Only giving this place 3 stars because our server was awesome. The buffalo nachos was unsatisfying and tasteless the crumbled blue cheese the highlight of the nacho! U gotta be kidding me? The chicken egg rolls I ordered were compared to Chillis southwest egg-rolls - that's laughable they weren't fried hard enough for the crunch and were bland, the sauce they give u is way way too sweet. What a disappointment both in service and the food. I placed my order online for lunch went to pick it up and once I opened the bag it went from bad to worse. The order was for chili and a salad but I received a "soup" because all it looked like was a can of chef boyarde ravioli was dumped in the container. Called and the manager was super rude when all I was asking for was to rectify the error. Well got my "chili" because it looked like a canned product dumped in there. i typically love this place. the food is great. i always get a salad with a bunch of changes made to it and they always so kindly make it. love the kitchen, thanks! Yesterday I went to this place. I was having a pleasant time.. until it came time for us to leave. we sat, done with our food, waiting for more than 30 minutes. the waitress brought boxes over and ignored us for another 20-25 minutes. I was sitting there bored out of my mind. we had dirty plates everywhere, meanwhile the ENTIRE TIME, the manager on duty, Mike, was standing at the table next to us flirting with employees that were off the clock eating. literally RIGHT NEXT TO ME. The wings and aioli fries are good here , but the workers are straight hood at this location :/ we walked in and it took the hostess a good 5 minutes to acknowledge us and did not even say hi . And our waitress asked us what did we want?!? Not to mention how many times we saw these waitresses on their phones and pulling wedgies out their asses in front of us ! We walked in tonight, around 10pm , we waited like 10 minutes to be seated the host was nice and seated us And said your server Brittany will be right with you . We waited 15 minutes and no server greeted us , so I went to the front desk and told what look like manger, he said I'll get you someone right away we waited another 10 minutes no one came , so we moved to the bar . The manger never came to apologizes nor the server . Over all the food was really good , they just need staff that really takes cares of there customers. read more

I've been here multiple times and it's always been a great experience, but not this time. I was there with my friend, and we're both Hispanic. We had one waitress who was just so rude and made the whole experience so unpleasant. She didn't give us her name therefore I can't provide that, but she is pale white with the blondest almost white hair. She treated us differently and it was so obvious! She put her best smile on and customer service voice on with all the other white customers but when she would come to us she was just so cold. We waited for 30 minutes until she finally decided to come take our order. I asked for a refill and she never got it for me. I heard another table complain about her as well and they were asked not to go back when it was clear as day that waitress is racist. The sad part is that it was the manager kicking the people out instead of dealing with his waitress who was obviously picking and choosing who to serve. read more

While this is pretty much like Buffalo Wild Wings but not as many sauce choices, i do like the choice of intensity of the sauces. The food is at best meh, but they offer specials pretty much every day. It's also pretty close to home, which is also a plus. I'd still only really go here as a last resort, but luckily they have a decent beer selection. read more

Blehhh never again. Lets start with the service. The waitress was nice, but I don't know kind of slow. To start off we ordered 5 buffalo traditional xtra hot and 5 bonelessmedium ragin cajun. I only had a tiny bite from the buffalo and I wasn't feeling the sauce. The sauce on the ragin cajun was ok, but the chicken was so dry! It should of been a sign because i ordered the grilled chicken pita sandwich and that was dry and flavorless. I barely touched the chips that came with the sandwich. The meal cost about $30 and it included 10 wings, 2 sandwiches, and chips. No drinks, just water!! What a rip off. read more

Was there recently for a birthday dinner. Our waitress Jen was THE BEST!!! Very attentive, great service! We all enjoyed our food. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with fries and I enjoyed some Blue Moon beer that was on special. They gave the birthday girl balloons (who was turning 50, lol) and a mini cake that was adorable. I noticed that they have a lot of daily food and drink specials. I would like to come back again to try some of the other menu items. Our server was super nice and changed my life when she recommended the Funnel Stix (funnel cake sticks with ice cream and caramel dips) for dessert. Lit'rally. Changed. My. Life. I was at buffalo at 4711 N. 10th Street McAllen, TX 78504 and I walked in host told me to look for a table when over to one that the waitress told me to leave cause that table was for a waiting list that the host never told me about he just told me to go look for one and i talked to the manager they told me the same thing that that table was for the person on the waiting list when the host never even told me anything about a waiting list or anything he did say that there was a waiting list or if i wanted to be put on the waiting list he just said go look for a table. that is unprofessional worst buffalo wings and rings i ever been too. read more

So we live walking distance from this establishment and I wanted to go out to watch the NCAA Division 1 volleyball championship tonight. I am a former D1 player and still follow the game passionately. All I wanted to do was go out and have a drink and watch the biggest game of my year somewhere local. Came here, NO ONE at the bar (15 seats, one taken by one guy eating wings hardly looking at the 5 different screens in front of us) asked the waitress to change the screen and she looked at us like we were crazy so we re-explained that we wanted to DRINK and EAT and watch the volleyball game here (aka spend money at your establishment). She was super rude to us and clearly passed it off to a manager. During this time the waitress gave us each a beer. Manager comes out and says there's no way she can change the screens. THERE ISNOONEHERETOWATCHTHEFOOTBALLGAMEOR EATYOURSUBPARWINGS. And you seriously can't change ONE screen?! Oh and they took our money for the beer they poured for us that we clearly didn't want after we realized they couldn't change one of their screens to accommodate one of the only customers that planned on spending atleast 2-3 hours giving them money. I don't know why this place is hated on so much. It's an interesting concept and they put the Hawks games on. The drinks are ehhhh, but I like mixing the sauces, and picking my own intensity. It ain't Bdubs, but it's good. And so close to my home away from home, i.e- the boyfriend's. read more

Finally gave this place a shot. A friend and I had a swoop to use to between the two of us we ordered a plethora of messy wings and sides. I really liked the sauces! Teriyaki and spicy BBQ were perfect. The wings were a bit chewy for some reason but the taste was pretty good. The loaded fries (not sure if that's what they're called) were delicious and so were the onion rings. Tons of TVs so clearly this place is good for games. They also have free but limited and tiny parking spaces. Free shuttle to Sox games during the season. Service was friendly though a bit slow. Seems to be a bit pricey. read more

So my son and I chose to come to Buffalo Wings and Rings for dinner and we were immediately seated. Not only were we immediately seated, but we were also immediately attended to by Felipe. I was being very picky with my order and when I realized I was doing so, I quickly changed my mind and tried to place a "normal" order. To my surprise, our food came out just moments after. My 11 year old son immediately commented on how fast and efficient the service was. He even stated that I better give him a good tip!! When I looked at my "normal" order, I realized how I should have stuck with my gut. My server Felipe noticed right away and without me requesting a change he went back to the kitchen and brought me what I wanted!! AMAZING!! We waited half an hour to get seated. The appetizers came out half an hour later and cold. Once our wings/burger came out it was cold. Disgusting! We lost our appetite after they corrected the food. When the waitress first took our orders , she brought me a water cup with food stuck on the rim of the cup. She had the nerve to say oh it was from when they leave the cup upside down. I'm assuming after they wash it as what she was referring to. Doesn't change the fact she brought me a dirty cup. It was visible she cant say she didnt notice it. The bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled the toilets were dirty toilet paper all over the floor In the stalls. The floors were wet I'm assuming they " mopped " but it didnt even smell clean. I used to love coming here. I went there on a busy night -- the place was full. They told us they were out of fries, which was weird. We ordered wings -- took forty minutes to come out and they got the order wrong. By then we were so hungry, we didn't really care. The waitress gave us a discount (which we ended up just giving back to her in her tip since it didn't seem to be her fault). This place is not as bad as some are making it out to be, though it is not great either. I just think that for most who moved into Bridgeport (because old time residents of this area usually don't take time to review on yelp or anywhere on the Internet) feel a need to convey an attitude of anything new to the neighborhood is bad. Granted some people may genuinely not like this place, but most have simply not given it a chance. My wings were good. They were not as hot as I would have liked but they were good. The staff was nice. And whether we like it or not, in order for a neighborhood to survive, they have to add new businesses to the area. Granted, I never want Bridgeport to become Lincoln Park or some other places up north (no Starbucks), but a little new mixed in with the old can only help not hurt. read more

Call them and they offered for us to come get the fries we paid for. Gee thanks. No apology and no comp. Had to call 4 times to get a manager who comped an extra order of fries when we come back. Which will probably be never. And the boneless wings were tough and stringy. Obviously dropped in hot grease while frozen. Was so hoping to like a nearby joint. Awesome boneless wings! They're super crispy, all white meat and they're huge in comparison to the mediocre boneless wings (that taste like they came frozen out of a bag) that other places serve. When I go on Sundays for football there's frequently reps from different beer companies giving away free pints or pitchers! Great service too, can't go wrong. read more
