After our visit in September of 2021, Wildflower reached out to make our experience right. We went back this past weekend and everyone was happy! We ordered the same things: kids' mac n' cheese and salmon alfredo. Kids' portions were large and hit the spot after 4 miles of hiking. They were out of cookies but gave chocolate brownies instead - yum!! Our salmon alfredos were terrific. Very creamy, lots of flavor from the sundried tomatoes and capers. We were so impressed with our visit here! We needed a quick lunch on our way through Sedona and Wildflower did not disappoint. We ordered a variety of sandwiches and salads and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Prices are reasonable, especially for the area, and service is fast and friendly. I'd consider this to be a fast-casual restaurant but it also has a really nice atmosphere and great views of the surrounding area. We were staying nearby and wanted to grab a quick breakfast on our way out of town. First off, happiest employees ever - friendly, full of energy and all smiles. Second - wow was breakfast epic. Super high quality ingredients - we got kids meals (upgrade to epic fresh orange juice for 99 cents). I got the ham and Swiss and egg sando (yummm!) and my husband got the protein bowl which he raves about. Just epic and you're crazy if you don't stop here. Can't wait to go back. We stay in Sedona for one week every year. Wildflower has consistently had good meals that are very satisfying. What I really want to comment on is the staff. Manuel, the manager, has created a super friendly atmosphere. He often brings out the orders himself, and he is extremely friendly and polite with the customers. As a Sedona local, I love eating here after work when I don't want to cook. They have fresh made to order dishes at a reasonable price. I'm also Vegan so there are many options for me to choose from. This place also makes it easy to hang out with friends who aren't picky like me. Substitutions are no problem here. Great views with indoor and outdoor seating. The manager David is always kind and frequently checks on guests to insure their food was to their liking. Bravo Sedona Wildflower. A nicer version of Panera with incredible views of the Red Rocks, Wildflower is a quick and easy lunch option in Sedona. My friends and I stopped by after our morning hike last week and I ordered the Salmon Superfood Salad. It was fine, and just what I needed: fresh kale leaves with nuts and goat cheese. For the extra $2, there really wasn't much salmon in it, more like little flakes. The goat cheese was also a little smellier than usual. The side bread was good though and I got my vegetable intake, something I'd been missing on my Arizona adventures. read more

Kind of a disappointment today. Came to Sedona after a three year hiatus and wanted to start the week off right with a trip to the Wild Flower for breakfast. So many fond memories from the past. Place had been remodeled, business was slow and that warm friendly feeling was missing - just felt sterile. Wifey ordered the breakfast veggie fritatta and I got breakfast eggs with bacon. Here's the problem, all the food came out on cold plates. Over easy eggs on a cold plate, not good. Egg Fritatta on a cold plate, not good. Toast out of the kitchen with 1/4 inch soft butter spread on it, not even warm enough to melt the butter. Plus, wifeys toast came out of the kitchen burnt, not slightly dark brown, but burnt. Bacon was advertised as "thick" and came to the table cooked fine but it was not "thick" bacon. It was just regular thin sliced bacon and it was expensive. Quality control in the kitchen is lacking. Now if it was super busy I might be more forgiving, but there were only a handful of customers. The place is clean and the service is good. The value of the meal was average but the presentation (food temp) was dreadful. Perhaps Monday is not a good day to go to the Wild Flower. -------\\ Received an email from corporate not long after the review apologizing for the bad experience. Email stated they would refund the cost of the meals AND would send a gift card as compensation for our less than positive experience. Our bill was $32 including tip for two breakfasts with coffee. When we got home there was a form letter waiting for us. It contained a $12 gift card. Are you kidding me? We are changing our rating one star. Poor experience at restaurant and extremely poor follow through at corporate. read more

I had the most amazing fig and ricotta toast here. The bread was the perfect density and had a great crust. I also ordered the 1/2 buffalo chicken sandwich and potato soup. My friend ordered the steak and 1/2 steak gorgonzola sandwich and forest mushroom soup. We were both very happy with our meals. It was snowing out and the soup really hit the spot! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. This is basically like a Panera but a little nicer. Food is reasonably priced and it really is in a great location. I ordered a half tuna sandwich and bowl of soup. Soup was OK. But I have never had a tuna sandwich that tasted so bad. They put a dressing on it that tasted like horseradish and overwhelmed the tuna to the point I could not taste the tuna! Ugh! read more

Wow! First off, the complimentary bread of the day (honey oat) is fantastic and it gives you something to munch on while waiting in line. From the cashier to busboy to manager--all in all super attentive and nice! Food was very yummy! Boyfriend especially enjoyed the fluffiness of the pancakes. When visiting Wildflower I expected more of a sit down from the other yelp reviews, but the format is similar to a Panera. However, Wildflower's food quality and menu options are a couple steps above your local Panera, maintaining a reasonable price point. I ordered the sweet potato and greens breakfast bowl. I had just finished a hike and was in the mood for something healthy (although their breads and pastries looked fabulous!). I'm usually not the greens bowl kind of girl, but this bowl really worked for me. Filled with a variety of flavors from the sautéed veggies, topped with pepitas, goat cheese and veracha (which I googled later - is a locally made veggie based siracha), this bowl popped. It does come with fresh-baked bread, which is truly delicious. Overall a solid and filling (and guilt-free) meal. I definitely recommend Wildflower if you're in the area! read more

Just as every else said--think a more local, organic oriented Panera Bread with locations throughout Arizona. This Sedona location was perfect for us for a quick lunch one afternoon before embarking on a Pink Jeep Tour. It's fast casual in style, for sure, but the food is great. You walk up to place your order (think salads, soups, pastas, sandwiches and the like. Plus a fuller breakfast menu that is served until 2pm on weekends) and then take the number to your seat and await your food. Easy, breezy, beautiful...WILDFLOWER! They have a nice variety of seasonal items (think lots of root vegetables in the winter) and they also have a number of breads you can take to go as well as sweets like brownies, cookies and various pastries. Carb heavy and good for outdoorsy types out in Sedona, I'm sure. I could see this place being perfect for grab and go to take on a hike or picnic. In fact, I wish we had found it earlier than our last day in town. Our hotel (and Sedona in general, really) had little to no food options post 9pm and some late night snacks and sweets to keep in our room would have been easy to procure for our stay. It would have beat the $7 peanut M&Ms from the mini bar that I busted into in a fit of desperation. Next time! Back to the meal--I had a Wildflower 2 combo--potato cream cheese soup (not as heavy as it sounds) and half an almond tuna sandwich (albacore tuna, smokehouse almonds, apple, celery, scallions & mayo with dill pickle, romaine, tomato, clover sprouts & grain mustard on Nine Grain). Hearty, filling, and tasty. My husband went with the Asian chicken salad which was HUGE (organic field greens, chicken breast, green & red cabbage, cucumber, carrots, celery, jicama, scallions, sesame seeds, crispy noodles & almonds with Thai peanut dressing). I'm a local and eat here quite often, at least once a week. The manager Brittany is always cheerful and greets us and others with a friendly hello, runs food to the tables, and checks on us to make sure the food is good. Melissa takes our orders and also does a bunch of things around the restaurant. She also is always a fun happy person to see. My favorites are the turkey breast & Brie sandwich and the BLT Plus. I ate here several times during my stay in Sedona--breakfast, lunch, and takeout. You can choose to eat there--or take away. Only wish take-out would not involve bulky, plastic containers. They do use paper bags--which is fantastic. I found this to be similar to a Panera, although more pricey overall but a great alternative to mostly only dine-in options I found in surrounding area. Fresh, quality ingredients, fast and friendly service. Loved the roast beef sandwich and Italian wedding soup! Oh. My. Gosh. This place is like Panera kicked up to 100. LOVED IT! The moment we walked into the restaurant, they had sour dough bread samples and their creamy butter waiting for us. We were instantly hooked. As a vegetarian, there weren't an overwhelming amount of options, but enough where you don't have to get too creative to figure out what you want to eat. I went with the corn green chili soup in a bread bowl and there was literally nothing left by the time I was done eating. I destroyed that delicious bread bowl. What I really appreciated about this place is the customer service. It was our first time visiting, and the team member took time to get us soup samples and menu recommendations. The ambiance of this place is upscale fast food. If you need a quick and satisfying place to stop for lunch--look no further! read more

My only complaint is that I asked for chicken on my salad which cost an extra five dollars I believe, and I didn't receive any chicken. That wasn't a big deal, orders get mixed up and that's understandable. I just asked the woman who rang us up if she could refund me for the chicken, and she said I didn't order any. My husband and I both remember ordering it, and our total on our card added up to the extra charge for the chicken. I asked if she could pull up our receipt, and she admitted she didn't give us one, nor did she have access to a merchant copy. This reminds me of Panera but I will say their portion sizes seem larger and their ingredients more fresh. My only knock is that 2 of us paid about $30 for lunch which isn't really a negative so much as surprising for a sandwich place. They have menu items that are only available certain times of day.
