When i moved in the area I used to eat at this place at least 3 times a week. Lately the food has gone down. The food isn't good as it used to be and I just learned that they charge more for delivery because "They have to pay the delivery guy" n that upset me because I tip very well and why does the customers have to also pay thier wages? It states FREE delivery but charging extra without you knowing and that's not ok! I told him it's not fair that we the customers have to pay for their wages and he said "It's very fair and the customers should pay for it" after that statement I won't be ordering from them again! read more

We found a steel fiber from those steel sponges to clean in our rice. Already started eating and felt something odd had to take it out and see that it's a metal thing. I thought it was the staple at first from the container but to my surprise it was a fiber from the steel sponges. I would not have known what to do if I had swallowed it. read more

I read so many great reviews on Seamless about this place and was really excited to try it, especially considering I wasn't feeling well today and kind of wanted to just rest and order out. I ordered the lobster fried rice, which appears to be made up with Langostino lobster - which would be fine except for the fact that they weren't cleaned properly, so that's kind of disgusting. I also ordered the fried shrimp, and I ate a couple and then thought "maybe I should check them" and sadly enough they are not deveined at all. The crab Rangoon was actually pretty good, but I needed Something a little more hearty to fill me up. It was definitely all hot and fresh, Just ill prepared. Aside, the delivery man probably wasn't having the best day due to the rain storm, however he still walked into the building to give me my food, which I thought was very nice because not all delivery man would do that. So after all that I am still hungry for dinner so going to go back to something that I'm familiar with. I can say I gave it a shot. read more

I've ordered from this place for years. Never an issue. We ordered 3 dishes - General Tso's chicken, spicy beef, and crab rangoon last week. When we got the order we mixed the chicken and beef dishes together. Halfway through eating there was a dead green fly COOKED INTO THE FOOD lying at the bottom of her bowl. My friend almost ate a dead insect that was clearly cooked into the food. She called Seamless to get a refund, which was assured given the issue, then continued to follow up to make sure the refund posted. After checking in again today the restaurant only agreed to refund ONE of the dishes for $7.50 saying only the General Tso's was the food with the bug in it. And this is AFTER the restaurant called my friend so many times she had to block them (after the first call when they yelled at her over the phone like it was her fault for complaining). So here's the deal with this bullshit refund - if they are saying only 1 order of the chicken was affected that means they knowingly sent out an order with an insect in it. How do they know which dish the bug was in? That's obviously not the case so they are just trying to keep an extra $7.50. It's just cheap Chinese take out, but when you almost eat a fucking insect I think just give the customer a full refund for a measly $14. They again refused so Seamless finally gave a 30% discount for our next order, which was great. Never ordering from this disgusting place again. You get what you pay for, but that shouldn't mean you eat dead flies. The attached photo should be reason enough to NEVER eat anything from this place. read more

I was a little scared to order this based on the reviews, but I'm very happy with my order. It's a great price, my shrimp Lo Mein and crab Rangoon was only $11 with tip. The crab Rangoon are the best in the area I've had so far, but a little sweeter than what I probably like, but 3.5/5 (still haven't found the ones I love). The Lo Mein is tasty too, but the shrimp is smaller than expected. It all arrived in about 20-25 minutes. I'll probably order from them again for cheap, quick, tasty food. read more

This is my favourite Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood. The food is always fresh and arrives quickly. My current favourite is the boneless BBQ spare ribs and french fries. But nothing on their menu has disappointed me. I'm a regular customer. read more

Very Good. Boneless ribs - $5 fresh and tender. You can actually taste the soft roundness of the 5-spice marinade. Dumplings - $5 clean and not doughy. Mostly meat, with a thin chewy, crispy layer of wanton on the outside. Pork fried rice - sufficiently yellow, chunks of pork and onion. General Tso's chicken - $7 tangy, crunchy, soft fresh and not oily. Egg roll - bland. The pork egg roll was meh, but not bad. I wish these places would include proper Chinese American mustard instead of packets. I'll order again. A ton of fresh food for less than $20. read more

Its hard to blame a cheap Chinese restaurant for being a cheap Chinese restaurant, but I guess that's exactly what I'm going to do. I've never had any negative experiences here, but it also doesn't stand out much. Its not extra tasty or extra cheap, but it is reliable... as reliable as the neighborhood Chinese store can be. Everything I have tried from here comes at an honest price and in nice sized portions. One thing that's somewhat inconvenient is that they don't have chairs or benches for you to sit on if you're waiting for your food. I come here occasionally but I just can't rate it any higher, that has to be reserved for actual restaurants. At least they don't have bulletproof glass everywhere so you actually feel welcomed when you come in. read more

The food here is delicious. That should be all that matters when it comes to take out, but the price is also so on point. We ordered chicken wings, buffalo wings, boneless spare ribs, shrimp fried rice, and general tso's chicken. It was all great.
