I just had my windows installed today. The installers were great but the administrators at the company are horrible. My account sat dormant for weeks while the person that originally was assisting me ended up leaving the company. I had to micro manage the process the whole time just to get things moving. After the installation the final invoice was even wrong. I had to call the company to get them to correct it. After my final payment was taken over the phone an hour later another rep calls me to take my final payment again. The people running this company are loosers. read more

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company. The salesperson was friendly and courteous. He was on time and very professional. The demo was a bit long and excessive, but understand that they want you to know the quality of their product. He gave me a price and I was able to talk him down $1500.00 cheaper, I think this part of the process is bogus.. Just give me the price you are willing to sell to me so I should not have to haggle. When I called Window Nation I asked for our salesman. Now that I need him, he is no longer with the company. Imagine that. This is a company who tells you what you want to hear when they are selling you siding and then when you need them, you get "Oh, he was mistaken when he said that". I don't want mistaken - I want a company that stands behind what the salesman promised. Their salesmen will tell you anything you want to hear. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOW NATION. They don't stand behind what their salesman tells you. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. And that free cruise coupon they give as an incentive to purchase their goods, it will cost you $1,200. You are told "It won't cost you a penny" - LIE. The management and customer service is horrible with the company. After many meetings with their representative, the work was scheduled to start on a day that my husband specifically scheduled to take off from work so that her can be present for the work that was being done to the house. They never showed up. No call, no apology. After calling to complain, we were told by management that the only reason we were complaining was because we did not want to pay. I met with Jane Aurelio (sales person). Proceed with caution. She uses sales tactics to get the sale. I was told I could get beige exterior windows and received white ones. I was rushed to sign the contract and didn't read over it thoroughly. I took her at her word. I had purchased replacement windows from eastern shore windows and even Sears they were always flexible on payments. After I discussed with my wife and we compared prices... Window nation was extremely overpriced. Do your homework and don't sign the contract or give a deposit prior to checking around... Hence lies the problem... They will not give you a price on any window without a sales person coming in to talk/ persuade you. Jane came in measured and talked in a friendly manner which led me let my guard down. I signed the contract and thought I would be able to cancel the windows if I didn't want them after discussing with my wife. Jane pushed and pushed for a downpayment. I eventually gave a small amount. Two weeks later a nice installer guy comes buy and measures the windows. I'm thinking for what... She measured them.. But that wasn't her purpose it seems. *I call to cancel the windows after comparing their prices to other window companies. JR Usher head of sales for DC and MD states they can't cancel my order. I tell him we can't afford the price and want to cancel. He threatens legal action if I do not pay. I told him I found a better deal... He eventually reduced the price and told me I would have to at least purchase 3 windows. Still expensive... Two months later... The windows are installed and not the right color I wanted. Lessons learned: 1) don't let the sales people in your house ( the installer will measure your windows anyway) 2) ask for the lowest window style(grid or no grid) price while they are outside of your home. 3) do not sign the contract without having two people read the contract without the sales person there ( tell them you'll mail it in) not like they will leave a contract with pricing info with you. Just don't sign **a) there is a clause in the contract that states after a given date or amount of days you can't cancel and are liable for the amount owed on the contract 4) If you proceed check the color of the windows on the contract to make sure they match what you and the salesperson agreed upon ( **don't take them at their word that they will do anything different than what is on the contract paper). 5) if you have complaints.[Sunny in customer service is their first line of defense he will not allow the call to go to anyone except JR Usher] JR Usher will not allow you to complain to anyone in upper management. I am quoting his words, " I am the last level you can complain to... The Magdsens (owners) don't want to be bothered with complaints. I handle all of MD. The complaints stop with me. I'm sorry that this is not the answer you would like to hear" Condescending in tone. It's always helpful to put a name with a face. People talk such crap when they are not face to face. I agree with EW! The standards were set very high but also very disappointing results. Installtion date postponed, windows were not the correct size, it takes 3 more weeks to get the correct size and now my house does not have matching windows!!!! They didn't know the windows were wrong until it was removed.........Not to mention the first call I received a week after the failed install was to reschedule the incorrect windows not even to apologize for the inconvenience. From the low-key sales process, measurement and installation, this was a simple and pleasant experience. Each of the company's representatives was pleasant, friendly and on time. We had nine windows replaced, it took less than 4 hours and the work was done beautifully. I love the new windows, felt the price was comparable to purchasing replacements at a big box store plus installation. However, we got custom manufactured windows made to fit. The Vytex windows and installers were wonderful. But on the frontside the experience with the salesman was terrible, it was an altogether hard sale, he was condescending, and arrogant. So why did we buy from Window Nation, we knew a few neighbors who used them, a different salesman, and liked the product a lot. Once we haggled down to a reasonable price, of which the initial price was ridiculous and we said "no way"; then the salesman talked us out of 7 specialty windows because he said "they're too expensive", he doesn't know what our budget is or how much money we make; and should have averaged them into the other 23 window cost to get the sale, what an idiot. I like our windows and feel they're a quality product but tell our neighbors not to use the salesman that came to our home. Salesmen would do themselves a favor to assume that women are breadwinners as well and show them a little respect. read more

I would never go with a big company like this again, you are much better off paying a little more and dealing with the owner. The day we had our windows installed, one of the workers noticed a hole in one of the screens. They insisted on me paying the total balance (which I regret) and a replacement screen would be brought out to us within a week. Of course this didn't happen! After many, many calls to Window Nation- speaking to different people (big company problems) and much complaining on our end, we FINALLY got a screen almost. 2 months later! It was a HUGE headache. Their customer service person informed me that our replacement order was "lost" and for the inconvenience she would send us a gift card. HA! What a farce! Promising a gift card was to shut us up- she didn't send it.Yet they have the nerve to send emails and phone calls wanting us to recommend them to others. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOW NATION! The installers also left putty or sealant on the windows and it was very hard to get off. Let me start out stating I basically felt like I was being held hostage in my own home. They HAD to have both homeowners present for the 2 hr ordeal. I don't know why that was needed when other companies don't require that. I just want you to come in; show me the windows you offer take your measurements, discuss purchasing and leave. Don't come to my house hold us up for TWO hrs talking about stuff that had nothing to do with windows. You telling me your life story is not going to seal the deal, it's product and pricing; that's it! Out of the two hours,only 20 minutes was discussing product and pricing. So you hold us up for two hours then have the audacity to tell me total price is close to $10,000.00 just a few dollars shy ) no exaggerating for 8 windows. When I tell you that price is ridiculous then you state oh okay let me look at it again. What is there to look at that you should've look at before quoting me that ridiculous figure. I was appalled, that's some crazines. Same product same amount of windows all of a sudden the price is dropped by 3000.00. I'm thinking the rep is joking. So then; get this we're told "okay we got some windows that we keep over here instead of over there basically its the same window but a different brand name and quote me a third price. Now all of this is supposedly their special we called them out for of buy one window get one free. So you're telling me after my 4 free windows because it's a total of 8 it's 10,000.00 so for 8 windows that would've been 20,000.00 dollars without your promotion deal of buy one get one free. I live in a normal size single family home with the basic windows nothing fancy. Consumers save yourself two hours and use another company. Had windows installed several years ago. The windows were good quality with some minor defects, but the service of the installers was so so. The main reason for this review is the fact that Window Nation has repeatedly made telemarketing calls to me over the years and this past week takes the cake. I have been receiving 2-3 calls a day from (866) 446-2846 for over a week now and they never leave a message and they always call twice in a row most times - absolutely no respect for their customers.Very disappointing - call once and leave a message and leave it at that - what is so hard about that? read more

The installation team was on time and courteous, the installation was quick, and the finished product looks amazing. My house looks so much better with these new windows! It's that time of year when we decide to do home improvements! Having decided to replace the windows in our living, we called two reputable companies for estimates. Window Nation came as a recommendation. I called WN to request an in home visit. Much to my dismay, from the first phone call to the third call (all placed by me), I felt that WN was not interested because it was only two windows. With the first call, the receptionist said, " you do realize that with it being two windows, there is a $1500 minimum contract. Are you prepared to sign something like that?" The second contact was from a Sales Mgr. by way of e-mail. Yes, I too was taken back by their customer service, or lack there of. The third call was placed to this particular Sales Mgr, with no return call. My final call was again to the Sales Mgr, letting him know of my disappointment and that if I did not hear from him by the end of business today, I would take that as he was not interested in my business. Needless to say, I heard from him pretty quickly. Again, I requested to have someone come out but he kept insisting with the use of satellite he could give me an estimate. I again let him know that without a visit, he could not address our questions through satellite. He then said that they were busy for the next two weeks and didn't think I would want to wait that long. As I look back on my conversations with WN, it is very clear to me that unless you are in need of multiple (as opposed to two) windows, WN is not interested. What a shame!! read more

Start to finish from the initial meeting for the estimate, the sales rep Chris was infomative about the product, offered choices and was patient with my question and was comfortable to work with. He took the time to explain the complete process. I had some additional questions and had the pleasure to speak with Design Consultant Shannon Hughes and she completely took care of my concerns...i made an adjustment in the number of windows i added more widows an she was able to take care of the change and also helped with the payment plan which also quick and easy. The installation crew did a great job!! They were on time and got right to work!! Made sure if i had any questions or concerns they were there to answer any questions. The Quality of the installation was first class. The finished windows when installed looked great!! Very nice work!! The crew cleaned up inside and outside you could not really tell they were there other than the new windows in the house. Good work guys!! And Two days later i received a phone call from Stacey to make sure everything was good and to see if i had any concerns. I purchased windows from them so I could redo my entire house and then they did my neighbors and we both shared the same experience. Their windows are average at best. This was a spur of the moment thought about getting new windows for our house, contacting Window Nation Thanksgiving week. After one phone call, a rep. and I made a time for him to come to our house and explain everything. I had had a stroke in April and a total right hip replacement in Oct. Tony, the salesman came by and was VERY pleasant and Professional. Tony spent about a hour and a half going over everything. When the meeting was over we had a great deal. The installation was scheduled for Jan. 6, 2017 at 0800 hrs. The crew of four very professional installers showed up on time, installed 13 new windows, removed the old ones and cleaned up everything and were done by 1530hrs. So far my experience has been terrible. The sales person that came to my house was super nice and new the product and the company very well. After that my experience has been a joke. When we signed the contract back in November we were told that it would take 4-5 weeks for the windows to be installed. The contract says 4-6 weeks(no big deal) They call back the beginning of December to tell us that the windows would be ready at the end of January and they could install on February 1st. Since than I have tried to contact a manager and still to this day have not received a call back. So total time is 12 weeks and I am not even sure if they are coming on the 1st because they wont even call me back. There is always an excuse of why a manager is unable to come to the phone. Its either they are driving and can't talk to me while driving or they are in a meeting. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Buyer Beware! 3/21/17 Met with Tom Crawford in Sales. 4/4/17 Window measurements taken. 5/9/17 First Scheduled Install Date: Crews to arrive between 8am - 10am * No phone call regarding their arrival time. * Crews arrived at 9:56am * All windows were 1/2 inch too tall. Installer Joe Gailey remeasured all windows to reorder them. * Used a full vacation day from work for 15 minutes worth of time with the install crew. * Spoke with DJ the sales manager to complain and he stated that we would have $250 taken off of the total bill to cover the missed day of work. 5/27/17 Second Scheduled Install Date: Crews to arrive between 8am - 10am * No phone call regarding their arrival time. * Crews arrived at 10:30am * 15 of 17 windows fit and were installed. * Both picture windows in the living room still did not fit - they used the old measurements when they remade them apparently. * Installers removed the two windows in master bedroom, when those were not to be replaced. Those were the only two windows left in the house that still had window treatments up. They had damaged the windows when they removed them so they put the old windows from the dining room into the master bedroom. They wanted to know if we needed them to open and we said yes. Somehow they retied the pully strings so that the windows would open. The trim did not fit properly and left a one inch gap between the window and the trim. The windows that they reinstalled were also damaged. * Trim scraps were left all around the house and only 2 out of the 15 new windows still had the stickers left on. The window calking was also very sloppy and I cleaned it up as best I could. * Installer Joe Gailey gave me a business card for John J. Kuhn at Allegheny Window Systems. He stated that he also works for that company. Joe told me that all of these errors are happening because all of the advertising that the company is doing. They have taken on more work than they are staffed and able to handle. He also stated that Window Nation was projected to do $300,000 in business in the month of January but because of all of the advertising they brought in $1.2 million in business. Window Nation is not staffed with enough employees to handle that work load and the employees that they do have are not properly trained. Joe also stated that the employee that measured our windows the first time has since been fired for various mistakes. * Spoke with DJ the Sales Manager and Ivan the Install Manager regarding the windows still not fitting. Scheduled a meeting for Ivan to come to the house. 6/5/17 Met with Ivan the Install Manager at our house to look at the damaged windows in the master bedroom. He said that Window Nation would replace those windows at no cost to us. I also discussed the fact that the picture windows for the living room still do not fit. 6/17/17 Third Scheduled Install Date: Crews to arrive between 8am - 10am * No phone call regarding their arrival time. * Crews arrived at 11am. * Install crew stated that Ivan had been fired. * Picture windows for the living room finally fit but the install crews left 12 screws sticking a half an inch out of the picture window trim because they said that they did not have the right parts to do it any other way. * The new windows for the master bedroom did not fit. * Tried to speak with DJ regarding the continued issues but he will no longer answer or return my calls. * Spoke with Jenn the scheduler as she is the only Window Nation employee that will return my calls. 6/7/17 Fourth Scheduled Install Date: Crews to arrive between 5pm - 5:30pm * Crew called that they were stuck in traffic and would be late. * Crews arrived at 6pm. * Install crew stated that previous installer Joe Gailey had been fired. * Final two windows were installed in the master bedroom. * Picture window screws were fixed in the living room. Still to this date we have not received a return phone call from Sales Manager DJ or another manager to try to resolve these issues. A project like this should not have caused this much stress, frustration and inconvenience. We chose Window Nation because of the promised dedication, experienced crews and top notch quality. This is far from what we actually received. We are spending over $10,000 getting our windows replaced and this is not how we or anyone else should be treated. read more

I was extremely pleased with my window from Window Nation. I finally replaced the large bay window in my living room. Due to it's size, it's an expensive window to replace no matter what company you choose. Since it is such a prominent window, I wanted to make sure I bought a quality product and that it was installed properly. I was successful on both fronts. The 2 man crew was very professional and friendly. The install ran a little long and I'm sure they were anxious to finish their long day, but they didn't rush anything. They stayed to make sure everything was cleaned up, which I appreciated. But the best part is how great it looks!! It instantly updated the space and added value to my home. Do not know where to start. Given a price quote and when the measurer came all the items were not what was on the contract. Got that resolved. They installed a front door that was wrong and was not measured right. The outside was burgundy and so was the inside sidelite. Inside of door was white and inside side lites were burgundy. They tried to just put in new white side lites and it has been a disaster. The door is not square, the side lites are slanted and they destroyed the inside and outside walls and wood outside (trying to fix this door) this was done on 01/21/2017. On 02/02/2017, Window Nation sends the original crew out (without telling them) what the real issue is. They look at the door and said this door can't be fixed (three way call) and they left and Steve (Customer Service Manager) says he will call tomorrow to rectify this. Never hear from Steve until today. Steve had said that he needed authorization to replace the door. So today they decided they will NOT give us a NEW DOOR. That they are going to try to fix the issue and order everything else besides the door and hopes that this works. That is what was done on 01/21/2017. This did not WORK. You already tried that. Did Window Nation (NOT UNDERSTAND THIS). So this is the (3rd time) that Window Nation is going to SEE if this WORKS. Let me tell you I stroked a check for $40,000 to this company. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. So we are just supposed to accept what STEVE says today that they are NOT GOING TO REPLACE THE DOOR. That they are going to order everything else again and try to repair this NIGHTMARE. Well that IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Your crew came out here last week and said in a three way call that this door is damaged. You know this door is damaged. You know you are just putting a band aid on an open wound. You know this door is not right. I did not pay for a door and side lites that have to be installed and taken out now (3) times in hopes that you can repair this. This is unacceptable. We have no other recourse but to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint with Attorney General and contact our legal COUNSEL to make WINDOW NATION replace this door. You had no problem cashing my $40,000 check (did you). I am not accepting this and you will replace this door. You can either do this professional or we can do this legally. I have all the documentation I need and photographs to prove this. They need to also pay for the damage that the contractor did to the OUTSIDE. I will call the State of Maryland tomorrow to get the registered agent information and start the process. I have waited long enough for Window Nation to handle this. Steve the Customer Service Manager (continues to act like Window Nation is doing us a FAVOR). No what you are doing is giving me a NEW DOOR because that is what I PAID FOR in that very large $40,000 CHECK. So do me the favor and have someone come measure my door (that actually knows how to measure), order the NEW door and give me an install date. I don't want a message of how sorry you are. I already KNOW how sorry this company is. I have dealt with this since November/December. It ends in February and it either ends with Window Nation or a the legal system determining how this will be handled. I am tired of dealing with this and we are at the point of having an attorney fix this MESS at Window Nations expense. Tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. I am starting with the better business bureau, then the Filing a formal complaint with the Maryland Attorney General and seeking legal advice of how I am going to get this door situation resolved. I am really disappointed. After a great presentation of what seems to be a pheniminal product, I was told that I had to sign a contract at that moment or the price would not be guaranteed. I said I needed to sleep on it before deciding and had been up front and said not only do I have an appointment with another window company, but also have multiple projects that I needed to prioritize based on estimates. It was like a switch was flipped from super pleasant to super uncomfortable. Then there was the blatant red flag of "I gave you the best price, but let me run it by the boss," even after I was clear that I would not sign a contract that day. Of course, the boss said to knock the price down more. I felt like I was dealing with a completely different person than the cheerful one I had been listening to so far. Be aware, Window World of Baltimore will give you a price that is nearly 3x any competitor. I priced 4 double hung windows and 1 large bow window. The price for the bow window alone was over twice the price of the entire job with anyone else WITH the bogus discount. Without it, it was going to cost a small fortune. They do not even make their own windows OR have their own installing crews. It is all done by some other window manufacturer they are basically just sales people pawing off someone else's goods and services. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. We recently contracted with Window Nation, Glen Burnie, MD, to install 40 windows, a sliding glass door, and two storm doors in our house. Bottom line is that we could not be happier with the quality of the product and the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. We would like to say that we were happy with the cost, but we cannot believe anyone is happy when they have to spend that type of money to replace windows. We would have preferred it if the original builder had put in high quality, life-time warrantied windows. That said, we are convinced we got excellent value for our money. We did a lot of research, contacted other companies and listened to other pitches. Window Nation gave us a price that was better than many of the other companies and as good as any. That combined with what we felt was a better product and an exceptional warrantee that we could pass on to subsequent owners convinced us to go with Window Nation. Chris, Window Nation's representative showed up as scheduled on May 10th. To make a long story short, he was extremely pleasant. Make no mistake, he was there to sell his product, but he was professional, had a great sense of humor, and listened to our points. The amount of time used for the visit is a bit brutal. The visit was supposed to be 90-120 minutes. It went a bit over four hours. Part of that was due to the potential size of our project as Chris had to measure every window and door for pricing purposes. We also asked a lot of questions. Lastly, Chris indicated that he could figure up the pricing while he was at our house, or leave and send us the prices the next day. We elected to have him stay and do the pricing. We complicated his process by asking him to do it based on three or four options such as breaking the project up into two or three chunks. So, the amount of time involved was long, but for a project of this size and cost, we felt we needed to invest that time. On the scheduled date, Paul and Enrico, our installers arrived. What great guys! Their truck and all equipment was clean and well cared for. They were professionally attired. They had smiles on their faces and spent the first few minutes taking us through the process they would use for installing the windows. As we took an initial walk around the house, they continued to explain how they would tackle the project. From the get-go, we felt we had a good team and the put us very much at ease. They worked hard. They went about 10 hours each day. There was no wasted effort. They approached it much like a marathon - just steady and constant work. They cleaned up every area/room as they completed each window or door installation. They worked exactly the same way when they came back to finish the seven tempered windows and again when they installed the two storm doors. After nearly two months with the windows, we are very happy with the improved sound attenuation and especially with the way the windows keep the extreme heat out in the afternoons. The worst experience of my life. The first time they came to install the new windows, they forgot 2 of them and one of them didn't fit properly. they didn't put the boards back into the windows to hold them in position properly they just filled it with foam. We were forced to pay a lead removal charge and they never did the lead removal. they didn't use drop cloths so we had nails, wood pieces and class all over the inside of my house and the outside in the yard. All of the windows upstairs were crooked and it took a month for the 2nd crew to come out and fix it The second crew came and reinstalled the windows. they gave us a hard time about having to reinstall the upstairs windows telling me the walls are crooked, not the windows. Finally the supervisor came out and made them fix it. Then we paid for high end wrapping around all of the windows and they put the cheap stuff on. We talked to the guy that sold them to us several times and he claims he talked to his supervisor about the issues but he not anyone else will return my calls. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DONTT USE THEM! I have 7 more windows to get done ion my house but I am ordering them from someone else, this company is a sham! read more

BUYER BEWARE! Window Nation represents itself as Roof Nation. The salesman quoted me a fair price which I would receive if I signed the contract right there and then. I signed and gave him a deposit. I had other estimates and Window/Roof Nation was comparable. The deposit check was cashed after the 3 day cancellation time. A week later, the roof installer came to measure. The salesman then called and said he made a mistake in his measurements and it would cost an additional $7500!!! My original quote was already $10,500 (he knocked off $1200 if I signed right then because his boss was willing to do that so the sale was in before the end of the month). I can understand an error but this one is unfathomable. The salesman pitched a bunch of baloney about their company being competitive pricewise. I feel very mislead. read more

I had my Windownation windows installed in my home under extreme prejudice today! When I had the salesman come out to give me an estimate on new windows we went over all of the options and he gave me a finance option that I was interested in seeing if I would get approved for. He had me sign some paperwork which I thought was a credit Application. A few days went by and my fiancé and I decided we weren't interested any more because we are about to get married and have a baby on the way so we really couldn't afford windows right now. When I called to let window nation know they informed me that I had signed a contract and the 3 days I had to cancel said contract had come and gone. I was completely shocked as they had not even come out and done any measurements yet and they told me they already had the money from the credit card company and had already ordered my parts. I highly questioned this and the gentleman that I talked to basically treated me like I was an idiot. I told him I would consult a lawyer and he said to me go ahead we already have the money and the contract and there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to pay 30% of the contact price which was over $8000.00 to cancel. After all this and I came to grips with the fact that I had been screwed by this company and was stuck with these windows they did nothing to make it right. Just a horrible experience all around and I hope people learn from my mistakes and stay away from this company which has the worst customer service ever and is all about there bottom line just like typical corporate america!!! read more

Window Nation was recommended to my wife and I by her parents when we began looking for a company to replace all 32 of our windows. Chris from Window Nation came out to our home on September 25th, 2015 to give us a quote for new windows. He was great, and even gave us a suggestion that saved us some money, and looks amazing in our kitchen. Chris had mentioned that a current promotion was in effect for two cruise vouchers with the purchase of our windows. My wife and I were never really interested in a cruise, but with as much money as we would be paying to replace all of the windows - we may need a little getaway. The two installers completed our project on October 31st, 2015. They both did an excellent job, and we are thrilled with the new windows. We actually had an issue with one of the 2-lite sliders in the basement, and a rep was out the next day to repair. On January 31st, 2016 I realized we had yet to receive any information on the cruise vouchers, so I sent Window Nation a message regarding the issue. Mid-February I still did not have a response, so I called and spoke to Keith. He stated that they were out of vouchers at the time, but they would be put "in the mail on Monday." Still nothing. I called back in March to inquire again, and Keith stated that he was not sure as to why they were not sent, and said that he would look into it and follow-up with me. Still no response on April 6th. I am taking it to the internet in hopes that Window Nation can resolve this matter to save some face. Again, I never wanted the cruise vouchers, and would have much rather just had the cost of this project reduced, but if they are going to promote something then they should be able to provide to the customer. read more

This was a large project: 24 windows, siding for a 5-bedroom house (including tear-off of the existing siding), new gutters, plus trim and capping. I got 5 bids ranging from large companies to independent owner/operators. The bids were all rather close, although the larger outfits, including Window Nation, did start high and then drop down with various incentives. One of the company's sales rep was very aggressive, to the point of being rude. I found the rep for Window Nation to be very well-informed, straightforward and helpful. We emailed back and forth a couple times and then closed the deal. The bid from Window Nation was not the lowest but I felt that they would do a great job. I was even more confident after meeting their installation supervisor- he really knew his stuff. The windows took 2 days, the siding 5 and the gutters half a day- all scheduled separately. The installers were professional, polite and kept my home and yard tidy. They managed to keep closely to the schedule in spite of some wicked summer storms and the recent earthquake! I am very pleased with the job- materials, installation and total cost. I would definitely use Window Nation again. read more
