Crispy chicken and tender gizzards and I had to salt the gravy! All in all worthy of 5 star

Chicken is awesome. Will be going back. Chicken is fresh every time I go. Don't change anything about it.

Chicken was cold and tough. Not much was right about the order, I got one less strip, missing a role and both my ranches.

My nephew and I stopped into Dog Haus Biergarten in Waco before a Baylor Basketball game, and man,…read morethis place is the perfect pregame spot. Great energy, tons of TVs, and a lively crowd that already felt like game day. The service was quick and friendly, which I always appreciate when you're trying to eat, talk, and still make tip-off. Now the food... fantastic. I went with the Das Brat, and it was ridiculous in all the right ways. A big, juicy bratwurst tucked into a toasted Hawaiian roll, loaded with caramelized onions, sauerkraut, and spicy brown mustard. Every bite was a home run. I grabbed tater tots on the side, and they came out crispy, salty, and way too easy to finish. My nephew ordered The Fonz, and it looked incredible. Pastrami and mozzarella piled on top of a spicy Italian sausage, all on that soft, buttery Hawaiian roll. He didn't say much while eating, which is usually the sign of a very happy kid. We'll definitely be back. Great place, great food, and a perfect stop before cheering on the Bears. Sic 'em!

Three massive complaints…read more.. 1). Do not Salt and Pepper my food, let me decide. Did cole slaw as a side. Was over salty. 2) HAVE printed menus if you expect people to have their orders. You have the menu on the wall when you arrive but no damn printed menu is overly frustrating and awkward. 3). If you have the menu only on the wall at the arrival - HAVE THE FULL MENU. I saw on the website menu items not on your wall but was confused so what i wanted i passed on because it wasnt on the wall. BE CONSISTENT at least.

The restaurant is in an old, lovely Victorian house that includes a boutique hotel and spa. Small dining rooms and a large outdoor patio for dining. Started with two specialty cocktail, both large but not overly strong. Began with salads. Both the beet salad and the burrata salads were tasty and large. Salmon Benedict was two pieces of filet on oversized English muffin, well prepared with side of potatoes. Crabcake Benedict was served sans muffin. Same side of potatoes. Dessert was a slice of lemoncello cake and coffee. Cake was terrific, very subtle flavors. Great place for celebratory meal.

The menu had brunch and lunch options and everything sounded so good it was hard to choose. We ended up sharing the burrata salad with grilled peaches and they split it onto two plates for us. It was SO good! We both got the salmon Benedict and I loved mine. The salmon was cooked perfectly as was the egg and the hollandaise was delish. The potatoes were typical breakfast potatoes but they were good. For my birthday they let me choose any dessert and the limoncello cake was absolutely perfect. Lemony and tart with creamy frosting, I would go back just for that!! I definitely recommend this place for brunch!
