SoCal. I think Whataburger would give In N Out a real run for their money. Cooked to order, classic bun, loved the grilled onions. The workers really seem to care as they come around with condiments and make sure your drinks are full! Fries could use some improvement, but that is not why I come to Whataburger. Apalachee Pkwy Location: HORRIBLE, rude staff!!! Ignored us for the first few minutes. I guess when they were ready to take our order, they took it. There were maybe 6-8 customers in the restaurant at that time (it was 4:45pm) The guy who took our order was VERY rude (rolled his eyes at me for some odd reason), rudely told my son to "check his receipt" for the table number because he didn't know what ours was and didn't give us a stand. He didn't give us a receipt, so we didn't know. He had earrings, artificial eyebrows and glasses. When he did deliver our food, he slung the tray down on the table. Whoever owns this location needs to re-evaluate the staff and hire people who actually want to work! To add to our fun experience, it was dirty. Sadly, we won't ever be back to this location. Hopefully the one on Tennessee Street treats their customers better. Definitely gone downhill since we lived here. It's unfortunate they have an opportunity to work and can't find the decency to do their job with a gratitude and respect. read more

I don't even want my food anymore, I just want to leave, but I can't because I'm stuck in this god forsaken drive thru line with no way to escape. I'm about to pop a curb and take my business elsewhere. I needed something quick. If I wanted it to take an hour I'd have gone somewhere with much better food. read more
