I dropped my truck off on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call that the four tires I requested to have replaced was ready for pick up. After paying $1,061.57 for the tires and labor, I drove off the lot only for my truck to begin violently shaking, forcing me to pull over immediately. I contacted my husband, who came to assist, but the truck was undrivable. I returned to Stress Free Auto Care and explained the situation. At that point, my husband was already waiting for a tow truck. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told they were closing and would not inspect the vehicle until Monday. I could hear the mechanic complaining that he was tired and didn't want to wait around when the manager went to speak to him. I specifically asked if anyone actually drove my truck to test it and was told no they did not road test it. Obviously. Due to the poor customer service and urgency of the situation, we had the truck towed to Toyota of Orange. After inspection, we were informed that the lug nuts had been grossly over-tightened, three were broken and one was missing entirely. This was not a minor mistake; it caused significant damage to the wheel components and created a serious safety hazard. Proper torque is a basic standard that any competent shop should follow, yet it was clearly ignored. No one from Stress Free Auto Care contacted us at any point the following week. After Toyota kept the truck for a week and a half, we were left with a repair bill of $3,332.03. My husband sent a certified letter to Stress Free Auto Care, including documentation of the damages and requesting reimbursement. The manager eventually responded, offering to reimburse only the cost of the tires without acknowledging the additional damages or expenses incurred. As a result, we have filed a lawsuit to recover our losses. I strongly caution anyone to use Stress Free and to choose a business that values safety, accountability, and professional standards.

There was a short wait at first, but once it was my turn, the employee who helped me was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself and took the time to explain everything clearly. He let me know my spare tire needed to be replaced, pointed out a screw in one of my tires, and explained they could patch it for free. I really appreciated that he also reassured me that the rest of my tires were still in good shape. The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the work they did and really satisfied with the experience. I'd definitely come back and recommend this location.

A few month back, they advised me they couldn't properly perform an alignment because the tires on our car were too worn. Other shops might've just done the job with an "oh well"attitude. Even though the car was near needing new tires, I was not pushed to immediately buy them (that's happened with a different car at a factory dealer). Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. The differences and driving characteristics between Cross/SUV and LT tires was extremely helpful in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Anaheim Wheel and Tire!

I pulled up and two guys that work there were sitting in chairs out front, looking at their phones. I quickly found out that his place is really expensive. They charged me $80 to mount two new 8" mower tires on new 8" rims. It was originally $40 for both, the first guy quoted me thar. Then they talked to each other (in Spanish) and said it would be $40 for each tire mounted. They told me come back in an hour. So I left and came back. They got them mounted. Needless to say, I won't be going back here, I can't afford it. Oh, and I got the lawns mowed, made my dad happy.

I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel.
