The crawfish did not taste muddy but that is the only positive thing I can say about it. The flavor was mediocre at best and the trinity was still crunchy. A decent amount of crawfish tails. The mashed potatoes were a little on the cool temperature side, but they were also very good. You don't get much lump crab, but that too was good.
