We called to order to-go pizza. Pizza was ready in 10 mins. We walked over to pick up the pizza to eat at Cork N Bottle. Not bad for a New York style pizza. We got half and half medium pizza. The butter chicken had a spicy curry kick to it and the combination was missing green peppers and mushrooms. Not your typical combination pizza toppings. More like a meat pizza with olives. I think I found my new fav Indian pizza place in Fremont! I usually would go to Curry Pizza House or Parktown Pizza (in Milpitas). But wanted to try something different, and stumbled onto this restaurant. Ordered to-go half-and-half Vijaywada Chicken and Butter Chicken. I would say overall the pizza quality was good, crust was not too thick and seemed fresh (much better than the other Indian pizza places I must say). In terms of flavor, Vijaywada Chicken was spicy but so so tasty! Butter chicken was good too, but I will try other flavors too. Lol, I was reverse racial profiled! I ordered in website which takes me to Doordash. I submit an order for a fusion (indian - Italian) pizza which includes meat. pepperoni on butter chicken sounds like it would be good. When i get there, they tell me they made a vegetarian version because my of my indian name. They said most customers font know pepperoni is beef. Wasted over 10 minutes of my time. But my go to is Gongura and Vijayvada sauce which is a rare at other Indian pizza places. Toppings are generous and good texture pizza base. When it comes to pizza two things stand out to me: (1) how is the base (2) how are the toppings? Really it's one the simplest dishes to make, that's why very hard to find a good one! Now the pizza dough is very thin, soft and really well cooked, I can eat the dough without the topping. The topping is whatever they said they will put, not extra cheesy, or extra tomatoey! Plenty of chicken cubes and paneer cubes with mildly sliced green onions, tomatoes (very little slices). Glad to see yet another Indian Pizza spot open up in the Tri-City. Sampled quite a few pizza flavors, but the one that stood out most was their Vijayawada Pizza. It was spicy, flavorful, and delicious. Never had an indian pizza like that. Also tried Butter Chicken Pizza, Garlic Chicken Pizza, and Spicy Chicken Pizza which were all great! They had both Indian Pizza options as well as Italian, but definitely order one or their an indian style pizzas! The sides/appetizers here were also all delicious!! The Indian Garlic bread was so savory and garlicky. Loved their Veg Puff rolls, flaky heaven! The Indian Wings were flavorful and tender as well, and the mango lassi was so creamy and smooth.
