Our waitress Faith was wonderful, the bus person though....not so much. We had 5 people at our table on a very busy night- we were there for several hours eating, drinking and enjoying the entertainment. We expect some delays when you are super busy, this was not a delay though, it was a job never done. There were empty plates on our table for hours. We saw an empty table and rushed to move the dirty dishes to that table- we knew the empty table would be bussed quickly. Our own table couldn't take any thing else. Empty buckets of beer and drink glasses littered our small square table to the point we had little room for much else. The buckets and glasses were left for our entire stay. We gathered all the dirty dishes and such, piled them together as best we could for easier pickup- again, several hours and nothing was removed. So we tried WWC for the first time. I had a chicken quesadilla. On top it looked perfect but the bottom was soaked in oil and there was 1/4 inch deep oil on the plate. The chicken tasted burnt. Stopped by this relatively new trendy restaurant with family, for dinner. While the restaurant looked fresh and highly localized, the food was nothing special. Although the place wasn't too busy, the service was bad to terrible. Our server disappeared for 15 minutes at a time. The windows are so big that as the sun set we asked another server to relocate us. The food came out after a long wait, the soup was cool, the wings were small. The only redeeming value was the 33 flavors of seasoning. Oh, the silverware was cheap and waterspotted, the patio doors were open and the place was full of flys. When we arrived at the restaurant there was no available handicap parking because employees park in the handicap parking. The vehicle was gold in color, late model, infinity suv and did not display a handicap license nor did it have a proper registered mirror tag. When we entered the restaurant we were told that service animals have to be outside on the patio. When we left the restaurant there was a motorcycle parked on the sidewalk so ADA individuals could not use it. First item we ordered was the spinach dip. It took a long time for us to receive the dip and it was bland, temperature hot, with crisp tortilla chips. For the entrees, we ordered chicken quesadilla, 6 fajita wings and 6 garlic wings. Individuals that had arrived long after us were receiving food long before us and the reasoning was 1-our food was dropped, 2-the chicken quesadilla was burnt. The manager arrived at our table with the chicken quesadilla and apologized that the first order was burnt. It didn't seem to matter, the chicken quesadilla had no cheese to hold the ingredients, although the menu says "in a cheesy", and they fell out when trying to eat the quesadilla. The silverware used to eat the quesadilla was dirty and needed to be replaced. The salsa that came with the quesadilla was canned tomato with no flavoring. The 12 wings were precooked and pre-sauced leaving them dry and hard and in restaurant terms 50% edible. Our waitress was attentive but failed at service because of the kitchen. *** My wife would love to take you up on your offer to invite us back but is concerned about the response. It was your manager who brought it to my attention that the vehicle parked in handicap space was his employee and he stressed little to no concern about the issue. We both feel that your staff should have been trained on the subject service animals and how to appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities prior to being introduced to the public. As guests, we tend to forgive/forget poor customer service as long as the quality of food is exceptional. In this case, it was not exceptional but rather poor. My wife reiterated the quesadilla had no cheese along with the quality of the salsa. If the salsa is made fresh daily, it is with canned diced tomatoes. If it is not with canned diced tomatoes, you are using rotten tomatoes to make the salsa, that is how bad it was. She does not understand why you would need to "add more cheese" when the quesadilla lacked cheese from preparation. If your wings are cooked to order, my question is how long did you cook the wings? The protein was hard and dry not soft and moist. Adding additional sauce for "wet" consistency is not solving the hard and dry issue. You failed to address the motorcycle blocking the sidewalk making it difficult to impossible for ADA individuals coming or going from your establishment. Apparently ADA violations are not a concern. With respect, we decline your offer. read more

We asked to sit outside and was told no, even though there were several available tables. They seemed to be unwilling to move a couple tables together. So we were sat inside. After 10 minutes of waiting, no one had stopped by our table to greet us or take an order. We walked back up to the host stand where there were four workers standing and gave them our menus. After watching the staff allow people to save stools at the bar for their yet to arrive friends for 45 minutes we were told our table was ready. We asked for the table that just opened on the music side and were told that we had to ask for that and that people had asked for that when they arrived. Love this place, but I have to admit I like the Campbell Station one a wee bit better - perhaps because the outside deck is off the road more making it quieter. Anyway, I've been to the Powell location several times and received great service and food! I wish they offered more carb-friendly sides for those of us who don't want all the starches! The Wild Chef Salad is a favorite!!! The Wild Wing Hot Sauce (their own brand) is a MUST TRY! Came for Sunday afternoon lunch. We were presently greeted and our drink order taken, but after placing our appetizer and entree orders, it was almost an hour before the food was brought to our table. Our server was very kind and let us know that the kitchen was backed up, making sure everything else was in order. Our food was brought and everything was very tasty! I've been here four times since it opened and I really like it. I've tried a few different things on the menu, and I think the steel spuds (or whatever they were called) were my favorite! It was homemade potato chips with ranch, bacon, and cheese. Yum! The burgers are also pretty good. I also liked that there's a ton of tap selections. Much needed for this side of town. Can't wait to see how fun this place will be during March madness! Service has been alright as well. On numerous occasions this location has given below average service in comparison to their West Knoxville location. I would much rather travel the additional miles for equally below average food with better atmosphere & service! The emory road location lacks attendance for the bar hopper, service for critics, and all around service for the local crowd. Standards in service and quality are VERY different from one location to the next! So, if you are looking for a good time with friends PLEASE drive the extra miles to visit their West Knoxville location! Went here for the first time tonight. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated which was great! Our server Tyler however was completely terrible. He came off rude and like he didn't want to be there. After he took our order it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our apps to come out. However after that everything went down hill. We waited over an hour for our food. By the time he finally came back to the table to check we told him we would like to just pay for our apps and drinks and leave since we had to children who were getting hangry and we had already waited long enough. He told us we were the next ticket so we decided to just wait. Two of our orders came out wrong, probably in an attempt to just get the food to the table. When we asked to speak to a manager he told us they were all busy and gave us a card and told us to just leave a review on Facebook. Once we finally got to speak to a manager he took care of us.
