He asked me to send him photos and called me back after seeing them explaining what's going on. This was really amazing and made me feel "I'm in good hands". The next day, he showed up at the promised time and did a very thorough inspection, including the attic. Then he explained what his findings were and what the best plan of action/options are. Given the trust I already had in him by this time, it was very easy to me accepting the ones he advised. He did not overlap each section, and within a year, half of the caging was loose, and around every corner, the caging came off. I tried for six weeks to get him to come out and fix his work. He at first said sure I would be out in the next few days. Well, after four weeks of hearing that and he never showed up, his new excuse was it is not under warranty after a year. I told him I understood if the materials were not under warranty anymore, but that I still needed him to come out and fix his work and that I would be happy to pay, I just needed it all caged back up to ensure pigeons did not nest again. Once again, he promised he would be out, and yet, two weeks went by, and nothing, not a word,​ and he started dodging my calls. So while he might respond in the begging, if you ever need follow up service or for him fix his work, he will not do it!! As an animal lover, I was looking for a company that would humanely capture and relocate these guys. Matt answered my call right away and got someone out within a few hours! What we initially thought was 3 skunks, turned to be at least 6. Shad came by and placed traps for us (shout out to Shad!) and we caught one the next evening. I called the next morning and Mike came by to remove skunk #1. Later that evening we caught another, and shad came the next morning. Last evening, we caught 3!!! And back came Shad. Once we get all of them out, we are going to demolish the shed where they have been nesting. Luckily breeding season just ended so we're hopeful none return until next year.
