As a returning customer with over 25 plus tire purchases over the years, like most buyers, I have an "expectation" of being taken really good care of... but today, those "expectations" were far EXCEEDED by Brett and how he went above and beyond to help me help a friend who was experiencing severe financial hardship, and was driving around on three really bad tires and one of those compact spares limited to 50mph... Not safe at all!! I have always been treated extremely well by every rep I have dealt with, but Brett was the guy that answered the phone today, and more or less ended up answering a few prayers!! Once I explained the circumstances of my friend and how I wanted to help her by covering the costs of new tires for her car, he went to work for me and put an extremely GREAT DEAL together for me - There were a few calls back and forth, but all was accomplished in less than 20 minutes. I went down and paid ahead of my friend arriving so she could have the peace of mind "everything was going to be OK!!" Brett took steps farther and had her car aligned and told her to return in 5K miles for a free rotation and to double check the alignment for her. Needless to say, but she was OVERJOYED, and the dark shadows she felt haunting her just a few hours before arriving were immediately replaced with relief, happiness, and BELIEF it really was all going to be OK!! After her phone call of appreciation and shared experience with me, I called Brett to personally THANK HIM for his generous help and consideration with getting this all done within just a couple hours of my initial phone call. I went in to check out some wheel and tire options for my 2004 Volkswagen GTI 1.8T. It's not as easy to find aftermarket wheels for the older 4th generation VWs now, since they use a different bolt pattern than current VWs. Devin and I went over various options, and he was super helpful finding what I wanted, and sourcing everything I'd need. I returned the following week for the installation, and everything went smoothly, and the wheels and tires look great on the car. Everything was done while I waited, and the price was more than reasonable. Very happy with the new wheels and tires, and the service I received. I have a VERY popular truck style that is a favorite to customize. I went in to Wheel Warehouse ready to purchase a new set of wheels for my truck. I knew they carried the brand I wanted and the yelp reviews seemed to indicate this was the place to get me taken care of. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon when there was like 1 customer in there. Navigated my way through about 4 employees who did not greet me or check in with me. Finally a salesman did ask if I needed some help. I said yes and proceeded to tell him what I wanted. He proceeded to go online and explain to me that there are very limited options for my truck style and that I had like 5 choices of wheels for my truck. When I inquired about a style that I've seen a dozen other trucks like mine have, he kinda just shrugged and restated these are my only options. I had to PULL info out of him regarding adapters and other options so that I could get what I wanted. It's almost like I was bothering him and he'd rather be doing something else instead of making a sale. I left, went to the OG Pomona spot, and got taken care of right away with exactly what I wanted. Not sure about all the good yelp reviews but this place is a definite pass from me. read more

No problem, WW still offered to buy my new take-offs, installed my wheels I ordered from UK including mounting tires. I recommend and would use again. These guys are absolutely fantastic! We've had 3 Teslas in the family and Teslas are known to go through tires faster than most cars would. It's painful if you buy tires directly from Tesla and pay their price, but Mike and the guys here were able to get me my last three sets of tires for all of our cars for well less than what Tesla wanted to charge me. I also had an issue with a bent wheel from hitting a rather large pothole and they were able to help me find a perfect match! Walk outside and check how much tread you have left on your tires. They're probably low which means you need to call these guys ASAP. read more

The sales guys here are great. We looked for wheels for two different cars and Brett was a huge help, both in person and via email. We didn't end up buying wheels here, but I would be happy to do so in the future. The reason for 3 stars is that we SOLD our old wheels here, and the guy who tested the wheels and bought them from me treated me like an a-hole. He took the wheels, spun them, and every time looked at me like I was trying to screw him in some way. "This wheel is bent!" and "So is this one!" and then he would look at me like I was a schmuck. Look, all I care about is getting rid of these wheels that would have sat in my garage forever, and getting some income in the process. I have no idea what they are worth, and I hardly care. The guy said "I'll give you $100 each" and I was like, "Fine, I don't give a ****." Maybe this person is used to knowledgeable people trying to pawn off bad wheels on him, but I'm just an average guy who buys wheels... twice in my life, and doesn't know a bent wheel from a straight wheel, or have the tools to check these things. My suggestion: give some customer service training to the dude in the back who manages this part of your business for you. He sucks. read more

I just have to say that this place is definitely worth the drive. I was referred to Wheel warehouse by a trusted friend. My current tires and wheels were in bad shape. After my friend gave me his input and knowledge, I knew I had to get new wheels and tires. I received a call from William at Wheel warehouse and we connected throughout the week up until I made my decision. Just need to mention they have a really helpful online virtual service that made this process easier. William ordered the tires and wheels. They arrived on Monday as he said they would. Updating and changing my original review: Bryan reached out and asked if anything could be done to remedy the situation. I just asked that they take a look and maybe trim if there were noticeable points of contact. Bryan was super flexible and said to come in any time, so I finally went in (1/25/2024). Bryan met me out front and took it for a test drive. He couldn't recreate any rub so he asked that I drive and he ride along, I couldn't recreate any either. We went over a few things and there were no noticeable contact points. In the end, I should've done a little more investigating on my end. Hindsight is 20/20. I really appreciate Bryan's professionalism and desire to fix the situation. I'll definitely be recommending them and coming back in the future. ----------------------------------------------- Went back here in October for a new set of Falkens and a lift. I had bought a pair of tires prior too. My initial time here was just fine but my second time, when I received the lift, was disappointing to say the least. I was texting with an employee, I won't name them here, and shared I was looking for a lift and 33s. Went back and forth and ultimately landed on Bilstein 5100s. After I put down the deposit, because it was a special order, I asked if they'd rub. I still have the original texts and the employee very clearly said, "No rubbing I will send you copy of the invoice" (I had just asked about the price for everything when it was said and done). I've gotten other opinions and I've been told that there will always be rubbing and I would at least need to trim fenders in order to not have a rub. Long story short, it's just disappointing that I spent $2300 for a lift and tires (my second set from them) and they were just wrong. Now I need to look into some sort of fix to this unfortunately. read more

I have a brand new car that has less than 800 miles on it and ran over an object that punctured the tire. I went to see these gentlemen and asked if they would patch the tire expecting to pay $50 to $60. They patched the tire for me and handed me the keys and said you're ready to go.. I asked where do I pay and the he simply said " just come back and see us when you need tires" I left there in complete shock! I went in last week with a slow leak I knew the issue was silicone deteriorated and leaking with a 3 piece wheel.
