I came in here on a Sunday afternoon to do a quick return. The employee was being rude telling me that I needed to purchase something because I couldn't get my cash back since it was past the 14 days. I asked to receive store credit because I didn't feel like shopping since I was sick with the flu. She told me that I couldn't receive store credit. I left the store angrily because she was giving the worst customer service! Once I got home I read over the receipt and it clearly states that I am able to receive store credit as long as it's been less than 30 days. The cashier wanted to be gossiping with her coworker instead of paying attention to me. The conversation that the cashier was having with her coworker was unprofessional! If I could give negative stars I would. Aneisa the store manager made me miss my flight to my friends wedding because she didn't know how to take a check. She called three stores and still couldn't figure it out. I was getting on a plane and had packed my wallet so checks were all I had. She initially answered my phone call to locate a dress I found online. Their store location is way out of my way so she helped to hold it until I could arrive. Once I did, I found the dress was shipped out by her team on accident. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated because my event was the next day and extremely important to me. Employees constantly follow you around won't let you looked comfortably. Today was my second bad experience there first time was a few months ago I had just walked into the store and the employee accused me of taking a necklace when I had been there for about 15 seconds. In this instance I reported this to corporate office but received no follow up call even though I was told I would. Today I was there again employees constantly kept following me. I purchased a dress and even after I purchased something from there I was question if I had taken anything because if I did that they would be able to see it in the cameras. I always shop here. I love their styles. I came here today for a last minute stop before my Vegas trip. It's really hard to find good customer service in retail stores these days. Usually you're not even acknowledged. A girl named Maddie greeted me right away. She was super sweet and spent time understanding what I was looking for. She started a fitting room for me with some suggestions of outfits she thought would look good on me. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay with it. She addressed me by my name each time which is very professional. Upon check out, Makena was also very helpful in helping me find a necklace to match my outfit because I suck at matching accessories. I go to several different Windsors depending on the location I am in, but this one is definitely the most welcoming and the store is also bigger than most. I can't believe that no one has written a review on Windsor yet. I stopped in here while I was Christmas shopping because I needed to get an outfit for my friend's 30th birthday party. This store reminds me of forever 21 but for girls or woman that are in a little bit more mature than forever 21. I would describe it as a "grown up" forever 21. Some of the clothes are very cute and stylish. However there are some clothes that you wonder who would ever wear that? The prices are reasonable too that is why I think it is similar to forever 21. I got a dress and a cover-up sweater and a combo necklace/earrings to set for about $60 which I thought was very reasonable. In the back of the store they also have more formal style dresses like for prom or for a special event. The girl that helped me when I was shopping in here was very friendly and help me get a couple of pieces together to find a outfit. I would not shop in here for my every day basic clothing but if I had a birthday party or or another type of event that I needed to dress up for I would stop in here again and look for an outfit. read more

Otherwise you won't get your money back. I will take my sisters to buy their prom dresses else where. I have an unworn prom dress with tags & everything in my closet, and I have a little black dress as well that is a little "wrinkled" so they won't take back. I had the receipt with me and returned it a week later. I followed the return guidelines. The return policy says nothing about clothing being wrinkled, just worn. That's for sure. I came in tonight at 8:30pm to make a quick return after work. Instead of being greeted when we walked in, an employee named Chanel told us that the store closes at 9 and that the dressing rooms close at 8:50. At the counter, she hardly said any words to me except to insert my card for the return. The whole 5-7 minutes I stood there at the counter, she was on the store's phone talking to her friend about how customers keep coming in and how she is trying to get out of the store by 9 and how annoying it is. She was explaining how she didn't know what she was going to wear tomorrow, how her stomach was upset, etc. All while cussing and acting extremely unprofessional. My girlfriend went back inside to get her name after the return was completed and she would not even look her in the eye and was hesitant on giving her name. She told her that her name was Chanel, and when my girlfriend asked how to spell that she replied: "just like the perfume." With her back turned to her. Not to mention, she was wearing a deep cut V-neck t-shirt with her bra hanging out and her boobs out on display for everyone to see. I love Windsor, but I will not be coming back because of Chanel's bad attitude and horrendous customer service skills, or lack there of. Today I took my daughter out prom dress shopping . We drove out to Mission Viejo to the Mission Viejo mall to look at Windsor. Normally it takes us a while to find "the dress". My daughters' first dress pick, she felt she found "the one". Although the top of the dress was a bit loose she still had to have it. As a mother, with experience I wanted her to check out other places. So we decided on a different Windsor located at the Irvine spectrum. We didn't end up finding anything in comparison to the love she had for the very first dress. So she called back the Windsor at Mission Viejo Mall to place on hold the dress she wanted . Once we arrived back both store Mangers, Samantha and Beronica, had the dress waiting for her. My daughter was over joyed that the dress was still there and she was able to purchase the dress she wanted so badly. At checkout we were ready to purchase it only to be told by the store managers that the dress she absolutely loved was 100% completely free. We both were beyond shocked and in complete disbelief. She was chosen by them to be their Cinderella project winner. The Cinderella project is for any girl who is deserving in the managers eyes to receive a free prom dress. Afterwards we all took a picture, beaming with joy. This was her story of our prom dress shopping experience of 2016. I have to give this Windsor location five stars for their customer service due to how concerned and beyond caring they were to not only just my daughter but to every girl who walked inside ready to find the dress meant for them! This Windsor location is by far the best the best in Southern CA! I would come here again in a heartbeat. The selection was great, the store/dressing rooms were clean, not as many damaged dresses, but above all the customer service was great! The employees actually cared about the customers. I had been to many Windsor locations in the county and these ladies at this location greeted us, asked us what we were shopping for and even began to help make selections for us. It was close to closing time and we didn't feel the push to leave that we were unwanted. They were extremely courteous, Kayla helped with dress sizes and even brought us shoes to try on along with the dresses so we had a better idea with the length on the longer gowns. The manager was friendly, out going and just made us feel welcomed. Who ever trained these ladies did a wonderful job, I wish I could speak so highly of other Windsor employees.
