    Pad Thai, medium heat.
    Justin P.

Whealthy is almost there, I think they have a pretty sweet concept and some unique equipment to carry out their vision. They are just missing the final execution to tie everything together. Known for their build your own stir fry, Whealthy takes the Chipotle style selection process and turns it into a place where custom stir-fries are at your fingertips. I actually really like their general concept. You choose a flavor profile, a grain, some veggies and a couple of meats to round out your creation. They mix everything into a rotating pot-like cooker, a piece of equipment that I've never seen before. The spinning motion mixes all of your ingredients together and the large flame cooks everything in the pot and puts on a show. While the food in general tastes decent, the preparation seems a bit clumsy and unrefined. I came to try their fried rice and the final product ended up being a container of mushy rice with all of my meats and vegetables. I think the rice ended up becoming too oily and wet from the stir fry sauce, causing the rice to become mushy. I came on another instance and ordered their pad thai. Although I chose the ingredients, the final product resembled nothing of a pad thai. First off, they don't have rice noodles so I settled for udon noodles, not the biggest deal. The big problem was that when I received the final dish, all of the noodles were sitting in a pool of liquid, and a lot of it. Again, it caused the udon noodles to become mushy, and pad thai isn't even a liquidy dish to begin with. In the end, there was enough liquid to act a soup. Again, the final dish tasted decent, but had some flaws. My final complaint is that lack of spice control. The jump from mild to medium gets really spicy way too quickly. Whenever I order mild, it's missing some flavor and flair. When I order medium, my mouth becomes a blaze. There needs to be some middle ground spice level in my opinion. Overall, Whealthy just needs to tighten a few things up and they will be perfect!

All self ordering through a kiosk. 1 kiosk. Ordering can be REAL slow depending on who is in front of you . You pick noodle type, veggies and proteins and they mix together for you. Tried one cream pasta and one bulgogi. Small restaurant, few tables .

This place is a must try. The dine in experience allows you to see how the food is uniquely prepared, the staff is very courteous and the food is well seasoned which I prefer. You can dine in or enjoy your food outside.

Whealthy offers great options of rice and noodle bowls packed with authentic Asian flavors. All of the ingredients are out on the counter so you can see them as your order and everything looked fresh. Essentially the menu showcases a variety of cooking options and then as you go down the counter, you can custom pick your noodle style, 3x vegetables, and 2x proteins. I ordered the Egg Ram don bowl with egg noodles, mushrooms, green onions, broccoli, shrimp, and pork belly. They didn't seem to be that strict on 3x veggie limit so that's nice too. After ordering, the staff makes your bowl individually behind the counter and you get to see the blow torch heating up the food. It's a unique concept and definitely a great way to keep food separate for anyone with diet restrictions, as each cooker gets changed out between uses. I definitely recommend the Egg Ram dom, but note it does have a slight kick to it (called out on the menu, but slightly more than I was expecting). I also really liked the pork belly and when I come back I'll probably do 2 pork belly protein choices instead of the shrimp and pork belly. Solid lunch/dinner!

I usually go to Buford Hwy for my Asian food fix but Whealthy didn't have many reviews & I am a public servant at heart! It's in the Willie's/Trader Joes lot so there's ample, free parking. I was the sole customer as K-Pop videos played in the background & the friendly staff chatted me up. Then you choose noodles (Spaghetti, Udon & Egg) or rice (white or brown). 2 proteins (Tofu, Shrimp, Pork Belly, Beef & Chicken (dark meat only) and 3 veggies (jalapenos, roasted tomatoes, zucchini etc.) for $11.95. My chef recommended the Creamy Pasta which didn't disappoint. They were out of spaghetti so I chose egg noodles (stellar), chicken and pork belly, (bad combo but more about that later,) carrots, mushrooms and broccoli. The carrots had seen better days but the other toppings were fresh. The meat was cooked in a fire pot which was pretty cool to watch. In 15 minutes my meal was piping hot & layered with fresh parmesan cheese! The verdict - DELICIOUS. The portion wasn't huge but more than enough for the average appetite, especially at that price point. I was satiated. I LOVED the creamy sauce and the egg noodles especially! I'd never had pork belly & didn't care for its chewy, bacon fat texture & the sliced carrots were hard. But it was my creation.. I'd definitely order the Creamy Pasta again but with chicken and shrimp (or bacon,) mushrooms, broccoli & spinach. I recommend Whealthy & will return!

I was beyond pleasantly surprised when finally stepped through the door, and decided to give it a shot. I am not sure what I was expecting, but it surpassed my expectations. I really enjoyed the novelty of the barrels in which they cook the food. It reminds me of a sample coffee roaster (I am a bit of a coffee geek, and long time coffee professional). The menu was fairly simple, I think 8 main options, but then the ability to customize your dish was nearly limitless. Several different proteins, animal and plant based, including pork belly! Yeah! Who doesn't love some pork belly... nearly a dozen different vegetable options, and a few carb choices. On top of it all, prices are very reasonable. This is a spot that should absolutely be in your lunch list. Go check it out!

This is my second time ordering out from Whealthy and I have mixed feelings about them being less than a mile from my home. On one hand, I'm happy to have finally found some decent shrimp fried rice that I enjoy, these Chinese restaurants out here just don't compare to what I'm used to. On the other hand, I will have to practice self control whenever I'm hungry and feeling lazy because this spot could easily be added to my weekly food rotation! My two issues are how oily the rice is (both times I've purchased from here I have found the rice to be excessively oily) and the fact that they're putting piping hot food into cheap plastic containers. This promotes leaching, which is the transfer of leaking of chemicals from the plastic into the food. I know tons of companies use these types of plastic containers, but the fact is that they're extremely unhealthy, so it's disappointing that a company claiming to promote that "health is wealth" would use them.

Had a early dinner here Great little place with descent food. Try them out it's worth it. Just be cautious when asking for spicy level.

The spicy sashimi salad was the star of the show for me! I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a good balance of fish, spice, and the salad. The sushi rolls were also great as well, but none of them stood out to me except for one roll: 'A Star is Born.' This roll was the best among the 3 we ordered. Because of this, dining out, especially at a buffet, always felt nearly impossible to me. Nori Nori completely changed that perception. My first interaction with the restaurant was a phone call to ask whether they offered tamari. The hostess was incredibly courteous and immediately reassured me that they did. When I arrived, I was warmly escorted to my table, and the Chef/Owner--who I believe held both roles--personally came over to guide me through the menu items I should avoid. She also explained that many dishes could be prepared gluten-free and dairy-free so I could enjoy them safely. That level of care and attentiveness was both comforting and genuinely touching. Now, onto the food... They offered veggie and salmon rolls, refreshing cold salads, and hot dishes such as Oriental Fish, steamed snow crab legs, seasoned scallops, and some of the fluffiest white rice I've had in quite some time. At one point, I had a question about a particular dish, and before I could even worry, the Chef was right there to help. She kindly steered me toward another wonderfully fragrant option that was safer for me to enjoy. Her attentiveness felt incredibly sincere--like someone truly invested in making sure I had both a safe and memorable dining experience. That small gesture meant more to me than I can fully express. Living with dietary restrictions means that something as routine as choosing a meal can be emotionally exhausting and potentially dangerous without constant vigilance. To make the experience even more thoughtful, the restaurant also provided plastic gloves so I wouldn't need to touch shared tongs or surfaces. Since I can react to contact with gluten-contaminated surfaces, this extra precaution made me feel genuinely cared for. And finally, dessert: sliced honeydew, cantaloupe, and CHERRY JELLO! It was the perfect ending to such a thoughtful, safe, and genuinely delicious dining experience. I can't wait to return again!

You may not be able to park right up front next to the door. I want to say first and foremost the spot has a really good happy hour situation. So you want to take a look at that happy hour menu. You can get a lot for a little when you go. I think I did too much that day LOL! But the happy hour is really good. You can see the stuff that I got below. The service was actually pretty good and was fast so I didn't wait a whole long time to get my food and everybody was really cool and friendly. Brussel sprouts - The brussel sprouts were okay. They came temporary style so they were fried and battered. I'm pretty sure those are ranch dressing that went along with them, or maybe the sauce for the fries was that and sauce, I'm not sure. But they were okay. But I wouldn't rush back to them necessarily. Crispy chicken - The crispy chicken was decent. It came in very large chunks of chicken, kind of like smaller chicken tenders. Nothing out of the box though. They were only so seasoned, nothing got to make your mouth explode LOL Beef chashu bowl - This bowl was good. Kind of reminds me of that. I'm getting your beef kind of flavor. It's basically a rice bowl if you traded the ramen and the broth for rice. And you have that beef and the egg and a couple of other accompaniments, but it's really good or very far too. I kind of a brown sugar teriyaki kind of blend and if you want to know the flavor profile. Spicy chicken ramen - was good. I got it spicy but it's another level above that. If you want more heat. It comes with two chicken in it, and plenty of very good news. The broth is super savory and it will make you tingle a little bit LOL. French fries - The fries are shoestring fries and they're okay. They tell me the sauce. I'm not sure what it is though. But they are decent, nothing pretty out of the box. Even though it's a chain, the ramen is totally worth it.
