Most wing places cost over $1/wing and that is ridiculous. There are usually 6 flavors on the menu to choose from and each on is just as flavorful as the next. I wish I could give this a higher score but after taking an hour to get our food cooked properly, I can't. When we arrived they were busy but not packed. We were seated upon arriving and after a few moments our server came over. She took our drinks and then our appetizer. It took her a little bit to get back to us but we were checking out the menu so we weren't too bothered. She took our order which was 2 burgers with a side each and a dozen wings with a different sauce on six of them. It took 35 minutes for our order to come out and it was wrong. The burgers were well-well done and we had asked for medium and medium well. The fries and onion rings were cold and limp. Half of the wings were not sauced and the other half barely had any sauce. We alley our waitress know and she sent them back to the kitchen. It took 25 more minutes for our new food but at least is was mostly right. The burgers were still over cooked at medium-well and well. However the taste was great. Our waitress made sure we never had an empty cup and she went out of her way to make it right by giving us a 1/2 off. However that still didn't make up for the hour it took. Notes to point out of you want to give it a try are order your burger one step lower than what you want. Be prepared to wait. It is also important to note it is VERY loud so it can be hard to talk. The restaurant had good food and decent service for a little while when it first opened. Unfortunately, over the last few years the service isn't very good, the wing buffet is gone, the food has gotten worse, very slow service and the bathrooms are disgusting. Management and staff appear to want to hangout and socialize with one another instead of welcoming customers and providing quality service. Not a very welcoming place. Seems like they've really started going after the nightclub or hangout establishment instead of a good restaurant. I really hope they get management and staff that at least pretend to care. The service is pretty bad. Our server in the span of 1 hour+ visited our table 3 times. Between ordering drinks and ordering food we waited probably 20 mins. My husband and I have had terrible service the last 4 times we've came here. I have sat waiting for over 1.5 hrs waiting for my food while my husband eats his. The wait staff is basically non existent, even at slow times. We sat for over 15 minutes before even being addressed by the waitress. Bartender took quite a while to make the drinks for our table but our server was outstanding! DREW is such an asset to this location, I hope to have her wait on us again! An issue that arose, our elderly uncle was very upset with the restaurant allowing a person posing to have a service dog (that was obviously not an officially trained dog for a handicap, but rather placed in a fake vest.) Dog was standing up on the seats of the booths and moving between areas that weren't cleaned down after the dog had been on the seat table. It was pretty gross, really. If a dog is permitted in a restaurant where people place their food on tables, the animal should remain on the floor, at minimum; It would be a happy medium to keep the eating areas sanitary. read more

Every time I've ever gone the service has been 1 star at best...very inattentive, incorrect orders, taking one hour to receive an appetizer, etc. But tonight I was HIGHLY impressed when I stopped in to pick up a to go order. There was a cute little blonde girl working at the to-go stand, who I think was named Elizabeth. Not only was she outgoing and kind over the phone, she was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended a few extra sauces to me. She packed all of the sauces and went out of her way to label every single one. I know it may seem unimportant and small to some, but I felt like she went the extra mile in an attempt to make sure my order was accurate and that means a lot. Came in on a big football game night and the place was packed! Their service, food and everything was great and super fast. Some of the best fried mushrooms we've had in a very long time and their ranch is homemade which makes any wing place 5 stars in my books. So we showed up with a party of 5 on Friday night at 5:35. Initially no one that came in after us had to wait because they were party of four. There were quite a few empty tables, they could have easily pushed together two tables near the bar but instead they put us on a wait list saying it would be 15-20 minutes. They proceeded to seat several party of 4 instead of putting together 2 tables for us. Continuing to wait at the 30 minute mark we went in and questioned them. They said we were next. So after a 50 minute wait and several more small parties getting seated they tried to sit us at a booth with a chair on the end. I told them we could've done that at the beginning as they're were several empty booths and the booth table wasnt going to be able to hold 5 dinners and apps and it was unacceptable. A supposed manager came over and said just give me 5 minutes to clear something. Another 10 minutes later we finally got seated. No apologies, no comp. For anything so I guess this manager thinks that treating people like this is okay in her eyes. Boneless wings are good however when plated they throw all of them together so when you have 3 flavors it's a crap shoot because they don't separate them at all. Bone in wings are very small. The wings were overcooked, dried out (b/c of it) and small. We ordered 18 -of those 7 were very small and hard as a rock. Does the MNGR even see the food or understand about cooking wings?? No excuse for such bad wings. Yes, the service left much to be desired as well. Plus, the bartender (outside) was busier on his phone.
