I've been going to Wing Factory for several years now. This place has always been my go to spot for quick, cheap food. This is a sports lounge and my boyfriend and I come here when a college football or NFL game is on. It's a very chill and causal environment, comparable to Buffalo Wild Wings but more so of a hole in the wall. The food is pretty good for the price. I usually get the grilled shrimp basket with tots w/ cheese!! The wings are very good as well as their salads! This location opened to the public today, so I thought I would go try it out. Perfect place to watch the game, get a beer, and interesting wing flavors. If you are tired of the same ol hot sauce this is the place for you. My table ordered ten out of twenty five different flavors and not one complaint. As far as wings they are decent. They banned me from delivery for a while for no reason. I guess I didn't too their driver enough so he got in his feelings and had it so I couldn't order for delivery. BEST WINGS EVER! I found this place on yelp read the reviews they seemed ok thought id try it out. I ordered online but when i got to the store they didnt have the order. Inconvenient yes but not a big issue. I ordered again . I got the 8pc wing combo with ranch fries. My wing flavor hot lemonyaki (a nice mix of hot teriyaki sauce and lemon pepper sprinkles). The sauce was very generous. My boyfriend ordered the same but with chili cheese fries. He seemed to enjoy it. Overall good experience. Good customer service. Hot fresh food. Place was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon. Got our wings in about 10 minutes. Definitely not a long wait. Great list of flavors too. However, the prices are questionable. Pros: Wings were okay. Cookie dessert was alright but the molten cake was GREAT. People in my group said the margaritas were good. Waitress was very nice. Cushioned seats against the walls were clean and intact. Lots of TVS and games being broadcasted. Cons: Food took a VERY long time to get to the table (there were very few people in the restaurant). Service seemed very shortstaffed or slow (not enough/forgetting utensils, our table and empty tables were not bussed quickly at all). Wings were just okay which is disappointing for a wing factory. Carpets were a little dirty but the most disturbing thing about them was that they were sticky, as in you could feel your feet peeling off of the carpet whenever you walked. Cole slaw was NOT good. I was going to rate this a 2 but they ended up having a trivia night that we didn't know about and took part in which was pretty fun. This is my fav go to place using Doordash or Uber eats. Everything is always yummy. Recently I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Must have a been a doordash issue, because it has happened at other restaurants recently, where the details seemed missed- such as meat. Long story short- my chicken quesadilla only had mushrooms, sweet onions and cheese and it was absolutely amazing. Now I will try to add more vegan options. We were invited out for the soft opening Sunday night, and I can happily say it was worth the drive. Located across the street from Chuckie Cheese. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were taken to the booth. The server was prompt to come and introduce her self and to take drink orders. They had a few beers on tap and coke products. We ordered the fried pickels that come with their amazing ranch, and the fried mushrooms which comes out with their horseradish sauce ( all their sauces are hand made in store) I am a bif fan of fried pickles, so i may be a harder judge then most.. the batter had a good taste and the pickles wefre a good width, the only thing I didnt like, was they needed to drain longer to get the grease off, andlighter on the season salt, they were a but salty. But the ranch was so good with it!! The fried mushrooms were scrumptious, They were button mushrooms, cut in half, the batter was a light beer batter and the horseraddish was just tangy enough. great balance. Then it was tine for the wings. They have like 37 flavors of wing sauces, again all made in house and you can tell.. they areSPOT ON. Everything from bbq, ranch, honey mustard, garlic, A-1, Mac N Cheese ( yes, really) sweet and sour, terriakye and a mouth tingling habenero.. The wings ( bone in) are about thw size of your finger (good size and good amount of meat on them) the boneless is what we all opted for, the nuggets are all breast meat cut and battered in house which means white meat, no tendons, no veins, no fat.... PERFECT! The table of 4 ordered probbablly 72 nuggets? we were hungry and i needed to bring some to the hubby. We got the hot version of all the flavors, to lemon pepper, garlic, mac n cheese ranch honey bbq, terriakye, then the bayou which is a less spicy cajun. All of the flavors were super tasty. I ended up with a plethra to take home, and ordered an additional 8 plain for testing out a couple of the other sauces. The habenero was a little spicy for my pallette but the hubby looved it. They give the option to get the wings in a basket meal with fies, they are the crinkle cut and are able to be flavored. They also serve tots. With the wings you recieve celery and carrots as well. The checks came out and were very reasonable. The fact that everything is fresh and not frozen is a big deal, and its all made fresh in house... you dont find that alot these days. I've never been to the physical location but let me tell you this, I've been ordering online delivery from this place for roughly a year and we were good at first, the deliveries were on time and the food wasn't Michelin Star quality but at least solid bar food fare. The wings I would call a little pricey for what you get (no standard 10 pcs single option, 6 pcs is their single) but at least they were solid for a time being. I'm willing to pay a premium for something decent and delivered so I don't have to go anywhere but then it started to go downhill. I've had cases where I paid maybe and extra 2 - 3 dollars for extra things like bacon, or grilled onions and mushrooms for their burger and was given maybe no more of a tablespoon of mushrooms and grilled onions. When your burger is already hovering at 9 dollars after tax, you can't help but feel that the extras aren't worth it. I'm not sure if perhaps it's a new staff over there but the delivery times are frequently later and later than estimated and the food gets worse and worse. I have now completed my last delivery order (that was again mega late) with them and I'm pretty sure they won't be getting my business ever again. Calling the place won't help as they can't track the driver and you're only offered up an apology if your order shows up 2 hours too late (this actually has happened before). I wouldn't recommend them but if you feel so inclined to take the dive, be prepared to stack 30 mins - over 1 hour onto your estimated arrival time. If you do order: Enjoy your sour onion rings that are mushed together and not individual rings, enjoy your under portioned burger extras (that you'll definitely pay a premium for), enjoy trying to figure out if 6 or 12 pieces are enough for one person, enjoy dry wings but overly seasoned lemon pepper wings, enjoy eating a gyro wrap that is supposed to have sauce but is delivered bone dry, enjoy status calls to the restaurant to find your phantom delivery driver that has no perception of time or at least any interest in calling you up to at least let you know that he/she is running late, and enjoy virtually zero recourse from restaurant management if something goes wrong. I'll just take my chances with finding a restaurant on ubereats instead if I get a chicken wing craving, they'll at least make every effort to make it right when something goes wrong. read more

Tried this place out last night while staying in the area. Was looking for something that was open at 10 and just about everything on Battery Park across the street outside of bars closes at 10. I called to place a order and was greeted by a friendly associate that took the order and the food was ready exactly at the time they said.
