I cannot say enough good things about the Cornerstone Bakery and Restaurant. My sister and I went…read moreearly on Super Bowl Sunday and were seated quickly. The restaurant isn't the biggest, so I would recommend it most for parties of 4 or under that way everyone can be seated comfortably and quickly. In my opinion, the best thing at Cornerstone is the Portuguese sweet bread French toast. It is sweet and delicious and I have yet to find anything like it at other breakfast places I've tried. Better yet, on your way out, you can grab a sweet bread to take home so the deliciousness can continue at home. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be back soon!

It was a cute little place too). Anyway, after a few months break, we went back in late this morning. We received an "old friend" kind of greeting from Judy, a longtime server. This is a family owned & run establishment..I think I heard her say to another guest she had been serving tables there 40yrs?! ( she only looks 35)? Don't believe that 40 yr fact?? Lol. The menu format has a new look. Easier to read but I think most of them old favorites were on the new menu with some exciting new additions. One od the new additions jumped off the page at me & I had to have it. " The Elvis". Im not a crazed Elvis lover except for this plate. It is not a keto friendly or diabetics friend. 2 slices of sweetbread covered in peanut butter & bananas with whipped cream & a couple of slices of bacon. Bring your cardiologist with you to breakfast & he can have his poached egg and berry bowl waiting for you to need his medical assistance. If you don't make it out alive, you can say Elvis left a smile on your face for your last meal. It's so good, you'll remember it for a while. Can you say that about your last rice cake? Staff is always happy in the diningroom. Bakery counter staff is hit or miss as far as happiness factor. They really have improved the bakery counter offerings. Eye candy to get you taste buds going.

The atmosphere is incredibly inviting with plenty of quiet corners, and the friendly staff provides a lovely personal touch by delivering your drinks directly to you. The menu is a dream for coffee lovers, featuring everything from cold brew to a unique "cold brew espresso." While the nitro espresso was a bit lighter and less intense than I expected, it was a smooth, and paired well with my latte. The real highlights were the specialty lattes; the Vermonter was delicious, and the Fluffernutter latte was a creative, standout treat. I also loved the seasonal collaboration they had for Mother's Day, where a small floral pop-up was set up right inside the shop. It was so convenient to grab a beautiful bouquet and a great coffee all in one stop. I really enjoyed the vibe here and will definitely be back to work my way through the rest of their specialty latte menu!

Over the last few years I haven't visited as often due to a gluten intolerance, which has been tough when you have a true go-to sandwich spot. I was so excited to learn they now offer gluten free wraps. I've had three over the past few months and each one has been delicious. Fresh, flavorful and just as satisfying as I remember. It honestly means so much to be able to enjoy my old standby again without worrying about it. I was also just told I can order my favorite as a bowl, which I'll definitely be trying next time. They are always moving and grooving behind the counter, but still manage to be polite and friendly every single time. It's clear they take pride in what they do. I'm excited to see what's next for them, especially the Detroit style pizza. Bristol is lucky to have a place like Ricotti's.

He was not there today and the other manager - who rides a scooter - was behind the counter said oh no that's not what we charge. So he charged me relatively three dollars a scoop and I mentioned again that they always charge me for a meatball. And he said that's not what I charge. Little arrogant there. I've been coming to this Riccottis since my son was born and he's now 51 years old. It was embarrassing.
