The atmosphere was really nice and enjoyed it. More of an upscale vibe. The food is really great as well but a limited menu. Be careful on the floors they were slick even with sneakers. Wait staff were attentive and the time From order to table was wonderful. I give it a 3 because of the price ( high compared to other places ) , limited menu (as in one page ) , no complementary salad or bread offered prior to the entree and the order was confusing because you get the pounds per bag for sauce and how hot you want it so it's difficult to get 1/2 pound one way and the other 1/2 another per taste. Also when it says it comes with corn on the cobb with a potato they are talking about a VERY small one the size of a golf ball and a quarter size corn all in the same bag as the seafood( think Low country boil ) and the Shrimp although deveined , still had the shell on them you have to peel off . I think to get it to a 5 star wouldn't be difficult. Add some appetizer bread and a salad. That will help offset the healthy price of the meal and we wouldn't still be "wanting " and not totally full ( I weigh 122 pounds so it doesn't take that much ) Also tell the folks that the shrimp isn't peeled so they are aware. Never been to a restaurant I've had to unpeeled sauced and seasoned seafood before. (Messy!!!). Hence the reason they offer bibs. read more

So I take my wife here for lunch, first time we ever been there. First of all everyone looks terrible, walking around dragging their feet wearing clothes that looks like they just crawled out of bed or basketball practice. The regional manager was there and had his team sitting in the seats in front of us. We are one of 3 tables that were there so the guy was talking extremely loud and very annoying. then he sees me and thinks he knows me from another restaurant so he takes my picture (the REGIONAL MANAGER) and texts it to a friend and says he look who is here etc so loud I could here him clearly. This guy needs to be fired! He also says "well whats he gonna do call my manager?" so I did try to call and guess what it is owned by some foreign company that does not talk to customers. So I hope this message gets to the OWNER OF THE RESTAURANT and you realize that this guy had no reason whatsoever to take my picture and I know for a fact he posted it on social media! I have been told this by other restaurant workers in the area! Besides that, the girl waiting my table was very rude and I asked her one simple question if you get more shrimp with heads off and she says I don't know. they I order with heads on and she brings them heads off! besides that who wants to eat food cooked in plastic? I did and it tasted ok but with this kind of service why would I ever eat there again? besides, there is an identical "krazy krab" or whatever place opening right next door so I will never go to this krazy place again. This is the 4th time I've been to this establishment and it will certainly be my last. I attempted to place an order for 6 lemon pepper all flats as I normally do. However, this time I was told I could not order only flats. I explained to the server, Alexis that I had no previous issues when ordering during my other visits. She then had the so called manager, Justin come over and he stated they can't do all flats because they don't sell enough wings. It made absolutely no sense. If a person orders 12 wings, they will generally receive 6 flats and 6 drums. Therefore, ordering 6 should not have been an issue. Additionally, no one was even in the establishment. It was 1230pm on a Friday with a total of 10 customers. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and the unwillingness to make an exception in this circumstance. I guess they only obliged the other times because the restaurant was new. They must have disappointed others because business is really slow. read more

OMG!! So sooo good. Best to stick with crab boils. Drinks are great! Nice size portions. Leftovers for sure! Prices are reasonable!!

We arrived at 6:45 last night and were seated at the bar. It was almost 20 minutes before we were asked what we would like to drink but at that time it was busy so we overlooked the wait time. After another 15 minutes (and things had slowed to the point where there were only 4 couples at the bar) our order was taken. During the initial wait time of 35 minutes we watched two couples get up and leave due to excessive wait times and complain to management who seemed to argue back. Another 45 minutes went by before our appetizer arrived. They brought our appetizers along with the corn that my wife ordered with her entree. We finished the appetizers which were hot upon arrival and waited another 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive. My wife ordered the fried shrimp basket with a side of corn (which came 45 minutes before the entrees) and I ordered the fried shrimp basket with a side order of crab cakes. Let me say this again. Crab CAKES with an "s". The menu clearly says crab cakes and they were priced at $12 for the menu item. The food arrived at room temperature (not cold or hot) and there was only one crab cake that came with the order. Upon questioning why the menu reflected multiple cakes when only one came with the order the manager simply said that there was a typo on the menu and that was the way it was. We then received a surprise order of onion rings which we did not request and they were piping hot. I wish our entrees had arrived that way as well but no luck. We did tip the bartender heavily ($20) because she was nice and apologetic but we made sure that she was the only one getting the tip and no one else. They discounted our food and apologized but that was after 2 1/2 hours of us sitting at the bar and waiting for our meal. The restaurant is nice and the bartender was sweet but the place needs to work on communication with the customers and streamlining their process. We will try again in a month or two in hopes of a better experience. I'm sorry for the bad review but it was not a good eating experience. read more

Does not even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service, Was on Hold for 30 minutes to then Drive to the Store and place my order. Of course The manager was "Not around". I hoped to get some sort of Discount or maybe credit for another visit. Based on my first impression it's safe to say I will not return. Not bad. Visited new restaurant today. Busy. Had the fried oysters. Awesome!!! Lighted battered. Really good. Family had fried catfish which was also good. Lightly battered. Other family member had a Shrimp Po Boy. Not to impressed. Only had 4 shrimp total when told would have six. Atmosphere nice. Service was a little slow but adequate. Would help if waitress is knowledgeable about the menu and serving sizes. Will probably visit again. Will give more time to work out the kinks of a new restaurant. read more

was very excited to try this place . watching some of the servers sitting and eatting at customers tables was not a high point nor was the having to share the crab crackers. but the food was awesome and you left full. The hostess welcomed us, when we said two, she asked if we wanted to sit at bar, (we usually like booth, since we wanted to try "something new" we were willing to wait) we said no, it seems she didn't like the answer (neither she liked my husband tell me in Spanish, to say no that we would wait... ) she insisted that she couldn't guarantee a wait time, we said we will wait.. while looking to sit in waiting area she told us that we could sit outside, so I said by outside you mean here (pointing at the entrance where were two benches, she said outside or you can sit in your car... I'm not sure, I might be slow, but honestly that just seemed she was inviting us to leave so we did, I told her just remove us from waiting list... not great for first experience... smh!! read more

Wild Crab Hiram is still developing. They have finally gotten their liquor license compared to the first visit and we couldn't have alcohol beverages. Their wait staff is still learning. Once my party set down starving, we waited an additional 25 min before wait staff came to set hi it took drink orders. Once waitress arrives she stated the had the sections confused and she apologized for the wait. She took drink orders and appetizers and it took 15 more minutes to receive the water. The appetizers came maybe 5 min after water. And alcoholic beverages 5 min after that. We ordered buffalo shrimp for appetizers and they were absolutely delicious. My husband and I were satisfied with them. For entrees we ordered two combo special E. Crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp boil bag and it was perfect. My children baskets were shrimp and chicken tenders. They were also seasoned well and Good. I would say the food there is very good however the service needs to grow. They waitress never returned to refill water or children's sodas. We had to ask before leaving for refills. I am writing it off as a new restaurant that has to learn to be organized. I will definitely go back in a month or two with hopes that they have gotten there staff properly trained. They are getting a 4 star for nice ambiance and food taste only. read more

Probably the worst seafood experience I have ever had in my life. My wife and I excitedly decided to go to this restaurant the other night. With it being a new business in the area and us being seafood lovers, it was a no brainer. My first issue was the fact they had not obtained their alcohol license. I wasn't upset about them not having the license, but more so no one told my wife and I before we were seated and trying to order a drink. There should at least have been a sign posted up front to let patrons know beforehand. Next we ordered the calamari as an appetizer. The calamari had too much breading on it and the seasoning was not good. We looked past these two strikes and decided to order our meals. I ordered the snow crab legs and mussels, my wife ordered the snow crab legs, crawfish, and the shrimp. The first thing we noticed was the food had no seasoning and was bland. We had to smother each bite in the sauce our meals came with to get some flavor. Figuring their would be some type of spice to the sauce we took the safe route and both asked for the medium. The sauce was overshadowed with butter and garlic and did not have an ounce of spice to it. So we asked for a side of hot seasoning to try to get a little more spice, but when that came out it was a darker colored version of the non-spice seasoning we already had with our meals. While peeling the shells off the shrimp, the shrimp began to disintegrate in between my fingers. I had never seen shrimp ever do that before. I was extremely turned off by my experience. Needless to say I will not be going back to this restaurant. They got their one from me. read more
