I've been coming here since the new remodel, and it seems like whenever I come at night I get the worst service from the same worker. He normally takes 10mins to even start on my order. So I came in yesterday at 11:40pm to order a sandwich (as I usually do) and he states that they no longer serve sandwiches at night time, and that I must wait till 4am. I've never had this problem before, I've ordered sandwiches here at 2am before. And if this is some sort of new rule, they should state that their menu is no longer an "all day menu". read more

this is the first winchell's i ever been to that was like two months ago i've gone at least 10 times now lol it's usually late at night and theres always this one worker with some silver bling in his front teeth and he makes my turkey avocado bagel sandwich so bomb better than any of the women during the day great for drunk nights when you're hungry haha yea i recommend going at night read more

We ordered some custom donuts for my baby shower. We arrived a little early and our Order was so fresh they were still warm. The gentleman working walked the couple dozen pink sprinkled donuts to our car for us and said he'll do the next Babies donuts as well. He was so nice and the donuts were delicious! Coffee too weak,raisin bun seemed old,and ham-avocado melt bagel very hard ,I dont think they know that when you microwave a bagel it becomes very hard and dry,they need a toaster oven,very dissapointed with food quality,customer service is good though. read more

Very poor customer service tonight. We have been moving all day and decided to stop at Winchell's one last time before we left. We were excited to stop in because the other times we went customer service was great, and our orders were correct with no issues. Tonight we we're met with two employees who couldn't even speak English well enough to get our order correct, a couple of sandwiches and donuts. Not only did they not get our orders correct, they served not one but two customers before us. Extremely disappointed in the service tonight and glad we are moving. Very disappointed with the business ethic here. I was in a rush to get to work yesterday morning, paid for my items and waited for my bagel to be done. While waiting, I observed the cashier ringing up an elderly man and his total came to about $2.93. The cashier didn't even bother giving him his change back, just took the $3 he handed her and closed the register, that is considered stealing. Now if the cashiers here do this with every customer or even every other customer, more than likely, they're probably pocketing the extra money that stays in the register. The other thing that really got to me is that at the end of the day when I was getting ready to leave work, I took a look at my receipt from here. I ordered a regular glazed doughnut, a Cronut, a bagel and cream cheese, and a milk. They charged me for 12 doughnut holes that I never ordered on top of that coming to $1.99. An extra $2 that I didn't even notice because I was in a rush. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESS!! Imagine if they do that to more people than just me? They're STEALING from customers is how I'm looking at it. If people still end up going here after this, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT! More than likely, they'll try and slip a fast one on you too. I will NOT be back and will NOT recommend people to this location. You're better off at a small mom and pop shop. I would always love getting my ham and cheese croissants from Winchells,but here they just don't make them the same. They taste bland there not as good as other places and I don't understand why. I've gone multiple times and ask them to make it but every single time I m disappointed. PLEASE FIX THIS!
