The sales rep said there was one other like it but in Arizona and is damaged so they can't sell. It took them 5 months to deliver our table but guess what, it was the damaged table from Arizona. They put the table we bought back up for sale. I've filed complaints with BBB and the State attorney general and called a lawyer as this was a bait and switch. They knowingly delivered us a damaged table and will not make it right. Kelsey will not take your call or call you back. Their service reps read off a script and are the worst! Never buy anything from them! The sales reps are friendly but for the amount of money you pay for their product, you will not get the service you would expect and they will not help with damaged products. I have pictures proving this and they won't honor what we bought with the correct table. I would never ever recommend buying anything from them because the after you give them the money they are done with you.

When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.

The chimney cap replacement was an investment, but they showed me before and after pictures of every step and reassured me of the stainless steel construction and the lifetime warranty.
