    Welcome to the castle.

Different location, same model... Reviews do not change much I LOVE SLIDERS!!! I have always loved their sliders.... This is the home of the original slider, everything else is just an imitation. This 5 star review is not going to change anyone's feelings of White Castle but gives me the forum to say just how much I enjoy this place. This restaurant is big, bright, plenty of windows and clean! Parking is easy and easy access to and from Hempstead Turnpike. Food is fresh... I have never had one of their burgers that looks like it was sitting around for a while... The can't, the place is too busy. There were so many people coming in to pick up orders and going to the drive through window. All team members are friendly and quick to react to the customers walking in the door. Their fries and onion chips are also a crispy treat. If you're a WC fan, try this location... you will like it... If you're not, no location will work for you. I am incredibly impressed how WC has changed their menu over the years to accommodate the changing tastes of their customers. They even have a new veggie slider. Great management and foresight allows a chain restaurant to flow with the times... they have the right formula. KUDO's to the team here at White Castle

I guess I am just a New Yorker at heart!!! I'm homeeeeee and guess what??? Yessss!!!! It's the fast food place witg a BIG CROWN on its head lol. This place is located in the center of town AND it's the BEST place for a quick quick quick MEAL!! Babyyy don't knock it until you try it!! The lot isn't as big BUT I found a space. There is t a drive thru BUT that's ok. I LOVE me a white castles burger. PlUS the people are TOO sweet and nice. I just LOVE this place. EVERY day is GREAT day when you get the BEST customer service. Love you White castles

Multiple visits here and nothing changes. Ordering from the app and coming to pick up your order does nothing to speed up the experience. Plenty of staff behind the counter but service is slow. The person who finally asked to take my order was wearing a headset and talking to someone in there also. She never made eye contact so I had to guess that she was talking to me. Burgers shoved into boxes with little care so buns are soggy and folded in half.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION! Ordered from the app and husband went in to pick it up. They told him it wasn't paid for, so he gave them our debit card. I told him I already paid on the app so he went back in. They kept insisting they show that it wasn't paid for, even after showing both the email confirmation that says it was paid for and our bank account showing both the charges pending. They refused to give me a refund, so now I have to dispute the charge with my bank because they are incompetent and lack any common sense. Edited to add - when we got home, there are NO pickles, even though it says in 3 places (as shown in the picture) EXTRA PICKLES.

The Service: Service is quick. They open 24 hours. Also have drive through. You can also order online. The Food: A little pricey for slider for 76 cents. The bun is really soft! The patty is super thin with ketchup & pickles. With cheese... 94 cents. Fries are good. Chicken rings... ? I will prefer chicken nuggets. The Parking: Private lot (Free)

It's been about 4 years since I've been to The Burger Spot, but the food and service is still as great as I remember it to be. I used the ordering service through their website and put in my order for pickup. I walked into The Burger Spot and went to the cashier. My order was behind the counter and ready for pickup. My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. There were only a few onion rings, but they are big. The sandwich was packed with flavors. The Burger Spot is the spot for burgers and fries. There are a few tables inside and when the weather is nice, there are tables set up outside as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

The Burger Spot burger was mediocre, at best. The onion rings and fries were good. I paid almost twice for my burger compared to what I would have paid at any of the other fast food burger places mentioned above, waited longer for my burger and the ambience didn't make up for it. So bummed. If the burger were AS good as Shake Shack, I would have been OK paying for the burger because it's GC. I get it but it wasn't even that. I feel a little bad about writing a bad review but if you want to tasty burger, go to SS instead.

Visit Date: October 1, 2025…read more Even though I don't drink alcohol I fell into a facebook group that my boyfriend belonged to when we first started dating called 8 O'Clock Shot. The people in the group are cool about me drinking coffee, OJ & Seltzer and N/A beers and I'm cool with the fact that they drink, overall they're a pretty good group of people. Last night Tom Perrone a member of 8OCS hosted his first ever vinyl night in Nassau County at Prost. Usually he hosts Vinyl nights in Patchogue at TwoMorrow's Pub. Sometimes he'll host other vinyl nights or afternoons at different locations. So my boyfriend and I were able to go. One of the good things I appreciate about Prost is that it's a bar/restaurant. So if there's something going on and I need to bring my son I'm safely able to do so. I wouldn't bring my 9 year old to just a bar but if it's a bar/restaurant there's nothing wrong with bringing him if I had to. We didn't get a chance to have any food, maybe one day on one of our future visits we will. I had an OJ & Seltzer and a Clausthaler N/A beer. My go to N/A beer for drinking at home has been Athletic Brewery N/A beer but I had a Clausthaler once before at the American Hotel Bar in Sayville and Clausthaler is a good flavorful N/A beer. My boyfriend chose to have a liter of Miller Lite I think. Hanging at Prost was a good time, one of the bars in Garden City that I would suggest checking out!

I didn't need a replacement but was calling to let them know. The wings are perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. The sauce wasn't too sweet which was good and the spice was pretty mild. The wings are meaty and the order is so much (already ate 2 pieces before remembering to take a photo). Spanky's still my place to order wings. The quesadilla needed some kind of sauce or something. Felt a little dry. The sandwich version was good. The mozzarella sticks were standard who doesn't love a mozzarella Stick. My favorite were the wings so crispy and their honey bbq was great! The cocktails are only $10 which is great deal. We got the strawberry lemonade sans alcohol which is typically a cocktail. I would want to try other items and a $10 cocktail when I'm in the mood to see how they fare but really I would say the wings were the best item we got.

This is exactly how a business can lose stars…read more Going in to dine on Friday 2/20/26 my plus one and I had a entirely different experience from the first visit, in which the female employee influenced our return and patronage. Dressed casually in this casual setting that was well lit. We came to take advantage of a deal that was advertised "combo BOGO 50% off" within the hours of the promotion, but we were taken advantage of! Asking the employee for the advertised combo he specifically and directly point at the sandwich menu which was significantly higher priced starting at $18. It looks like a steak sandwich, I asked if it was a burger, he stated that it comes like a burger. So we each ordered that and with onion rings. He stated that they come with French fries, we said we wanted to have onion rings for an extra charge. I'm starting to notice a language comprehension challenge in the exchange as he kept saying that the sandwich comes with fries, He later confirms our order minus fries and stated that there's $.75 extra. Sitting down viewing the aesthetics as stated previously, we started observing the menu closer and noticed that the menu says " burger combos" starting at $11. Questions does arise about the promo. Talking to the employee, asking why does the menu say combo and you pointed to the sandwich, his reply was that sandwiches are the only combos that they have. I replied but that sign says sandwiches and the other menu says burger combos and you pointed to the sandwiches, why would you point to the sandwich. I was looking for his guidance into the right direction. If looks could kill, he'd be serving a life sentence. I interpreted the look as he was caught in a trap with no way out because he said they only had one combo. So he admitted, after interrogation that we could have ordered the P. S Burger combo. His tactics to spend my money was misleading in every shape form or fashion. The sandwiches (not a burger even though it looked like a burger) had chunks of steak and was falling apart every time you bit into it, leaving chunks of meat in your mouth, that you must now negotiate in order not to choke. We could have walked away happy and satisfied spending $18 minus tax. Instead I spent $18 on one sandwich for a total of $28.5. ( 2 orders of onion rings and the BOGO) To add, they bring you the food, put a tip jar out, and expect you to tip on top of being taken for $10 extra. So the extra went into revenue, not the tip jar. I actually thought P.S Burger would add to our palate but it's just not going to work out. The employee's actions led us to spend more than intended, and that affected the overall experience. But still.... Inspire more, Yelp more!
