They do such an amazing job with food and drinks and they're constantly prepared for the trivia night I occasionally attend on tuesdays. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this reservation system because it's prepaying most of my tab and then my favorite foods come out... The Buffalo chicken salad has ranch dressing that would send you back to the farm... The fried pickles/mushrooms/asparagus (did we get a platter?) flew me to the moon. The beer selection is absolutely delicious!!! I've never been so grateful for a bar to go out of its way to make me safe, full, and happy. Thank you corgi!!! We didn't have a chance to dine-in (definitely plan on it) but our to-go order did not disappoint. The Bacon Burger - bacon, cheddar, and bacon-onion jam. This was a darn good burger, smothered in delicious, melty cheese and that bacon jam? Yes please! Chicken BLT Croissant - perfectly seasoned chicken breast, house smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and peppered aioli. Don't get me wrong, I am not hating on the OG hamburger bun but it never hurts to have some variety and I don't know about you, but I love croissants...and bacon...and chicken. This means more events, TVs, a stage for live music and a revamped menu. I ordered the endless mimosas and the Super Corgi, a plate of poached eggs over sautéed kale with a half avocado, tomatoes and a dollop of sauerkraut. It comes with some very good home made smoked chipotle hot sauce. It's great to have a brunch spot in the neighborhood with healthy options and heavy handed mimosas. The food here is really good if you're in the mood for some greasy deep fried stuff. I usually go pick it up so that it's still crispy by the time it gets to the house. We got the chicken tender basket, a mixed sides basket with fried pickles and onion rings, and the "punch cookies" stoner pack which has tots, mozzarella sticks, and cheese sauce which is pretty good. Unfortunately, they forgot the cookies. This is the second time we've gotten a stoner pack and both times it was missing an item. The first time they forgot the deep fried oreos which was really sad for us. I'm not sure if we'll get the stoner packs again because missing part of a $20 box of deep fried snacks really sucks - we're not gonna drive back and forth to get the missing items while the food sits around getting cold. Other than missing items though I have nothing to complain about, the food is good and the packaging has holes to let steam escape so it doesn't get super soggy. read more

The worst food. We all ordered fish and chips, which were too brown on the outside, gummy inside. The lights made it look green. Tried to redeem the experience for the kiddo and ordered desserts. The cookies were cold globs that look nothing like the menu. The ice cream was full of ice crystals like it melted and refrigerator. My wife & I took a mini vacation to Colorado from Texas. While in Denver we heard about a pub that had a corgi mascot & thought we would try it out! (We have 3 corgis that make our life crazy) We walked a little over a mile there so we could Lyft back to the hotel. Being that it was a Thu might we we weren't sure how packed it would be. It was pretty busy when we arrived! We waited for a few minutes to get a menu & found out that the bartender Elliot was the only one working besides the cook. Service was slow due to that but Elliot was on point & very friendly. The food was above average ... we had macaroni balls, Turkey Club & Corgi fingers ... All in all it was worth the visit! Only thing I would do different is remove the juke-box because nobody has any taste in music anymore. Lol Drinks were very good BTW ... I had the Sploot & my wife had the Holliday Mule. The reuben sandwiches came with choice of a side and sauce as well. I was traveling through Denver and we only really had a night to bop around and wound up at wild corgi pub on a very busy night. At first we didn't think we were going to get in as it was packed. As we walked away the owner Dusty ran out the door and brought us back in and found a spot for us! Dusty is a fun, outgoing, guy! The perfect guy to own a bar. Visiting Denver for the week and because Facebook enjoys listening to me, I stumbled upon an ad for this place that combines two of my favorite things, beer & corgis. Though Winston, the corgi that inspired the bar, was not present, I still managed to have a good time. The owner came over to our table to make sure everything was good, asked if we had any feedback, showed me Winston on his live dog cam, and even went out of his way to make me a t-shirt in my size right there on the spot! We only had two appetizers and a few drinks, but the green chili fries and tots were good! My favorite part was the length that the employees went to make sure we were having a good time.
