Now for the issue: I thought my shower lever was broken, but I just didn't know how to operate it. Our HVAC unit was using emergency heat and the outside unit was not operating consistently. Called White Glove and they determined it was a faulty board in the outside unit that was intermittently shorting out and would have to be replaced. The part was ordered and replaced within a week. We signed up for the Gold Plan which covers two HVAC inspections (per year), a plumbing inspection, and discounts on parts/service. The HVAC repair was done with competence and efficiency. This review is very overdue, but I want to share my experience with you so that you find comfort in your decision to use this company. Last year, I realized that my AC wasn't working properly on the first real warm day of the season. I started reaching out for quotes, and as a new home owner I panicked a lot. I got instant replies from White Glove and Air Nerd. Air nerd charges a $70 dollar dispatch fee, White Glove charges $79.99. When I asked Air Nerd if the dispatch fee applied to the total bill, the said no. Needless to say, I chose White Glove when they said that they DO apply the fee to the bill. They also gave me a military discount and the total price of repair was very affordable. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

From the time I spoke with Richard the owner to Nick arriving to fix my water heater issue took less than an hour. That in and of itself is unheard of. On top of that Nick was extremely professional and informative about the repair taking the time to explain to me what he was doing. We were so impressed with the professionalism of White Glove Plumbing, Heating & Air. We had a complicated delivery window and multiple service requirements and they were able to accommodate them all. We also called several other companies for quotes and WG was among the best--what with their cooperative and kind support staff and ability to meet our tight schedule, no other company really had a chance. The installer arrived toward the beginning of our service window. He efficiently replaced a garbage disposal unit (the previous one was installed incorrectly, rusted and very difficult to remove) and replaced a dishwasher. They were very tidy and respectful of the house. We also asked for a quote to replace an HVAC unit and received several options at different price points. Nick was very patient and thorough in his explanation of the different systems and installation requirements. All traces of the installations (Including the boxes) were removed before they left.
