I ordered and rec'd the Wheezleez All terrain Beach Rollator. It arrived sans a couple parts so I emailed the company. After 2 business days and no reply my husband called. He spoke with the office manager, Theresa McFarland. After a brief explanation she said she'd speak to someone in shipping about getting us the parts. The next day she and my husband spoke where she told him it's near impossible for those parts to be missing, called him and a liar and hung up on him. I called then and got the same treatment and the hang up. She then stopped answering the business phone altogether. I resorted to email where I asked to initiate a refund and asked if it was commonplace for her to hang up on customers. She denied calling anyone a liar and claimed she was trying to figure out what happened. I sent her a photo as requested so I could try to prove the parts were in fact missing. in reply she said "Due to the price of the item, these items can't get into the box without being double inspected; therefore we know the handle was there when packaged". after being called a liar and insinuating the same more than once; I was forced to go through with the return. I am 46 yrs old and disabled. The beach is my favorite place and I was very excited to have and use this product often since I'm only 10 min from LBI, NJ. I'll be looking for a more compassionate and professional company. read more

These beach carts with their low-pressure, balloon wheels make hauling stuff over sand at the beach a piece of cake. I hate making trips back and forth, struggling with a heavy load. These carts will haul an enormous amount of stuff, and the soft wheels just flatten the sand. It's pretty amazing to see it work next to another cart that just digs ditches. I'm hooked on my Wheeleez beach carts. read more

PLEASE don't make the same mistake we did. We ordered the Wonder Wheeler Beach Conversion wheels for $150+$20 shipping after comparing our wheel size and cart to the information on their website. What they neglected to post on their website is Wonder Wheeler has small variations in its cart sizes and the axle MUST be measured to ensure it will fit. Ours was 3/4" short. The solution? Ship it back at our cost ($40) and then order the larger wheels ($200) + shipping so we can get an axle 1" longer. (At the very least they could send you a shipping label for the return & deduct the cost so you'd get the $20 corp rate). So $280+ and a month later we'll hopefully have 2 wheels & an axle that fit our cart. The wheels might be fantastic but the value & customer service are not. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company has zero business ethics and their customer service is the absolute worst. For Christmas, my mother purchased the folding beach cart and had it shipped to me for my gift. Wheeleez sent me a damaged beach cart that was unusable. In order to get a refund, my mom had to PAY $60 to ship the damaged cart back to them AND they charged her a %20 recovery fee. So in all, she paid $110 for NOTHING! Is this how they say Merry Christmas? Yes, it sure is! I cannot express to you enough how absurd it was for her to deal with their customer service to return a DAMAGED product. Whoever manages this company doesn't care about their customers and is fully ok with sending damaged products that you cannot use. If you receive a damaged product and want to return it to get a refund, be prepared to pay over a hundred dollars to receive nothing in return. Wheelez can expect a complaint with the better business bureau, and will never get our business in the future. read more

Wheeleez makes excellent products, but their customer service is horrible. I was told when ordering, that the wagon conversion kit is the same for both the 24cm and 30cm wheels - only the wheels are different. I ordered with the 24cm wheels. During installation I decided I had room for and would rather have the 30cm wheels for heavier loads. They will not let me send back the 24cm wheels and pay to exchange for the 30cm wheels. They say I have to send back the entire conversion kit. The "non-wheels" portion of the kit is heavy and would cost quite a bit to send back to them, only to have the same thing sent back to me (on my dime - no free shipping) with the bigger wheels. Crazy. When I asked why they could not facilitate an exchange based on my sending back just the wheels, they would not give any answer except that to say that their inventory system does not allow such. There was no way to talk them into working with the customer. I have been hung-up on by customer service personnel any number of times. I have been told that constant busy signal at 1-707-751-3999 is because of problems with a "new phone system" and have been put on hold more than once, only to have nobody come back on the line - eventual dial tone. I ask one representitive to go to public web page http://www.wheeleez.com/conversion-kits.php where the wagon conversion kit is offered "Free Freight (48 contiguous states only)". I was told that this (publicly accessible) web page was "old" and that the offer of free shipping could not be honored. Can you imagine hearing something like that from any other web based retailer ? [good reason to stick with Amazon ! ] Maybe their web page managment team should get zero stars. As I said, they offer very good products (very expensive btw), but maybe they need some competition from somewhere before they decide that customer service is as important as product. Had an issue with one of the tire's (unable to hold air) on my kayak hand tow carrier I purchased with Wheeleez tires. First, I went to the Wheeleez website and it was excellent walking me through trouble shoots to remedy the issue. After doing all that was recommended by the site to no avail (unable to put air in the concerned tire), I took photos and emailed them to Wheeleez with my concern. Within 12 hrs, I received an email reply from Wheeleez rep. After looking at the photos I provided, the rep (Melissa) emailed me back advising that she was sending a replacement tire and apologized for the tire problem. I was taken back and surprised by 'the professional, standby their product' response. Furthermore, there was no request to send the bad tire back and once received, a new one will be shipped. I have 5 fishing kayaks and I will, in the future, purchase more carriers from Wheeleez. Lastly, on the tires, it made it easy for me to contact Wheeleez because, all the contact information I needed was on the tires. Wheeleez is a class act company as far as this consumer is concerned. I ordered the 22cm tires last summer. I outfitted my wonder wheeler beach cart with them on the front. these tires are incredible. as you can see from my pics,I have a fully loaded and geared up cart for the beach. people look in amazement as I effortlessly push...not pull this cart thru the deep soft sand. I had an issue the beginning of the summer where each Hub had a Crack in them after only using the cart 4 times. I called up wheeleez expecting alot of resistance and excuses for not helping me with this being that my warranty had expired. I spoke with Theresa and emailed her pics to show her the condition of the tires so that she could see for herself. She was extremely helpful and very professional. Every phone call or email I sent her,she returned within an hour. She spoke with her tech people and they told her that sending me new hubs to put the tires on would be very difficult to change, so Theresa sent me a brand new set of wheels on the hubs. That is customer service at its finest! I am very impressed with wheeleez,especially since I am a new customer,for them to bend over backwards the way they did,shows me that they stand behind their products. I purchased 4 Wheeleez wheels to run my hydrobike down to the waterway. When I received my 4 wheels I noticed one of them had an obvious seam where it appeared the rubber had not been fully melted. Of course, it took me a few months to build my cart, and the finished product seemed to work well. However, on my second full trip I had a flat. I assumed I hit a sandspur or something, but no, it was the very seam that I had noticed before. I wrote Wheeleez and explained the situation in detail with photos. I was hoping for a replacement wheel, or even advice on how to fix it. Instead I got a notice that the warranty is only six months, and I could buy a new wheel ( just the rubber) if I would like. I guess I was hoping it was like Weber Grills, where they really care about their customers. This is not the case.i would recommend finding the importer and buying them China direct. Save your money because if you have problems, Wheeleez doesn't care!!!! read more
