We stopped by for a late dinner, and it's super convenient that they're open late. The place was quiet. The customer service was nice and friendly, which is always a plus. There's plenty of parking and the prices are very reasonable. One thing to note: I didn't see regular-sized hamburgers on the menu only sliders. They're basically small burgers, but surprisingly filling. I ate two and couldn't even finish the rest. The buns were hot and soft, which I liked, but the beef itself wasn't really to my taste. The patty was very thin and didn't have much flavor for me. Overall, decent for a late-night bite, just not my favorite burger-wise

I happen to be near by so I decided to stop here. I don't usually do fast food burger place but I said well it is White Castle and far as I remember this is the only one around here. First time I tried White Castle was in Vegas when they first opened up. My friend at the time was having hysteria moment because he grew up eating them. For 4 slider small fries and drink for under $12 is not too bad I guess. This always reminds me of I've been partying all night and I want a quick bite to eat kind of food. It was tasty, for having small think layer patty, onion and pickles only. Fries were crispy and not too bad. Surprised to see I walk in around 6:20 PM and place was empty. Over all not bad and tasted pretty good.. Would I ever make a trip down here to eat here... No I don't think so.

Missed Ohio today so had lunch here. Different but familiar. This place is nice compared to the ones back home. Open kitchen is scary lol. Will know tonight how good it was. The double cheese and onion chips are a definite go to

I've been coming here since it opened... I must say this is my favorite one. We feed the kiddos tonight after a hard day playing at the water park... Crave box for the win! We placed an online order and it was ready 5 minutes before expected. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious!! First time inside the store today and I must say... not bad at all. I love the decor and seating options. We will be back to eat inside and get the full experience next time.

Harold & Kumar were smoking crack. Everything was melted together & tasted like mush. The only decent items were the suspicious chicken rings & the frozen French fries. Didn't taste fresh. Customer service was nice, but food was an epic fail.

Nostalgia! The last time I came to a White Castle was when I used to live in Michigan. I went with my mom and dad and aunt and uncle. It was awesome. This place is clean and fast and the "Sliders" are awesome! Great place to have a Daddy/Daughter Day lunch!

I stopped in on a Wednesday around 11:30 AM. This is a newer White Castle compared to what I'm used to. Woman at the front counter was very friendly. I ordered three sliders and a medium fry. Food came out fairly quickly (by White Castle standards). This is White Castle, not Ruth Chris Steakhouse. My visit was generally what I expect from them. I enjoyed my sliders! No complaints.

This is not the White Castle of my childhood. So my boyfriend has never had White Castle and we were finally near one. We did everything right about our approach, late night craving, I mean this is what White Castle plays for. We pull up and it's an automated ordering board that you spoke to. Oh this made it so hard. We ended up simplifying our order just to get through it. We got an original and one with cheese for each of us. No fancy ones because we just didn't want deal with the order chat bot anymore. Sadly that wasn't the most disappointing part. Ok, White Castle has a distinct taste, I haven't had it in forever and I can still taste it based on memory recall, you know what I'm talking about. Well maybe you don't, because I don't know what I ate but it was not classic White Castle. These little tasteless sliders just felt like we were giving our tongues an unappealing oil slick bath. My boyfriend was very confused on what the hype has been his entire life, and I kept just saying this is not how they are supposed to taste. Maybe this was a one-off, but I highly doubt it since the whole cooking process is highly automated. Maybe I'll never taste those unique steamed little burgers ever again.

It's been awhile since I went over to White Castle. I gotta say it was strange to pull into the drive thru and have AI take my order. I think the AI got frustrated with me since it took me awhile to look over the menu to decide what I wanted because it kept asking me I wanted to continue lol. The burger was ok. I got the double sliders. Honestly I guess I really wasn't too impressed. Between the onions flying everywhere and the super soggy buns I found myself wishing I'd opted to the in n out further down. It wasn't that great tasting. I'm sorry to say I feel like they changed the recipe or something because they aren't as good as I'd remembered.

What happened to this place within only a few years? It took way too long for someone to take our order at the counter and they were out of a bunch of different things. And I guess they don't do the impossible sliders anymore, so there's not much for vegetarians. The bathroom smelled like someone just smoked "lettuce" in there. And one of the employees was playing YouTube or a podcast or something behind the counter on full blast which was super obnoxious while we were eating inside. Just a bummer to see this place go downhill so quickly.

The service was good and quick. The cashier gave me suggestions as this was my first time eating at White Castle. The restaurant was roomy, comfortable, and cool. The bathrooms were clean. The condiments were all out, so you get what you need. (Big plus in my book) They also have an outside eating area with fans and misters, which is really nice, since it's very hot in Arizona, but sometimes you just want to eat on the patio! The sliders were yummy! I tried the regular one with cheese and the 1921 slider. Both were great!! Now move to Utah, white castle!

We brought family from out of town and had a party of 11 (six adults and five kids). There was a long wait, which we completely understood. We spent the time at the bar where the service was excellent, and the kids browsed the nearby shops. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the experience went downhill. Our server seemed to have little sense of urgency. Everything took an unusually long time, but the biggest issue was the food, which took well over an hour despite being a very simple order of burgers, sandwiches, and other basic menu items. Throughout the wait, we watched tables seated after us receive their food and leave while we were still waiting. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Rather than checking in or providing an update, our server was frequently visible chatting with coworkers and rolling silverware. When our food finally arrived, it was at best room temperature, making it seem like it had been sitting for quite a while before being brought to the table. We asked to speak with a manager, who said she would look into it, but never returned to follow up. That lack of acknowledgment or accountability was even more disappointing than the delay itself. We declined the offer of dessert because we needed to get the kids home, yet instead of bringing the check promptly, our server spent additional time clearing the table before finally processing our payment. As someone who has worked as a server, I understand that delays happen and kitchens get backed up. What makes the difference is communication, ownership, and making guests feel like their time matters. None of that happened here. It's unfortunate because we've had good experiences in the past, but this visit left us embarrassed that we chose this restaurant to host visiting family.

Our party arrived right on time for our reservation, but we were not seated until 15 min later because our table was not ready. It took about an additional 15 min to get tap water for the table (there was not enough provided anyways), and to place our orders too another ~20 min. The food did not arrive until 30 min later. For context, we eventually learned that the restaurant was short staffed and the bartender was also operating as our waiter. When the food finally arrived, there was a mix-up on what was delivered. We had checked with the staff who delivered one of the dishes: we ordered the "wild mushroom" side, but what we received did not look quite like it. We asked clarifying questions x2, but were assured, "no, it is the wild mushroom." Turned out, it was the mushroom empanada that was delivered to our table, which we originally did not order. The management did rectify the situation upon the conclusion of the event when we were paying the bill, but to us, it felt a bit accusatory as if we intentionally wanted to cause a huge fuss about the final total, which was absolutely not the case. The food in general was delicious. If this was a more standard dining experience, it would have been 4-5 stars just for the food. The service was very subpar, and really colored the entire experience negatively, therefore the two star review. I understand that staffing shortages happen -- fine. My family has worked in food service as wait staff for 25+ YEARS, so I am empathetic. But for management to ring up our bill and then come confront us in an inflammatory manner, making us feel like we were wrong, on an occasion to celebrate something special, was extremely disappointing.
