Crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a fluffy slightly sweet bun, and a housemade ranch that had me wondering why I don't put ranch on everything!?!?! Actually , I JUST started liking ranch recently. I'm not sure I'd get those again. The donuts are a little pricey, but if we had friends over who had never tried it and wanted to try them, I'd pick some up for them. On Sunday, 7/5/26, at approximately 5:45 p.m., we ordered chili cheese fries with pastrami. When I went to pick up our order, the female employee who handed us the food was unnecessarily rude. I politely asked for four forks, and she gave me only two. I politely asked again for two more, and she handed me just one. When I asked again, she simply walked away, ignored us, and stopped assisting us altogether. She was the only female employee working at that time, making it easy to identify the individual involved. To make matters worse, we discovered that we were overcharged. The amount on our receipt did not match the amount charged to our credit card. That is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Customers should carefully review both their receipts and their credit card statements to ensure they are charged correctly. One additional observation is that my family and I were the only Asian customers in what appeared to be a predominantly White establishment, both among the staff and the clientele. I sincerely hope our treatment and the billing discrepancy were unrelated to our race, but it is an observation I made. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I expect businesses to treat all customers with respect, provide accurate billing, and deliver the level of service that reflects basic professionalism.
